Cabins without air conditioning are too hot there is not enough windows to allow for air flow. Communication was not very good. There was a fire ban put in place after check in and we were not told. Also the deep outdoor pool was out of order and that should have been put on your website.

Our stay was great but there are things that need to be policed. The guests in the campground drive way too fast including some of the staff with the gulf carts. Someone is going to get hurt. My family wish there was a one hour adult swim in the afternoon eg. 3-4. Not at 8 in the morning.

We have been coming to this KOA for years but this summer has turned us off from returning. We were placed on a site that (unbeknownst to us) had been having power issues by the previous camper. After a 40+ degree day, we settled in at night only to have the power cut out in our trailer. We called the after hours line for help, and despite saying they’d come asap, nobody ever showed up to help

We have been camping in the last 20 years and this is by far the last on our list. - it`s too dusty - the cabins are mixed around tents and RV`s - no extra space to play around the cabin - the campsite is in the city. Too busy and noisy - train passing, ambulance, cars - etc - it feels like a recreational park and not a campsite - the pools are tiny and they let people use float tubes

The delux cabin accommodation has everything you need. The Koa niagara is great place to go with family. In general the staffs are cordial and respectful, exept one. I have a episode witn one staff very rude witn my boys and my husband and I saw her treating other same way.

Nice being close to the falls, but way too loud on the week-end. The curfew is not being respected and no body is doing nothing about it. Campsites are way too close to each other too. Was expecting better for the price i paid.

Sites are a little tight with site ID poles making it harder. Enjoyed our stay though. Very clean. Lots for kids to do.

If the power didn't work, your manager was absolutely rude. It wouldn't help me. It was my first time camping without anybody. The guy who came to help me at nighttime told me that I could leave in their refund in the morning because my power wasn't working. And then they wouldn't give me a refund. Well located for visiting the falls & all attractions! Shuttle bus to the WEGO city bus hub was a plus!! We rode every line of the busses while we were there. Pool and all bath facilities were clean and well maintained. Friendly staff!! Sites are very close together but still manageable. Overall, great stay there! (2 adults, no children or pets)

Lots of activities and park is mostly clean. There was garbage on the floor of the one shower that was there for 2 days. Would be better if outside pool was open until 9pm. Overall a great KOA

Great job to the staff for managing a ton of people. The only reason I would be reluctant to return is just due to the amount of customers on site. It is way too busy for my liking. Despite how busy the place was, I commend the staff for keeping everything clean and organized. Public bathrooms and showers were always impeccably clean and something that I never noticed before AC in washrooms.

Mostly enjoyable except for one incident at the pool. Hot water tub sign said adults only but a sign on the fence said 12 y/o are allowed w/ a guardian. My kids asked permission from an employee if they can go in it and he said it was ok bec they we're both 12. So they went to the tub where their elder sis was, but not even 2 min, same employee started yelling at them and kick them out of the tub

Always love our stay here. Great location and even greater staff. Only down would be some improvement are needed on the pull thru sites. Very cramped when neighbors hook up are right outside your door. Don't like watching someone flush black tank while having morning coffee.

We were provided campsites close to the basketball court which was too noisy in spite of paying additional fees. We had to ask someone to stop playing around 1 AM in the night during the silent hours. The campsites were too close to each other and to the cabins which didnt provide the needed privacy. The amenities were good and well maintained and the kids had fun at the pool and the mini golf.

Our experience with KOA far exceeded my expectations. The deluxe cabin was beautiful, roomy and clean. There was so much for my kids to do, and I didn't feel like I was paying for every little activity as most amenities were included. (Including unexpected ones like mini-golf and wagon rides). The staff were incredibly friendly. The playground was next level fun. We're definitely coming back!

Les installations sont propres, le personnel est chaleureux et il y a plusieurs activités. C'est aussi super bien situé. Nos avons cependant trouvé que les terrains étaient trop étroits (terrain 255), ce qui nous amenait à nous marcher sur les pieds. Nous avons également été réveillé à tous les matins par un chien qui jappe.

Honestly, it was a great stay overall. The staff is incredible Anthony at the desk, Steve driving around, we honestly love seeing the same faces every year. Cons were: *the cleanliness of the cabin. *The inability to park and use amenities prior to checking in. We drive 3 hours with 3 kids to come only to find out this has changed after 4 years of doing it. Huge disappointment.

Overall it was a good experience. A few things that we weren’t happy about were the fact that the restaurant was out of a lot (no ground beef, no pizzas) so we ended up having dinner elsewhere. So many kids are running around unsupervised and doing things that are against the campground rules. The room we had wasn’t the cleanest either.

First time staying at a KOA campground and I have to say I left very pleased from our stay in the deluxe cabin the grounds and pools are clean everyone there was respectful and friendly. We are already planning our vacation for a return next year.

My family and I stayed at this Niagara Falls KOA for a few days while visiting the falls for the first time, and it has easily been our favorite KOA experience so far. The facilities were exceptionally clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the grounds were well maintained. Our kids especially enjoyed the indoor pool, but there are also great outdoor options, including a larger pool with a depth of up to 9 feet and a shallow wading pool for younger children. Another highlight was the on-site restaurant, which serves delicious food, sweet treats, and even adult beverages. Overall, this campground offered everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Niagara Falls.

Great Amenities, indoor & outdoor pools. Loved that garbage was picked up very promptly from site. We were fans of the soft serve ice cream! Wished KOA had a free shuttle in to the touristy falls area. We had a class c and e-bikes. Since there were no bike lanes on Lundy Lane, we felt a bit stranded. I did notice other class c that did not tow either so there Def. If a need for shuttle in my opinion. We did opt to Uber but it got pricey. Grocery store and Tim Hortons was within a walkable distance.
