short 2 night stay. timed with music live show on site. super fun. nice pools and elaborate site for families and kids with all sorts of games and outside play space. very clean. a little late for curfew (midnight).

Clean washroom and facilities, however the campsite per se needs a little bit of house keeping...overall the experience was enjoyable.

Great resort, very clean and very friendly ! As a single camper I felt safe and there was so much to do !

We enjoyed our stay, but the indoor pool was dirty/gross and the small wading pool was closed for most of the day we were there so we lost out on using it. When it did open the young girl working the area was so great with my son!! She deserves recognition ( going into grade 12 with dark hair in a braid)

Great place, very clean, but if you book a back-in, you don’t get any privacy, your neighbour might be a foot away, also the location of the sewer of your neighbour is in your sitting area, so there is not a lot of sitting area left! Again very clean, but next time I would book pull through or the high end sites mend for big rigs!

Entry gate sucks had to get out every time and scan and rescan to get it to open We paid for full hookups but the sewage hookup at our site was higher by about 1 ft and sewage doesn’t run uphill!

We stayed for 5 nights while touring NF. We are 2 adults (mother and daughter) who were on site 58. For the most part, the park is well cared for has great facilities such as a store, laundry facilities, multiple pools, hot tub. On negative side our site was very close to the road with lots of in/out traffic. Also loud concert on Sat night til 10 PM. Could hear it even with A/C running.

We love to stay at KOA Niagara. It is a good time to spend time with the family and enjoy a good environment.

The bathrooms were exceptionally clean and large! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The only beef we have it that the campfire needs to be put out at midnight. For those who have children , it doesn't give much of a time to relax and sit and enjoy the fire 1 am would be great .

The staff is always next level, so polite and willing to help! There were minor things that we encountered that were disappointing- our bed in deluxe cabin 18 was broken on the right front corner, so the whole bed would tip up if you sat there. And secondly, the private cabin wifi never worked which was disappointing because that's part of the benefit of those cabins, and we had to tether phones

Je n'ai pas aimer mon emplacement, j'avais réserver un coin 108 , 122. J'ai essayer de changer plusieurs fois mais sans cooperation de vos employés. J'avais réserver ce site en janvier 2023 alors peu de chance de me revoir sur votre terrain

I rented a cabin and RV site. The cabin had spiders. The RV site was flooded quite a bit. Made it hard to get in and out of the camper. For the most part I enjoyed the location and the people were very friendly. Will stay here again.

Nice campground. Had quite a bit of rain which flooded some roads on the campground as well as some tent campsites. Glad I was not staying in a tent. The site drainage is definitely something that should be looked at…

We came down for the long weekend with my mother in law and my daughter with her 2 kids it was amazing lots to do at the campgrounds 3 beautiful pool the plus side is they are heated pool, very clean nice people and beautiful campground

I was impressed with most of the staff they were very friendly and helpful accept for the one staff member who was very rude to my other half at the time or extinguishing fires. He literally walked up with a bucket of water and threw it on our fire and said it’s by-law you could get a fine. Other than that experience we had a great time and the bathrooms were nice and clean. Thank you

One of the best campground experiences ever! Every staff member was friendly and gracious and kind. Our site was clean and spacious. The indoor and outdoor pools were actually warm. The karaoke and band were a lot of fun. The bus stop right outside the campground was so convenient! This KOA is so close to Niagara Falls and all of the tourist attractions. We will be back!

Cependant, le couvre-feu n’était pas toujours respecté et nous avons eu des voisins bruyants du côté des chalets. De plus, aucune borne de recharge pour véhicule électrique n’était présente. Ce site de camping est fantastique! Les piscines sont très bien, le miniputt est bien amusant, les terrains sont très propres et le personnel est vraiment courtois. Les parcs à chien pourraient être plus grand, mais c'est déjà très bien qu'il y en ait et ils sont propres. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour et nous souhaitons y retourner!

As always another great time at this KOA. Everyone that works there are fabulous and always willing to help. So glad to see that the ice cream machine was finally working this year and enjoyed a sundae a couple of times. Can't wait to go back next year for holidays which will be our 8th year going.

The campground was clean, neat and wonderfully kept. The staff were always available, friendly and easy to work with. All quiet hours were observed and gentle reminders were given when needed. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

There was a ton to do for everyone at this campground. There were activities for younger children based on a theme and lots to do like corn hole, mini golf, ping pong, etc for everyone. The campground was very clean and there was a consistent presence of staff. Very quiet at night, campfires out by midnight enforced, fun pools, convenient WEGO bus stop for getting to attractions.

You have a very well-run campground - check-in, facilities, grounds keeping. However, I would not be staying with you again. Your property is great for families with kids, but for old foggies like me and my wife the closeness of the sites, noise from kids playing, and the Saturday night band loudness is not our choice. Best of luck with your target market.

Stay was great. Our request was considered. However it would be nice if neighbouring campers would respect the privacy of others ie: walking thru someones camp area should not be a habit.

We enjoyed our stay in Niagara Falls Koa especially my daughter. There’s a lot of things to do, clean washrooms and nice staffs. We had so much fun staying there.

Took us on a same day short notice booking for an impromptu night of camping for me and my partner, which is awesome! We got a tent sight with no hookups, a little pricey but it has nice amenities to offer. Great for families. I love that it has a heated pool and wifi in a location great for tourists! Those who are looking for real wildnesses camping this is not for you as it is close to a main road and the sights are right next to eachother with not much privacy but we came at a great time with no one around us and we are enjoying it!

My partner and I spontaneously decided to go for a camping night, we looked up some local places and all the prices were about the same. We got a cute little spot tucked in the back for our roof top tent. There is minimal road sounds depending on your location in the camp ground. It was not busy at all, as we are also going in middle of the week.

Bath house was very clean updated. Pool seemed small, we We didn't swim because of weather. Site was level and easy to park.
