This was my first time camping at this campground. The front desk was amazing and helpful in every way. The park staff kept the place clean and were always around if you need anything. It was an amazing experience. Kudos to the KOA team. !!!

The facilities and amenities are fabulous! I wish we had planned to stay longer to enjoy everything your campground has to offer! The only issue we had during our stay was the campsite next to ours. Our neighboring campers were talking loudly and smoking until about 2 am, and then up again about 7 am. Unfortunately, headphones and white noise drowned out the nature sounds we wanted to hear too!

It was a great campground but it is very very tight and you are right on top of people and usually you will have someone backed up to your RV unless you get a pull through spot which I wish I would have gotten if I would have known the layout. The internet there is nonexistent kept kicking us off every 30 seconds it was very frustrating. Overall good campground but I would not get a back in again.

Well run and organized. Plenty of good amenities for youth and adults. Pool a little small for summer volume of guests but very clean. Showers/bathroom exalent and air conditioning. Staff very friendly

The grounds were nice, especially the pool and play areas. We liked our site with the patio and table with the nice fire pit. The store was too crowded making it difficult to get around. Staff in the store were cleaning and getting ready to close at 8:40 pm when closing time was 9 pm. Paul was very helpful! He showed us where the cable connector was and offered to come back to help us if needed.

Always clean and excellent service. Only constructive criticism I can offer is that it would be great if we could have access to the site while we wait for cabins to be ready. We arrived an hour earlier this time around and didn’t really know what to do after 6 hours of driving. We figured it out but still, it would have been great to be able to head to the pool while we waited. It was just ther

We spent 4 night while visiting family. The large park is close to all Niagara Falls ON attractions. Lots to do: swim, play, mini golf. Nearby restaurants within walking distance. We had a FHU site that fit our rig and towed vehicle. Beware of skunks!

Air conditioning worked good, appreciate that. Some cabins are showing their age ... Inside floor starting to slope at back and some rot showing outside at rear cc12. Inside was clean.Will try to get the grandkids to join us as so much to do for them. KOA Niagara is one of the best we have stayed at. Cheers.

Good place to go but you need to change when quiet time is, signs around say 1 time and paperwork say something different. You also need to enforce rules about people cutting though people’s campsites. It’s the only campground I’ve been to where people are rude and do it

Great stay, lots of things to do with the kids. Very friendly staff that offer good services. Only downside was the outdoor pool was closed one day for maintenance.

Easy check in and check out, friendly staff, cabin was clean, garbage was picked up frequently from all sites, campground in general is very well maintained. The location is excellent for visiting the falls and yet we felt like we were in a quiet location. We had a great time!

We had a blast during our stay! The cabin was so clean and well maintained. Look like new inside. The amenities and activities kept us very busy. The kids enjoyed the crafting, mining and bikes. We will definitely be return customers. Our only complaints was the late check in for cabins because we missed all the fun our first night trying to get settled, it would be great to keep the pub open late

Brought our granddaughters and they loved it as much as us! Lots to do for kids and adults and so many available activities within minutes outside of KOA. Definitely a great family atmosphere and we highly recommend!

After a long drive and no time or place to exchange US currency I just wanted a bundle of firewood. The employee holds up my $20 US currency and with distain and a snotty voice says “this is only worth $22 dollars CA. The exchange rate is 1 : 1.38. I expect you to make something on the exchange but I think 28% off a customer is a little high. And definitely don’t need the attitude. WONT BE BA

Cabins without air conditioning are too hot there is not enough windows to allow for air flow. Communication was not very good. There was a fire ban put in place after check in and we were not told. Also the deep outdoor pool was out of order and that should have been put on your website.

Our stay was great but there are things that need to be policed. The guests in the campground drive way too fast including some of the staff with the gulf carts. Someone is going to get hurt. My family wish there was a one hour adult swim in the afternoon eg. 3-4. Not at 8 in the morning.

We have been coming to this KOA for years but this summer has turned us off from returning. We were placed on a site that (unbeknownst to us) had been having power issues by the previous camper. After a 40+ degree day, we settled in at night only to have the power cut out in our trailer. We called the after hours line for help, and despite saying they’d come asap, nobody ever showed up to help

We have been camping in the last 20 years and this is by far the last on our list. - it`s too dusty - the cabins are mixed around tents and RV`s - no extra space to play around the cabin - the campsite is in the city. Too busy and noisy - train passing, ambulance, cars - etc - it feels like a recreational park and not a campsite - the pools are tiny and they let people use float tubes

The delux cabin accommodation has everything you need. The Koa niagara is great place to go with family. In general the staffs are cordial and respectful, exept one. I have a episode witn one staff very rude witn my boys and my husband and I saw her treating other same way.

Nice being close to the falls, but way too loud on the week-end. The curfew is not being respected and no body is doing nothing about it. Campsites are way too close to each other too. Was expecting better for the price i paid.

Great Amenities, indoor & outdoor pools. Loved that garbage was picked up very promptly from site. We were fans of the soft serve ice cream! Wished KOA had a free shuttle in to the touristy falls area. We had a class c and e-bikes. Since there were no bike lanes on Lundy Lane, we felt a bit stranded. I did notice other class c that did not tow either so there Def. If a need for shuttle in my opinion. We did opt to Uber but it got pricey. Grocery store and Tim Hortons was within a walkable distance.

We stayed at Niagara Falls KOA for one night while passing through the area and had a great experience. The campground was easy to find, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The bathhouse and restrooms were particularly impressive—clean, modern, and well cared for. We didn't have enough time to take full advantage of the amenities, but they were actively being enjoyed by other guests and appeared to be clean, well maintained, and family-friendly. Based on our short stay, this is a campground we would gladly stay at again. Highly recommended.
