Our first stay at this campground was amazing! Perfect location for visiting Niagara Falls and Toronto. The little cabin was cozy with super comfy beds, spotless bathrooms, and lots of activities for the kids. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

It was great campground. The accommodations were lovely. My only suggestion would be that all other campsites in Niagara (that we have visited) allow guests to stay later the day of check out. Usually after checking out by 11am (which is normal) campers are able to stay at the park until around 2pm or so. Just wanted to let you know that is what we have found.

Top expensive for overnight stay. We arrived at 5:40 p.m. most of the included attractions closed at 7 p.m.

Very disappointed with KOA Niagara. We’ve come every year as 4 members, asking to stay together, but this time it felt like they split us up on purpose to push extra fees—while neighbors admitted they hadn’t paid. We couldn’t even use the park before check-in and were told to “go to Walmart.” Unwelcoming, inconsistent, and poor service. You’ve lost 4 loyal guests.

Getting to our site, we had to drive along the back fence, the branches were hanging down and hitting the top of our 45 ft motorhome. These should have been trimmed. The site was nice.

We enjoyed our stay. We have been to this campground on many occasions and there is always something new we experience each time. I liked that we had a ceiling fan in the cabin. It helps in the warm summer nights. The campground is always clean, staff are friendly, and I love the proximity it is to Clifton Hill.

My grandchildren loved tent camping. I appreciated the upgrades to some of the sites and additions of amenities and activities. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Small sites, we had the one with view on the laundry.. Positive sides are the cleanliness of the toilets, many facilities, close to the Falls. Appreciated the pool. Must be fun with children, many activities and playgrounds.

This is the 3rd year I ho to KOA Niagara with my family.We love going there so much but at this time we experienced some issues.The cabin was not ready yet when we got there at 4pm.My husband and I couldn’t sleep properly both nights because of the mattress.It is too soft and we felt we were sinking there.Not comfortable at all.one staff was rude with my child and cousin because of the hot tub.

Security is week at the gate after hours, got my 2000$ e-bike stolen, been traveling all around ontario and quebec for past 20 years and never happened before.

Stayed in large deluxe cabin for 6 nights it was very nice. 3 rolls of toilet paper for 4 adults and 2 child was not enough. Glad they opened the campgrounds fire pit twice while we were there so my grandson got his s’mores despite the fire ban.

Le camping est magnifique, très propre, pleins d’activités pour tous les âges, les heures d’ouverture des piscines et parcs sont bien adapté, on peut en profiter très tôt comme très tard. Le personnel est extrêmement gentil et souriant. Tout est parfait ! Nous recommandons et nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

I have one complain. During my registration I asked about the possibility to change my camping site for another one closet to my friends, even if i need to pay the difference. Was told to me that wont be possible as you’re full. And then during all weekend I watched 5 camping sites (tent) similar what I asked empty. No one there all days.

The camp site itself is great with the pools, playground etc! I give 3 stars because even though there is « quiet time » it’s not enforced whatsoever. We ended up leaving early as the noise at night was too much. People playing movies on projectors, music playing loud and yelling well past 12 am.

Staff are very friendly & helpful, we love the amenities and activities- compare to other campgrounds we have been. Very happy with our campsite as well, it’s our first time here at Koa and definitely this will be our summer go to campground. Very safe for kids - this September we will try the cabin. Thank you!

We were disappointed to find adults floating around in pools in lounging floating devices and nothing being said even though they were using their vaping devices as well. Gentlemen were drinking beer while at the wading pool during the swim with mermaid event. Friday night we listened to a dog barking inside a trailer until well after midnight while owners were away. Cable was poor at best.

The cabins were clean and really practicale, the only thing i would say shoud be modified is the accessibility for wheelchairs. The doors shoud be a bit wider and there should be a possibility to have two double beds instead of a bunk bed. Other than that. I would recommend the cabins.

Everything was perfect except for the loud music that was playing in front of our campsite until 11:30ish in the morning. There needs to be more monitoring of this on the park. Secondly more supervision needed at the pool.

Great Amenities, indoor & outdoor pools. Loved that garbage was picked up very promptly from site. We were fans of the soft serve ice cream! Wished KOA had a free shuttle in to the touristy falls area. We had a class c and e-bikes. Since there were no bike lanes on Lundy Lane, we felt a bit stranded. I did notice other class c that did not tow either so there Def. If a need for shuttle in my opinion. We did opt to Uber but it got pricey. Grocery store and Tim Hortons was within a walkable distance.

We stayed at Niagara Falls KOA for one night while passing through the area and had a great experience. The campground was easy to find, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The bathhouse and restrooms were particularly impressive—clean, modern, and well cared for. We didn't have enough time to take full advantage of the amenities, but they were actively being enjoyed by other guests and appeared to be clean, well maintained, and family-friendly. Based on our short stay, this is a campground we would gladly stay at again. Highly recommended.
