We had a great stay at Niagara Falls KOA this week! It has awesome amenities and a super helpful and friendly staff! The park is very clean and well maintained! We would definitely stay here again!

SO many things to do for kids, all of the activities folks, golf cart folks and girls at the check in were so nice and friendly. No one gave us a hard time for having our fire going til 11p (we were quiet). Wish the pool was cleaner but kids still enjoyed!

It was our first time at this KOA and we were very happy with our patio spot. It was beautifully landscaped & was a very clean and quiet campground! The cashiers were very helpful in assisting us with which type of guide package to use for touring the Falls and we highly recommend the American side tour, our guide was Sonny-T and he was just wonderful! Made for a great vacation, thank you!!

Sites by the highway are ridiculously tight. Sewer connection is right next to neighbors picnic table. Way overpriced - $125 for a minimal site in June 2023. Nicer sites went up to $225 at the time. People were very friendly. Park was clean and well maintained.

The sites are way too close no room in between campers. We had a pull through campsite, but could not pull through had to back out. Way too much money for what they offer.

Overall the stay was great, nice facilities and campground. Only issue was one of the bathhouses had a urinal that was leaking. This lead to a pool of water by the entrance door the entire stay. It did not appear to be addressed at all and should have been a fairly simple fix. Also, pool is nice but could use a hot tub.

We stayed at this KOA because it is near my daughter and her family in Amherst. It is an expensive KOA, but we stay in the budget sites near the back. It works for us, right near the dog park for our pup. My grandson came with family for dinner and stayed overnight in the camper with Grandma and Grandpa. He had a great time in the playground and jumping pillow. We will be back again.

Although placed in the last row near the highway, which I wouldn’t recommend due to noise, this campground has every wonderful, fun amenities you could hope for. It was extremely clean, and the staff extremely pleasant. I personally worked with MARTIN who was an outstanding employee and helpful in every way. I would highly recommend this campground easy access to Niagara Falls with public bus!

From registration to exit the experience was amazing for us first time RV’ers. The grounds are clean. Lots to do on site. Very easy access to our Niagara Falls touristy destinations. Just a really great place. I already recommended it to families who selected other spots to camp that I met while traveling. We loved it.

Beautiful park. Nice sized sites, low highway noise, excellent wi-if (best we’ve had), friendly staff, easy negotiable roads with 44’ MH towing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this park.

Enjoyed our time here. A lot of activities for kids. Really liked how close it is to Niagara Falls. Only complainant.... the gardner has no care if rocks hit your camper when he's mowing the grass. We now have a few dents in our camper. Just glad it wasn't a window.

Excellent location for visiting Niagara Falls from both the U.S. & Canada sides. Be sure to ask Theresa about “The Over The Falls Tour Bus” especially if you’ve never experienced the Falls. !!!! �

I read on line that the staff was nice and it was so true. I talked to the manager for quite a while and she was so nice. The young people that work there are so sweet. I had a good time at paint and sip with a young lady and a young man. I wish I could remember their names. Great place good location and friendly folks.

It’s overpriced! Sites are on top of one another. The sewer was 2 inches away from our picnic table. Pool was dirty and filter was not running we never saw anyone check the chemicals the pool liner needs to be replaced badly there are 3 different step areas to get in the pool and there were NO hand rails- unacceptable!!! Front office Staff were not at all friendly. The maint. staff were nice!

Fantastic KOA.. very friendly staff! Easy check in/out. Rented a cabin for three nights in early April, C35, it's right on the small pond. Great view, and close to everything the campground offers. Lots of activities- playgrounds, jumping pad thing for the kids, ping pong, basketball, paddle boats, pools. The cabin was perfect for us. It had heat and tv (not that you need tv, but it was nice to have the option). This place is a couple minutes from Buffalo, and ten minutes drive from Niagara falls. There is an amusement park right next door to the KOA, but it wasn't open, it was probably just too early in the season, but it looks like it'd be fun. The cons of this particular cabin (and definitely not a deal breaker, because I would absolutely stay in this one again) were A) where you park, you'd think you would be able to walk in from the little porch that's right there by the parking area, but there's no gate to get onto the porch, so you have to walk around to the other side of the cabin to get up the stairs into the deck to get in. It just made moving stuff in and out a little annoying. B) watch your head!!!!!! I must have hit my head about a dozen times on the little roof overhang while walking up and down the deck stairs. I had to hang paper towels as markers so I'd see them and not hit my head... (They didn't really help!) C) this won't always apply, but the ground was muddy, so it was slippery at the bottom of the stairs from the deck. I was just concerned for my 68 year old mom, didn't want her to slip and get hurt. I asked the lovely people in the office if there was anything they can do about that, so they sent a gentleman over in a golf cart, and he took care of it. He returned with a door mat, and they put down some rocks, and it helped. So, really nothing but good things about this KOA. Oh yeah, my son is 10, and had the best time... He asked if we can go back- I do plan to return!

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!! You gave us such uplifting from all our other things. You can never know how much it truly meant to us With gratitude, Wayne & Alan Ross
