Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. Site was clean and easy to access and setup. Campground was very clean and plenty of space to talk the dogs for a walk ! I mentioned to family would don't have campers about the little cabins there, so they might be coming up and staying in one of them. Campground was very close to the falls and almost anything you may need.

On checkout day we had some issues and were a little late getting the motor home back on the road. The park was almost empty. The lady calls my cell phone and leaves a message that if we are not gone in another 15 minutes she will charge us for another day. Not the kind of hospitality we expected after travelling up the east coast going from KOA to KOA! Their rates were $165 to $215 a night!

Facilities were nice. Fairly clean. Upkeep was good. The grass on our site could have used a good mowing.

The stay was good. Cold pool on office end of park should be warm. Cost per night more than double the usual stay of $65. KoA sticks you because of the location. This is not right

Wonderful campground. Spacious sites. Multiple dog walks. Very friendly helpful staff. Loved it. Already booked to come back in October!

Sites are very close to each other! Wish they were wider!

Pool liner was coming off which was concerning. You need speed bumps on the paved straight away cars drive way faster than 5 mph even your workers in the yellow carts were whipping by. Except the nice white haired man he went slow. Main bathroom showers area stunk bad like sewer . Grounds were slightly dirty. We stayed for four nights and not much clean up around pool area. Def sub par for $

Friendly staff, initial escort to site location

Other then the bathrooms being wet and toilets backing up the stay was nice. The propane smell in the store and laundry are a concern. I’ve known of buildings blowing up from gas.

KOA is a great campground! There are tons of things to do for kids and adults alike! My only negative is the cost - four nights in a deluxe site (with dog park attached to site) was over $800. Seems fairly high in comparison to other places we have stayed.

Very clean, friendly staff, close to Niagara Falls

Large level sites at least in our section. Lots for kids to do. We had a nice shade tree beside our site but over all the campground lacks shade. Easy access to Buffalo or Niagara falls.

My site in the "overflow" area was the worst site we have had in all of our travels. I had such better expectations for KOA but this one is definitely not worth the money at all. I literally had 2 feet between my camper stairs and the next camper. Their sewer was literally at the bottom of my stairs. There were a LOT more things wrong but not enough room to write it here.

Stayed just one night at KOA Grand Island. Chose cheaper site in back by highway as the car sounds don’t bother me for one night. Pool was fine for laps in early morning. Showers fine. Store had nice selection. Staff very friendly. Lots of activities for family and kids!! Would recommend and would stay there again.

We stayed for a week. Staff was friendly and helpful. Games in pool area were great for the kids. Dog parks were great. I was overall very impressed. Next time we are on Niagra area we would definitely come back. Only thing that would have been nice would be a golf cart rental as our camper was quite aways away from activity center.

Campground right on the bay. The only negative was the ongoing trains. Felt like my cousin Vinny.

Friendly staff. Clean park. Nice amenities.

Great, my only issue was that the bathrooms were always filthy. Also, Susan at the main office store is spoken to very disresprectfully by the other workers, particularly the young blond with long hair. Susan deserves better.

Just one night. Very helpful when I realized my reservation was for the other side. :-)

No parking near the shower house. You have to walk from your campsite to get to the shower area. But everything else was good.

Clean camp ground, well maintained, courtise staff. Friendly and helpful already booked for August.

Bathrooms were dirty and dated when we arrived and stayed that way for all 4 days. Several workkampers riding around on golf carts but nobody seemed to be tasked with cleaning bathrooms/showers. For $185 a night pull thru NO patio, you have to do better! My advice is to find somewhere else when visiting the area.

HAD A GREAT TIME CAMPING THERE, KIDS ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH, EMPLOYEES WERE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL

We had a great time. The staff was so friendly and helpful. There were so many things for the kids to do.

My kids said this was one of the best KOA they’ve done!

Are stay was very nice. Loved that you guys were able to accommodate our request to be as close as possible to the most of the activities/store related to my son’s injury which occurred a week before vacation. Thank you!! Our only critique was that one pool was closed due to a repair. Which was fine honestly, things happen. The larger pool we went, the liner needed replacement stat and was dirty

The park was great, the staff was nice and accommodating. The bathrooms were disgusting. The womens shower had mold growing all over the walls and smelled horrible no matter what time you walked in.

A lot of freeway noise but otherwise OK.

The KOA on Grand Island has many good qualities. Lots of fun amenities for families and helpful staff. Three drawbacks: The women’s bathrooms near the pool were the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever seen at any campground, ever. They smelled HORRIBLE and were dirty. Zip line on playground needs to be fixes and many kids almost injured themselves trying to use it. Also- very expensive

Our trailer camp site was muddy. It needed lots of gravel. The surrounding sites were much better than ours. We stepped out of our door directly into mud.

Nice campground but definitely not worth $140.00 USD per night.

Fantastic KOA.. very friendly staff! Easy check in/out. Rented a cabin for three nights in early April, C35, it's right on the small pond. Great view, and close to everything the campground offers. Lots of activities- playgrounds, jumping pad thing for the kids, ping pong, basketball, paddle boats, pools. The cabin was perfect for us. It had heat and tv (not that you need tv, but it was nice to have the option). This place is a couple minutes from Buffalo, and ten minutes drive from Niagara falls. There is an amusement park right next door to the KOA, but it wasn't open, it was probably just too early in the season, but it looks like it'd be fun. The cons of this particular cabin (and definitely not a deal breaker, because I would absolutely stay in this one again) were A) where you park, you'd think you would be able to walk in from the little porch that's right there by the parking area, but there's no gate to get onto the porch, so you have to walk around to the other side of the cabin to get up the stairs into the deck to get in. It just made moving stuff in and out a little annoying. B) watch your head!!!!!! I must have hit my head about a dozen times on the little roof overhang while walking up and down the deck stairs. I had to hang paper towels as markers so I'd see them and not hit my head... (They didn't really help!) C) this won't always apply, but the ground was muddy, so it was slippery at the bottom of the stairs from the deck. I was just concerned for my 68 year old mom, didn't want her to slip and get hurt. I asked the lovely people in the office if there was anything they can do about that, so they sent a gentleman over in a golf cart, and he took care of it. He returned with a door mat, and they put down some rocks, and it helped. So, really nothing but good things about this KOA. Oh yeah, my son is 10, and had the best time... He asked if we can go back- I do plan to return!

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!! You gave us such uplifting from all our other things. You can never know how much it truly meant to us With gratitude, Wayne & Alan Ross
