We’ve had good experiences here in year’s past but this stay was different. We rented a deluxe cabin, as well as our family so altogether our group rented 4 cabins. All of us slept terribly, the mattresses and beds were really bad. I don’t remember them being like this in the past. The whole bed moves if you so much as blink. The cabin was dirty this year as well. Staff is always great thoug

My first time at KOA and I wasn't disappointed. Plenty of things for kids and the young at heart. The pocket park is where is at! The cabin was nice and clean. Had everything I needed and clean facilities.

I really enjoyed myself , and got the rest and relaxion , I needed , the pool is heated , so you just get right in , and I enjoyed the hot showers and enjoyed playing free bingo , I won and I usually don't LOL also enjoyed seeing the little rabbits running around , � I didn't want to leave .

We stayed here last year and we’re so excited to return! I saw a few recent reviews about the upkeep of the pool but the pool was awesome! It was warm and clean and any imperfections that were complained about were exaggerated. The owners did lots of upgrades from last year. We couldn’t even get to everything! I love the comfy beds, fire pit patios, and propane grill.

I live only 6 miles away and have driven past the campground often. That said, I had no idea how much the property had to offer! I brought my young son and nephew for an overnight getaway and we had a blast! Paddle boats, jumping pillow, fishing, swimming, ping pong, bingo, sitting around the campfire - all great memories for us.

Cabin got flooded, pools not open when they were supposed to be, lining of pool ripped with a gaping hole, no golf cart rentals, cancelled events. Friendly staff very helpful and willing to help.

Simply great. The location has easy access to restaurants and a grocery store, and as always KOAs have good amenities onsite.

The cabin wasn’t clean like I expected, had to spend some time cleaning it then the main rec area wasn’t clean either, bathrooms were awful and dirty and shaded area had big spots of water from the rain and it was messy. You’d think the staff would clean up water so no children or adults slipped but didn’t see a staff member anywhere.

Camping cabin was wonderful. Loved the deck and little porch with swings. the site by the pond was great The cabin was clean but the bathrooms left much to be desired.. Kept hoping they would be cleaned before our next time in but did not seem to be. Was not the usual cleanliness of KOA.

Stay was great. Lots of activities at the campground. Great location near Niagara Falls. The only negative thing I could say is the bathrooms need to be updated.

It was a bit chaotic. Pool wasn’t open on time the days we stayed, our cabin got flooded so we had to move. Events were canceled. There was a huge tear in the pool liner at the pocket pool. Ac hardly works in C47. No umbrella for tables at deluxe cabins. But staff was nice and overall area was nice.

the area at bottom of cabin was flooded above the ankle, when we asked to be moved to another cabin we were told for an additional fee, awful customer recovery worst staff assistance ever

The bunk beds were very uncomfortable my sister left.There was no protection from the sun outside of our cabin my dog was not allowed by the pool so I had to sit inside the cabin most of the day there were eight of us, one tiny small frying pan to make bacon and eggs for eight people and a two slice toaster and the tv kept going out, Iprobably will never stay again for $300 a night .

Awful. Awful. Awful. I will never come back. We have been to 30+ KOAs and this is the worst my family has ever been too. Changed reservations from 5 nights to 1 night. A/C was broke, kids had to sleep on our floor and keep the other bedroom shut to conserve the A/C.

Very nice place, easy to get to Niagara Falls from here (driving or bus). We chose to drive to Niagara (small bridge toll) when we stayed. Plenty of things for the kids to do. Cable was out (I was told that a mower ran over the cable). I would have given it 5 stars but our cabin silverware and cups were slightly dirty and it was a tad pricey per night.

Very poor experience from the get-go. Mislead regarding climate controlled rooms and no resolution able to be reached within timely manner other than to vacate and leave for a local motel/hotel. Will not be back. 97 bucks down the drain to lay in a hot cabin until time to check out the next AM. Would have been better to bring a tent. Will not be back.

Koa was great! Pools were very nice and clean. Lots of games to play and things to do. Bathrooms were very clean. Only thing is have to wait a long time just to use bathroom because all of them have showers . Might be nice to have separate bathroom for just toilet. Otherwise was a great stay!!!

Staff were great! The cabin we stayed in was nice but could have used a little bit of a good cleaning. The showers and toilets areas were clean, however, maybe a few more would make it better. We did notice that the "accessible" toilet was not super accessible, as it did not have a power door which would make it hard for someone in a wheelchair to access independently. overall, great experience!

We stayed in a deluxe cabin. We liked our stay for going to Niagara Falls and having a place to cook, relax, and have campfires. Some things that would have made it better: the cabin was not ready for 1.5 hours after check-in which was frustrating. The zip-line does not work at the playground and the crowded pool needs repaired.

The facilities and amenities were great. However, the campers next to us were extremely loud after quiet hours with music and yelling. We had to ask him to quiet down, but it’s still did not stop.

I would recommend to friends. The campground is well cared for, staff very friendly and tons of fun for the kiddos. My only knock is the screens were all torn to the point they were waving in the wind, so I couldn't just use the screen door or open the windows in our cabin.

Love this KOA campground!, everyone you encounter on the staff is so friendly and helpful. The Deluxe cabin that we stayed at was so clean and well equipped with everything we needed for our 4 day stay. The pool is in need of some repair and a good cleaning around the edge. The water was always clear and well filtered just needs a little extra TLC. Great campground, the kids had a blast..

Wow just wow! First time staying at a KOA .. our family had a great time! We went to visit Niagara Falls but we will come back just to stay at your KOA! Our kids had an absolute blast making friends in the pool and games of Gaga ball! Great setup! Great job we really enjoyed it!

Smoke detector started chirping (low battery) in the middle of the night, every 30 seconds. Didn’t get a great night sleep. Saw some staff in the morning to let them know, they said they had just replaced.

Very good, cabin had a nice huge deck and a swing, also patio set, wish the mattress for adults was thicker and mini fridge would of had a tiny freezer, good location after a long day at Niagra Falls

We had a great time! This was our first time staying at a KOA and we are already talking about returning and bringing even more family members next time. The kids said it was their favorite vacation ever. We loved the cabin and all of the activities. The tie dye shirts made great souvenirs! I wish there were more bathrooms and a recycle bin, but otherwise it was perfect!

Overall stay was okay, but for the price charged per night it was not worth it. There were so many bees around my campsite that I was barely able to enjoy the outdoor area. Even after maintenance sprayed multiple nests (which I feel should have been taken care of before arrival) the bees did not leave the table or chairs; we were not able to use either. The shower and pool were very dirty.

From start to finish the KOA Grand Island staff were friendly, helpful and went above and beyond in customer service. Our camping cabin was amazing with a huge deck and outdoor space…too bad it rained. Fantastic KOA.. very friendly staff! Easy check in/out. Rented a cabin for three nights in early April, C35, it's right on the small pond. Great view, and close to everything the campground offers. Lots of activities- playgrounds, jumping pad thing for the kids, ping pong, basketball, paddle boats, pools. The cabin was perfect for us. It had heat and tv (not that you need tv, but it was nice to have the option). This place is a couple minutes from Buffalo, and ten minutes drive from Niagara falls. There is an amusement park right next door to the KOA, but it wasn't open, it was probably just too early in the season, but it looks like it'd be fun. The cons of this particular cabin (and definitely not a deal breaker, because I would absolutely stay in this one again) were A) where you park, you'd think you would be able to walk in from the little porch that's right there by the parking area, but there's no gate to get onto the porch, so you have to walk around to the other side of the cabin to get up the stairs into the deck to get in. It just made moving stuff in and out a little annoying. B) watch your head!!!!!! I must have hit my head about a dozen times on the little roof overhang while walking up and down the deck stairs. I had to hang paper towels as markers so I'd see them and not hit my head... (They didn't really help!) C) this won't always apply, but the ground was muddy, so it was slippery at the bottom of the stairs from the deck. I was just concerned for my 68 year old mom, didn't want her to slip and get hurt. I asked the lovely people in the office if there was anything they can do about that, so they sent a gentleman over in a golf cart, and he took care of it. He returned with a door mat, and they put down some rocks, and it helped. So, really nothing but good things about this KOA. Oh yeah, my son is 10, and had the best time... He asked if we can go back- I do plan to return!

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!!
