Was able to stay same day we called. We did lose one of our parts to our tow hitch. It was after hours and they responded quickly, unfortunately we did not find it, but we’re able to be on our way. Overall very nice KOA and nice people who work there

Fantastic facilities. A great deal of effort to plan, design and keep the facilities up to date!!! Great friendly staff. A shout out to Bob who was very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area.

We stayed a week here just as the camping season here opened. We had horrible weather but had a great time here. Clean laundry room, level site and beautiful patio.. close to many museums and of course the Falls. We hope next time we get to use the fire pit!

Great park however, the lower rating is due to where we were out. D block is right next to the highway. Road noise was awful. There were many standard pull through spaces available during our stay. Not sure why we assigned there. For someone who spends a lot of time at KOAs, I would have preferred a little bit better treatment. Other than that, they are doing some great improvements.

Very Pleasant stay. Nice layout and nice place. One complaint, the landscaper started mowing at 8 am and woke us up and continued all day. So ridiculously loud.

Very nice, future upgrades look good when done. Pool shower/bathrooms not being open for camping on C52 was disappointing. Bathroom 3 had water on floor for days with door open

Sites are very nice in the front of the campground but the farther back you go they aren't as nice and need updating. We stayed at a patio site which was nice and roomy. The staff was always around if you needed anything. I do feel that this campground is quite pricey thou.

Campground was wonderful very nice staff the lodging was great but it would have been nicer if there was more amenities available I know we were a little bit off season being in the end of April but there was absolutely nothing to do on site we couldn't play cornhole we couldn't play horseshoes only thing was to rent banana bikes and that was it there was nothing else to do I understand the weathe

The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and we did enjoy seeing the geese that had their own spot to stay in (the pond). My only complaint is, it was hard to relax while the interstate was right near the campground. I’m glad it wasn’t summer in full swing because there is a rollercoaster next door. Some people might be okay with that but it wasn’t for my husband and I.

Site clean, grounds well kept. Staff very friendly. Only drawback was the extra loud music going until 11pm. Most likely from the social club directly across from our site.

Great campground, but a few improvements need to be made. The swing track at the pocket park no longer goes on it’s own. The paint has rubbed off and it gets stuck about 1/4 of the way through, so kids get a 2 second ride then have to pull it the rest of the way. Our cable was out- no explanation. Would be nice for evenings after the kiddo is asleep. also there were uneaten fries left in microwa

We loved our 2 room cabin!!! loved having a 'back' door and a front deck....which was so big, our stay was just wonderful. We were close to everything we wanted to do....

Everything was nice. The staff was super friendly. The only issue we had, our cable didn't work so we had to use streaming channels. So, the cost was a little high since we weren't able to get the cable that was included in our rate. I mentioned this to the staff a few times but we're never notified that it was corrected if it was corrected.

The best KOA we have stayed since we started RVing in 2017. Quiet location, clean facilities, friendly employees, awesome wifi, and in an area that is convenient to Niagara Falls. This is how KOA affiliated parks should look.

The NIAGARA FALLS / GRAND ISLAND KOA was fantastic to stay at. My children had a wonderful time riding bikes and fishing. There was a basketball on site to play with on the courts as well as. Staff was friendly and the campground was clean and well maintained. We had a site that provided patio chairs, table and a fire pit.

4-night pre-season stay. We are a state park family, but this suited our specific needs for this trip. Place was very clean, lots to do (especially if staying in the summer time), bathroom outdated. Plenty of shopping nearby and less than 9 miles from the Canadian side of the Falls.

we arrived off season the park was empty they put us in a spot that was right next to another guest the amount of room you have next to your camper and the other camper was about 5 ft of useable grass minus the utilities that my steps were next to when exiting my camper. I will not return the noise from the 190 was awful.

Fantastic KOA.. very friendly staff! Easy check in/out. Rented a cabin for three nights in early April, C35, it's right on the small pond. Great view, and close to everything the campground offers. Lots of activities- playgrounds, jumping pad thing for the kids, ping pong, basketball, paddle boats, pools. The cabin was perfect for us. It had heat and tv (not that you need tv, but it was nice to have the option). This place is a couple minutes from Buffalo, and ten minutes drive from Niagara falls. There is an amusement park right next door to the KOA, but it wasn't open, it was probably just too early in the season, but it looks like it'd be fun. The cons of this particular cabin (and definitely not a deal breaker, because I would absolutely stay in this one again) were A) where you park, you'd think you would be able to walk in from the little porch that's right there by the parking area, but there's no gate to get onto the porch, so you have to walk around to the other side of the cabin to get up the stairs into the deck to get in. It just made moving stuff in and out a little annoying. B) watch your head!!!!!! I must have hit my head about a dozen times on the little roof overhang while walking up and down the deck stairs. I had to hang paper towels as markers so I'd see them and not hit my head... (They didn't really help!) C) this won't always apply, but the ground was muddy, so it was slippery at the bottom of the stairs from the deck. I was just concerned for my 68 year old mom, didn't want her to slip and get hurt. I asked the lovely people in the office if there was anything they can do about that, so they sent a gentleman over in a golf cart, and he took care of it. He returned with a door mat, and they put down some rocks, and it helped. So, really nothing but good things about this KOA. Oh yeah, my son is 10, and had the best time... He asked if we can go back- I do plan to return!

Ok, I'm not one to post reviews, but in the case of this wonderful place, I couldn't NOT do so. We came to the buffalo area to take care of some family business. My son Alan and I drove up from the Raleigh area in a newly acquired older RV. Our trip up was not fun as on the way we broke an exhaust manifold and also literally blew out of it socket a spark plug. We called to alert we would be later than expected, and they set us up with their night time check in. We got in, and the weather was miserable. Raining hard. The spot we had was very wet and saturated. Alan asked if we could move, and they told us to go look for a spot that we liked and let them know. We chose a spot, and they cleared us to move there. After having found a place to fix our RV after finding out its actual problem through other mechanics, we found a place that said they would take on the job, BUT we would need to leave it with them a day or two. We called the office to tell them of our need, and they offered us a cabin on-site at an amazing price to stay while our RV was in repair. Let me tell you, everybody, their cabins are amazing too. I'm sorry I was long-winded on this, but I wanted to explain the context of what we were going through and how they supported us every step of the way. We will return there every single time now and hope the weather is better next time. If MY so Alan and I could give 100 stars, we would. And to the campground from both of us THANK YOU!!! You gave us such uplifting from all our other things. You can never know how much it truly meant to us With gratitude, Wayne & Alan Ross
