Great place to stay, owners are doing many updates that make this place so enjoyable. I wish some of the other KOA sites would do updates like the Natural Bridge.

Warmly greeted at reception, and each and every person working on the grounds was really helpful. Site was clean and well built. Campground is clean and well maintained. Looking forward to our next visit to this KOA.

Not a bad stay. Site wasn't very level, but bathhouse clean and updated. Construction around the place a bit unsightly, but OK for an overnight stop.

We LOVE your campground! It is so convenient to the highway and the sites are nice and level. The facility is well-kept and the staff is super friendly. Will be back every time we travel south.

Would have rated higher if there were more activities during Easter weekend. An egg hunt would have been fun. Of course, pool was not open so that was known before hand. Friendly staff, nice camp sites. Will return in the future as we have family in the area.

There have been a lot of upgrades since last time we were here and looks like more being done. We also, like being close to Pink Cadillac diner!

Totally impressed. We got stuck in a backup accident on 81 north. We arrived after hours and the office had stayed open. �.

This is a neat camp ground, but be prepared for a bit of tight spaces if you have a bigger/longer rig unless you select the premium sites which we would do if we stay here again. We’re also used to a few more kid friendly activities (Gaga ball, chess, etc.) which they don’t have here, and longer game room hours (could be because we came before their active season started). Overall a nice place

We loved our stay at this KOA. The people were so nice and friendly. The restrooms were spotless!! We had a deluxe patio site and it was so spacious. Our girls loved the retro playground (they had never been on a merry go round). The camp store was furnished with anything we needed. Good Job Natural Bridge KOA. We will be back!

We stopped in for an overnight stay while traveling (stopped once before for the same reason). Only complain...a minor one...would be that it is on a hill. However, we would stay there again!

Short stay on an elevated site on a slope but made due. Many large limestone outcroppings in new excavations that need an experienced blaster not a mechanical hoe ram.

We stayed on two occasions (to and from a destination - a week apart). The first stay was at a great water and electric site that was spacious and nicely landscape. The second stay was at a full-hookups site (more expensive) that was disappointing. It was all gravel, no grass or landscaping, and had no physical separation from the lane that ran next to it. I expected more from KOA.

Our stay was very enjoyable. We arrived late afternoon but early enough to walk our dog. Very clean and friendly park. The staff was very helpful and polite. The games room was great. Pool wasn’t open but it looked well maintained. Clean and well kept grounds. We will stop in again when passing through. Thank you staff!

We were disappointed with our campsite. We were given a site that was really not level (site 59). I tried to raise my trailer with 6" of rubber panels, but without success (I have several photos to support it) . I mentioned it to the employee who came to drive us back, but he told me it wasn't a big deal. Several sites are crooked and they don't seem to care. KOA should investigate this place.

The staff were kind and competent. The sites were clean and perfect for pulling in and leaving tow vehicle hooked up. The kids had a nice playground and dogs had an area to be off leash.

Nice campground that is well maintained. It has small campsites that are not all leveled but overall, it is a nice place for a quick stop. The bathrooms are kept very clean and the staff is very friendly. Not too many activities going on in the beginning of the season. Located next to highways; one can hear the road noise from the sites. Has newer cabins and is under construction for new sites.

We stayed one night on our way back home to Canada, totally impressed with the park. Lots of work going on there, making everything pristine for the campers. Our site was level, had a barbecue, fire, pit, table and chairs, and seating around the fire pit. We could not have asked for more. Check-in was easy, staff was friendly, and we definitely would, and will stay there again.

The campground is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. We love the location - near Natural Bridge State Park, Lexington, VA and Halcyon Days Cider Co.

This was our second time staying here overnight and we were happy with the site, camp and all employees we spoke with. We would definitely stay here again hopefully for longer next time. They are doing a lot of work and it looks like it will be very updated when completed.

Hilly and most roads covered in gravel making it a little slippery when riding a heavy Harley.....also should not allow people to fly political flags slamming the President not what we want to see when we are on vacation alot of campgrounds ban this. Good location for visiting Lexington and Natural Bridge state park. Worker with dark hair and beard had a nasty attitude when asked a question.

Very nice campground directly off of Rt 81. Close to local attractions. The park has had regular upgrades, everything was clean and new looking. Sites were level and full hookup/sewer/cable/wifi were available. Staff is friendly and helpful. I'll stay here again.
