From the moment we called to make our first reservations and then pulling into the park, they make you feel like family! We enjoyed Christmas and New years here and will most definitely be back. Looking forward to the finishing touches they are still doing after Ian, nothing that keeps the park from operating. The whole group works hard to make this a park you want to come back to! Will be back!

It was very nice, I would stay there again, but we had heavy rain and I can see that it gets flooded in spots. I know they are working on things there after the hurricane I just hope that is fixed as well.

Clean bathrooms, but could use some ventilation due to humidity. Friendly staff. Nice patio. You’re getting there, cleaning up from the hurricane. Good luck. Unfortunately, above my price range, even with KOA benefits.

Very friendly staff. Nice clean campgrounds. Pool bath houses were all top notch. Nice quiet location.

Sites were very nice.Personal was very friendly and professional. We had 2 different days of rain the road and site was flooded .For the price they charge I would expect it to be better

KOA provided free amazing Xmas dinner. Can’t say enough good things about owner & staff. Only negative is mosquitos. Park still under construction but didn’t bother us. Very helpful with everything.

My husband and I had a very relaxing stay at KOA. The heated pool was so nice, especially with the weather being cool. They are still rebuilding, but everything is up and running. Your employees were very friendly and went above to help, answer questions and accommodate us. We'll be back. Thank you

The staff is outstanding in helping and seeing and trying to solve any problems and the grounds are outstanding after the hurricane And grounds people are making it look good again. The only problem that I had were the NO SEEUM’s. Unfortunately the weather Was over cast a lot of the time so the only place to be when it’s like that is at the pool.

Easy in and out. Lots of great help to get into the site, and office staff very helpful and friendly. Quiet location with easy access to grocery, restaurants, and the beach.

Our visit was predicated upon just a short state Tuesday through Friday and we had a good time. The weather was cool, which is a nice change from Florida heat. The campsites are little bit narrow, but manageable. The staff at the campsite were very busy making lots ready for the snowbirds and I imagine in January February the place is like New York with everybody everywhere. I will be back.

Loved our stay! Campground is neat and tidy, everything works as advertised. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! Sites are plenty spacious and level!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were very nice, clean and lots of them. We are on an 8 week adventure and staying at 7 different places and so far this one has been the BEST! We will go back!

I'm very impressed how well they've built back after hurricane Ian. From being 5ft under water to being a beautiful paradise again. Staff is SO NICE. Great location, too.

Vice nice and clean KOA, personal is very nice and professional. Pool and SPA also clean and well maintained. Chairs around the pool are very comfortable and new. I really enjoyed staying here and will surely come again.

The staff was amazing still under construction understandable Prefer a little more room, a little more foliage We spent a week Key West KOA. They set a pretty high benchmark.

Great staff, grounds well maintained, bathrooms very clean. Wish the sites were a bit wider, if someone is next to you you are very, very close. Will happily return, would try to get a corner spot if available.

We spent two nights so we could visit with some family who live in the area. The park is great, staff were all very nice, it is clean, quiet, good amenities, but mosquitos were terrible, even with using bug spray my legs are arms are full of mosquito bites. If it wasn't for the mosquitos I would rate a 5, but couldn't even sit outside comfortably. thank you

The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The paved patio and plywood furniture were very nice. Great pool and activities for kids. Just remember to bring bug spray.

The staff is great. Nice campground. BUT the noseeums and the loss of internet over the thanksgiving weekend (out of the control of the staff) causes me to rate this experience (2 weeks) as not good

Sights were a bit close together but our stay was nice. Great laundry facilities and staff picked up campsite laundry multiple times a day. Bring bug spray, the mosquitoes and no-see-ums are awful!

We love this campground! Even though they are rebuilding from Hurricane Ian, they are working their hardest to do everything they can for their guests. The Customer Service Manager (Lauren/Laura?) was fantastic and is an asset to the place. We'll be back!

A nice place to stay. Location was good for us. Didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked very well kept.

Very clean, new and beautiful sites. their should be a bigger place for dogs to run on the site...except for the noseehums, our time in Naples was very appreciated

The staff was outstanding. The amenities were not all functioning but it was perfect for me, as my brother just bought a house 1 mile away so he would pick me up to go on adventures or I could ride my bike. I will definitely be back again . Thank you for your kindness!

Very nice park, clean facilities. My only complaint is that we did not have internet or cable for the two nights we were there. I don’t feel we should have been charged the full amount since these amenities were not working.

The salt water pool and hot tub were AMAZING, and the location of the campground was perfect for trips to the Everglades and to the beautiful beaches of Marco Oslamd and Naples. The staff were friendly and helpful, couldn’t ask for anything better!!

We have been staying at this KOA for several years but last years hurricane has taken its toll. No internet, low water pressure and very tight on the pull through sites is a problem at 100 dollars a night.

The staff were amazing and the campground was extremely well kept. The pool is awesome. It is located in a great area close to all of the restaurants we love. The only downfall is the sites are a little too close together and the bugs are terrible.

This was a quick stay for our grandson’s lacrosse tournament. We would love to come back to stay longer. Great park and even Greater staff !

The cabin was so cute. Perfect size for a couple or if you have a small child. Screened porch was handy. Don't forget the bug spray.
