Always a great experience. The team there are very friendly and willing to assist you if needed. It is a very clean koa . Bathrooms and pool and hottub spotless.

We had a great time! Well kept camp ground and very relaxing atmosphere. We are definitely going to return soon. The only thing was the pool was not open yet, because the city inspector has not showed up to inspect the pool and jacuzzi, but all-in-all it was a great stay. Thanks!! See you soon.

The staff were friendly, the grounds were impeccable and the camping cabin was clean. I was very disappointed that both the pool was not open and the wi-fi was down.

The pool was closed the entire time we were there but we were only told it was closed the day before we arrived. It had been closed the entire month of July. Nothing else for kids to do. Thank goodness we found a water park very close to the campground; otherwise we would have left one the first day.

Very neat and clean. The wash house was exceptional. Staff was extremely friendly and egger to help. Kenny was very help with our tv issue and Betsy was also extremely helpful. We were disappointed the pool was still closed waiting on the inspector. But we were compensated for that as we were there a week. Enjoyed the merchandise at the store too.

Super friendly staff! Clean cabin. Water pressure in the shower was good, though the shower head was a bit low. Decent price. Located pretty centrally, though not alot of noise which was nice.

Bathrooms very nice. Pull thru sites plastic coming thru gravel making sites little un-level. Lots of old snowbird campers.

Overall good. A lot of full time residents. Sites are close. We did see a bear walking through the park! Bonus

The KOA staff were all very courteous and customer oriented. We're oriented. The facilities were facilities were well maintained.

Hicimos esta reserva desde Enero para vacaciones de nuestra hija, al llegar ni siquiera estaba en funcionamiento la piscina, calor insoportable y sin piscina, lo mas molesto es que tuvieron 5 meses para avisar y no lo hicieron , la pasamos tan mal que nos fuimos antes de tiempo, no lo recomendaria absolutamente a nadie.

Nice Cabins and treatment. We would like to come back. Pictures we took look great. Just found 2 roaches and big stain in the toilet. Only detail to keep in the awareness due going there with family.

Staff was great very friendly and nice, pool was down for resurfacing in July poor planning. Cornhole area needed to be mowed and maintained. Bugs were bad even with sprays and candles.

Very nice. The sites are spacious and the patio and picnic tables are a nice touch. The area of horse shoes and cornhole could us a mow.

Super friendly staff and clean campground. The pool was under maintenance when we came, but it didn’t slow down the activities. Thank you, Naples/Marco Island KOA for a wonderful stay.

I love the site patios and fire pits are excellent and I enjoyed the games and bbq. When it rains there is to much standing water. Bring your bug spray!

The staff are very nice and polite, helpful. My issue was that pool is under repair and I did not get a notification when I reserved. Lots of bugs around, impossible to be outside. Last year I stayed at another location and they would fumigate.

The bathrooms were clean and well air conditioned. The showers were cold every day except one. I'm not sure if it was the time of day, but we tried going at different times and it was still uncomfortably cold. The mosquitos and no-see-ums were extremely bad here, which would be the main reason we would not visit again. The location was in a good safe spot.

We had a nice size site which was perfect for an overnight stay. Our dog enjoyed the walking path. The dog park was very small but it was nice to be able to get out dog off leach for a bit.

Sites are narrow and the park itself has tight turns which can be a challenge for larger rigs. The park is clean, well maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful.

I stay here for work when I’m in town and is very well kept and clean amenities. The staff are friendly and upgrade me to pull through spots when the campground isn’t very full.

The cabin was so cute. Perfect size for a couple or if you have a small child. Screened porch was handy. Don't forget the bug spray.
