Very nice camp ground, lots to do, only thing that was a negative, had more to do with parents letting the kids run wild, on the peddle bikes riding them on the road, also the hot tub was barely warm

We had a premium site by the paved road. The traffic is an issue with loud side by sides and speeding vehicles. Please enforce the speed limit, install more speed bumps as you have in the back of the camp ground and control the noise level of loud vehicles.

The resort itself was very nice. We had several people cutting through our site all day long even while we were cooking and sitting outside our camper. There was one very, very loud UTV casually driving around the campground until late hours at night. It was obnoxiously loud compared to the other UTV’s.

We stayed for one week with our two young boys and had a wonderful time! Amenities were great and location was the best. Highly recommend!

We planned on staying for 3 days.. kids were having so much fun we stayed for 6. Pool was open until 10pm so we could swim late.. Great staff and first class camp ground.. we will be back soon..

We just about had one incident. A worker was driving a Kubota on the road and his hat blew off. As he was looking for his hat he swerved right into me and I had to get off the road to avoid being hit. Also, showers were dirty in the evening.

In the last 10 days, I have stayed at KOA Holiday, Journey, and your resort. The two former were as nice or nicer than your resort. Requested a pull thru, got back in. Your pet area was way to far away from our site and very small--the smallest of any KOA's I have been to! Your resort is built around kids, not seniors, nor pet owners-you charged $3/night for them :( Resort fee? Shame on you!

It was somewhat disappointing. We paid for a premium site during our stay. However, some of the premium sites, like ours, you have KOA carts, trucks, and oil tankers driving by constantly. All day long! Kicking up dirt and dust. The maintenance people need to learn how to be a bit more friendly. There was dog poop all over our site. We ended up having to pick it up.

Very nice pulled in late. Was able to order pizza before they closed. Alot of thinks for the children to do. Will try to come back with other family members

Very nice with so many amenities-too many to squeeze in on a three day stay. Folks were wonderful, and the wagon steak dinner is a must.

We had a great time! Our site in the 500’s was perfect. Loved being backed up to grass and trees. The food, service, and activities were excellent. Loved your well taken care of horses.

We love this place! So much to do at the park and in the surrounding areas. We definitely look forward to coming back! The park is very clean and well taken care of, especially for how large it is. We enjoyed the horseback trail rides, the ice cream shop, hot French fires while we watched the kiddos play Gaga ball, UTV riding up Needles Hwy, cliff jumping at Sylvan Lake, the exciting rodeo, etc

We LOVED our stay! There are too many good things to say about this place between the horseback riding, the chuck wagon dinner, the pools, water slide, the showers and bathrooms were clean. Everything was wonderful.

The campground is well layer out and you can get RVs in and out easily. We were very pleased.

Hot tub by campground pool was cold and brown should maybe had closed sign on it . Site 379 maybe alittle small for 36 foot camper with two slides . Our slide was next to firepit . Otherwise absolutely love the campground . Taproom very nice . Hot tub and pool by motel very nice . Nice laundry . And great location Will be back

We enjoyed all the amenities the resort had to offer. The new pool, adjacent playground, and pickleball area were our favorite places to spend our time at the resort. Tie dye was a fun activity. Very kid-friendly! We also loved watching the trail riding horses from our campsite. We were less than 15 minutes from Mount Rushmore. We would stay again!

We had a great time. 4 nights here. Ton of amenities here for everyone. We were also fortunate to see a rodeo on the property, which was very entertaining. The only thing that was a negative was the hot tubs, very small square fiberglass tubs which looked like they need some scrubbing. The staff was Friendly. Close to mt rushmore and crazy horse. Custer state park.

what are rules for parental supervision at Fun Zone from 9:30-10:30? There was incident evening of Aug 16 whereby the "race card" was played by an African American boy (10-12) against my child (11) while playing gaga ball at 10:00 pm-only one adult was sitting nearby and had to defuse the situation. Where were parents of other kids? THIS COULD HAVE TURNED UGLY REAL FAST. Need adults present ALWAYS

Understaffed at check in. Roads crowded/pedestrians/bikes/golf carts together is dangerous. Pool & hot tubs in Fun Zone green and murky and slimy. Hot tubs cold. Comfort Station 3 showers moldy. Mini golf clubs broken, course poorly maintained & trashy. WiFi not reliable and should be secured for the "resort" prices. Price far exceeded value. Site was level, trash pickup appreciated. Nice rodeo.

I was very disappointed in the tiny little camp sight we were given. We couldn't use the grill because the only spot for our tent placed it a few inches from the pit. The table was also right next to it on the other side that's how small the site was, for $75/night, ouch! Put some fans in the bathrooms, they get very stinky, very ripe. Fun place for kids.

This is a return visit and we really enjoy this KOA. The only advice I would give is to not have employees making political statements, loudly I might add. Walking by your personnel on golf carts that brings you to site, one of them was LOUDLY stating kids should be able to be beat at school and we need to make america great again. As an educator I find that reprehensible. Children beware

Was disappointed that they say the pools are heated but are not. Also the water is disgusting in the pool and the water slide. There were bandaids and feminine products laying outside the waterslide. The KOA trucks were constantly driving back and forth in front of our campsite. The staff wasn’t helpful at all with the crafts. For the amount of money we paid I wasn’t impressed.

Small and very unlevel site. Very small Kamp K9. Exorbitant prices on clothing and other product sold at the camp store. The only good thing is it was close to the monument.

Our stay was great! Such helpful staff, our camper spot was amazing with extra grassy yard space behind us. Pools and fun zones were such fun for hr family! The location is awesome and very convenient for visiting surrounding attractions. We will definitely be back!

We spent a week here in the summer, and had a really great experience. We loved the stable and we enjoyed the pool. The best part was that our 9-year-old, an only child, was able to go and play with other kids every day. He played chess, basketball, miniature golf, and Gaga ball, and had a wonderful time. We also appreciated the proximity to Jewel Cave and Mount Rushmore. I want to express my great appreciation for Jeff from Guest Services. One night some older kids showed up to play Gaga ball and my son got hurt and was scared of the big kids who were playing rough. Jeff showed up to help, tracked down the big kids (they actually ran away at first and he had to RUN after them to track them down!), counseled my son more than once to help him not be scared about talking to them, got the big kids to apologize and talked to their parents without being punitive or mean in any way, and overall just did a really great job. The staff here in general is great but Jeff super impressed my entire family.
