Great location, great staff, great amenities. This koa is a little more costly and restrictive than the others we stay at, but all in all a great koa!

It is the perfect place to bring our grandson for his doctors eye appt's. Offers so much more than a hotel and about the same price. Dog loves it too!

We stayed for a week in one of the small cabins and had a wonderful time. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and well appointed. The concrete patio, fire pit and Adirondack chairs were a huge plus! The location was convenient to all the places we wanted to visit: Charleston, and the beaches. We loved taking the tractor ride to to the plantation. Beautiful! The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Great place. We’ve been staying at this KOA for 11 or 12 years (or more, not sure). Last year, we decided to change things up and rent a place on the beach. We had a great time, but we all decided we like the KOA better. It’s convenient to the beach, quiet, good fishing, fun people, and the kids have a blast roaming the grounds.

Superb customer service! Beautiful views and great cabin!!! Nice shower pressure too. They deliver things to your cabin from the store if you need them. Will definitely visit again.

We had a great stay! The staff was very helpful and friendly and the site was very nicely kept clean! There were signs around to be aware of things which was helpful because we don't live in the south and would know about poisonous, venomous things!

This KOA is a well kept campground with a helpful staff. Our cabin was clean and comfortable for our 2 night stay. The view of the lake was beautiful. Lots of things to do and a Fun Park nearby.

First time staying at this location and it was great! Our bed was much more comfortable than the regular beds in a camping cabin! My son and husband loved fishing in the small lake they have. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Camping cabin has cable, queen bed, and a bunk bed. Also felt very safe! They also have canoes and kayaks you can rent which is very convenient.

The grounds were exceptionally clean, and there was a quiet and peaceful environment. Every staff member was kind and helpful. The staff in the front desk were so welcoming, and even gave some treats to our dogs when my husband and I brought them in. We will be back for sure!

We always love coming to the Mt. Pleasant KOA. The staff go above and beyond to make sure the guests are happy and taken care of. The grounds are kept up beautifully and the activities are awesome!

This is my third time at this location. Each time the staff have been wonderful helping us enjoy the stay with the family dog. They are courteous, quick to help, and do an excellent job keeping the whole site clean and organized. The location is also wonderful with many amenities for the whole family and nestled in the woods, yet close enough to downtown Charleston and the beach. Awesome Time!

Cabins were not clean. We also had to move out of one cabin due to infestation of ants and roaches. We've stayed in several cabins in various KOA'S and never had these major issues. Hopefully this will be addressed and corrected soon. Thanks

We were not able to move you to another cabin, as we did not have availability. You asked for a refund, we honored your request, then you asked that the cabin be recleaned, which was done. We are sorry you were unhappy with your stay.

Wonderful well-maintained campground, beautiful & convenient location, kind & friendly staff! Cabins are very cozy and in a lovely area of the grounds. We appreciated the events & text reminders. We've enjoyed stays in cabins at other KOAs - this was the first that didn't supply a basic dish set or silverware. Please add washable plates, bowls and silverware for 4 guests to your Deluxe Cabins.

Cabin was clean and they even had the AC running! I was scared of spiders but they must check them before hand! Love how clean it was and quick people responded with questions, directions and requests and no matter how hot the day was, they kept smilingand joking! Definitely made the heat less noticeable! Pool was clean though people where smoking in it. Honestly 10/10 in staffing!

We stayed there 5 days and during our stay the shower houses were only cleaned and disinfected 1 time that I seen. They were not clean anytime that we used them. The cabin was nice we stayed in.

Great people working at the campground and very fast. We had some wasp nest on our cabin porch and immediately they sent someone out to take care of this. Very beautiful and relaxing campground. Close to two beautiful beaches

We had the most wonderful stay here, we stayed in site 71 which is an end unit with a lake view. It is improved with a patio, wonderful seating including glider chairs and a swing right on the water. They gave us a complimentary bundle of firewood with this site. It's very quiet here and is dark with not a lot of light pollution coming in through the shades. The pool was open but it was cool so we didn't use it. the walking path along the lake was pleasant and we saw lots of turtles and water birds. It is a gated park and felt very safe. We previously stayed at a different KOA on the other side of town and we're so glad we found this place. There is a fantastic dog park with two separate areas, one has access to the water, the fencing actually extends into the water for safe playing.

We really liked this KOA. Great location to check out Patriot Point, and they have a lot of things to do. They have a great trail to walk your BFF on and a beautiful lake. I wish the dog park had 2 separate doors to it so you don't have to let your dog in with other dogs. Many good things to do at this park! Enjoy!!

The staff at KOA Mount Pleasant truly enjoy what they do! It shows in how you are treated and the thoughtful things they do to ensure you enjoy your stay. We have stayed here many times over the last 15 years. The sites are spacious, clean and beautiful. The facilities are clean and well kept and fully stocked. Thanks for another enjoyable stay
