The Magnolia Plantation played a significant role in the Ashley River's history during the Revolutionary War and Civil War. You can picnic, canoe, bike and walk through the nature trails on Magnolia Plantation's 125-acre rice field. The pool opens on March 1 and closes on October 1. Operating hours are from 9 a.m. until 30 minutes before the store closes as long as weather permits.
