The property was perfect! They had an amazing pool area! Our Deluxe cabin came with a propane BBQ, a fire pit, microwave, 2 burner stove, full size fridge, linens and much more! We had a great experience with Fawn and Jenna. We did talk to a lady on the phone who was EXTREMELY rude, but Fawn and Jenna made everything better. We would def return here!

Always a yearly stop. Workers should clean the bathrooms more often due to the amount of people that frequent the KOA.

Great place to stay as an individual or as a family. Very clean facilities and a very well stocked store. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and hot top were great. Plenty of room.

First experience at a KOA. Very impressed by the overall cleanliness of the entire campground and great staff relations. Only spent one night there and yet I talked to five staff members. All of them were awesome.

We loved staying at the Moab KOA! The bathrooms were kept very clean, and we loved the space we had around our cabin. We were never bothered by anyone and the staff was really helpful and normal!

This was our first at camping in 40 years without a RV and was hoping staying in a KOA cabin would still provide the experience. Moab KOA delivered 5 Stars. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with a special request. The cabin was great and loved the outdoor space, grill and fire pit. Moab has so much to offer and this is a great place to stay.

Beautiful area and nice campground. Cabin was comfortable and clean - nice sunrise and sunsets. Great & friendly staff. Always great to be back at Moab KOA.

Shelley was an absolute legend, and was super informative about giving us info when we were checking in. The grounds and view from pretty much everywhere in the park were spectacular, a d we opted to spring for one of the deluxe cabins. It was fantastic, w/a bathroom and shower, a full kitchen, and plenty of sleeping space. Definitely want to make a trip back out, and will be staying there again!

This was by far the best camp ground I have ever stayed at. The restrooms and showers are clean and in good condition. The staff were all very kind and respectful.

Very unhappy with reservations this time, when I made the reservation, I requested our tailer site and my son's cabin close together and we could not have been further apart. When we complained they put a bit closer but it still meant my 4 year old grandson was running back and forth between sites with cars driving around which what I wanted to avoid.

Stayed in one of the cabins for 3 nights. Very clean and comfortable. People at front desk were just lovely to deal with. Gave us wonderful recommendations. Will be back next year!! Thak You for a wonderful time. KOA's never disappoint!!!

It was the first time we did a cabin and it was super fun. It was nice to have a small heater to right the cold. Would definitely do that again.

cabin was clean and ready for use! check in was easy and quick. Restrooms were keep well. My son really enjoyed the outdoor pool on-site.

Our cabin DC46 was very nice and comfortable. The grounds were nice and well-kept. The only minor issues we had with the cabin was the door latch didn't work very well (door tended to open without deadbolt engaged) & the Keurig coffee maker did not work on the last day - likely the needle needed to be cleaned. The location was great on the south side of Moab and just a few minutes drive to town.

We absolutely loved our stay! We loved our cabin and used so many of the offered amenities. Spent lots of time swimming in the pool, playing in the park, playing games in the pocket park and perusing some of the fun toys and things in the store. We loved having a laundry facility. Going home with clean clothes felt great! 10/10 would stay here again.

WE JUST LOVE STAYING AT KOA !! WE ALWAYS HAVE WHAT WE NEED AND THEN SOME. STAFF IS EXCELLENT. ALL THEEMINITIES ARE FABULOUS.

Overall, the stay was amazing! The only downsides were that the pool was freezing and the beds weren't very comfortable. However, the cabin was cozy and we got a perfect spot on the end of the row.

Staff super friendly cabins and grounds kept very nice. My kids loved the pool and play ground. The only thing I would change is the Jets in the hot tub. They barely worked. Over all we loved it

All of the staff is wonderful and that’s what really makes the stay. The people that work at this location are so friendly and helpful. Plus, they make sure we can make accommodations like for our trailer parking. That’s why we keep coming back!

We only stayed for one night, but I really hope to return someday. The cabin was spacious and super clean and beds were comfy. The view was amazing and the pool/hot tub was perfect. Location is also good - just a few minutes from the shops and restaurants, and about 15 minutes from Arches.

We were very pleased with the KOA Moab campground. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The cabin we stayed in was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend.

Our cabin was right next to highway which made sleeping hard and impacted the overall experience. Text messages were not responded to for various questions. The one time someone came to check on the heat, he came in and out within 1 minute and didn't explain that the heat took a very long time to kick on, just showed us where the thermostats were.

From the warm welcome at check in to the fond farewell at check out, everyone we came across was so helpful! The kids enjoyed the pool and the cabin was perfect for those of us (ie: mom) who didn’t want to “rough it” for camping. There were so many great amenities that made it a comfortable stay during our vacation.

First time staying at a KOA. Had an amazing experience. The staff was really attentive to our needs, prompt, and extremely friendly and courteous. Our site had power and water which both were uninterrupted. On site showers and laundry less than 50ft away. Pool and hot tub were also very nice to enjoy. If you have dogs there is a dog walking area and a play park for all your doggos. Each neighbor that came and went was always friendly and respectful of the quiet times. I definitely would recommend place 100%. Very safe , very secure and if you have bikes easy place to hit the bike trails and ride back to. They also have a bike mechanic station, rack,air and wash rack.

We had such an amazing time at the KOA. We did have an encounter before check in when we called and asked a simple question and were treated very poorly, others in our group had the same issue. I was a bit nervous but upon arrival I realized we were in good hands. Fawn and Jenna treated us amazing! The grounds are well kept, the pool area is amazing! The laundry facility was a life saver! We stayed in a deluxe cabin which had so much stuff, towels, linens, toiletries, dish soap, and even k-cups for the coffee. The outside patio was nice with a fire pit and propane grill. Our kids enjoyed riding bikes and playing corn hole.
