The stay was good, the only concern was a chance in rate from when I had booked the stay. When I presented my receipt, I was refunded my overpayment. I should not have to watch that closely.

Staff is friendly, campground nice and clean. Negitives were side by side people using power tools to fix them on the site, several parked on the site making it crowded to pass, just rude group of people, not KOAs fault but too many of them, took away from our enjoyment like years before

Very appreciative that the person (guy) at the desk was able to arrange a spot for us to stay two days! Awesome service! Thank you as this made our trip to Moab do much enjoyable knowing we could stay at this KOA.

Super friendly staff - wife got very ill the morning of checkout. We couldn’t stay another night but they did allow late checkout which really helped. Sights are relatively tight and all sand and gravel except for deluxe sights that have a concrete patio. Would have been worth it as we had lots of sand burs in our sight. Sand burs hurt and are not fun, was very disappointing.

We were very pleased with our stay. This KOA has lots to offer. Great pool, trees in between many sites, space in sites, good location south of Moab. The bathrooms are clean but could use updating. Seniors like to travel, some use the bathrooms, some don’t. The toilets are ridiculously low to the floor and old style round seats are a bit uncomfortable. We would stay again. Sites are price

Awsome camp ground. This was our first time RVing and first time in Moab. KOA was our first stop of four camp grounds and it was hard to compete with. If you want ALL the eminities and fabulous staff this is the place for you. We had a pull through with the patio, it was amazing with a grill a table and fire ring with a rocker. Pool and hot tub was great after a day of activities. Location perfect

People friendly and helpful. Local suggestions for nice places to eat and drink. Clean and neat grounds. Close to all activities planned. They also have arrangements with local tour agencies for pick up at park office. Very convenient for our stay.

Site 33 was a nice shady site. People were very friendly and and nice garbage pick up .Enjoyed the pool and hot showers!

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restrooms were clean. Except for some highway noise, it was quiet at night. I would like to see an aluminum can recycling option. Not only would I feel better about my cans but it would also generate some income for the KOA. I would really like to see this as an option at every KOA.

The stay was awesome. Our only disappointment was the number of kids swimming in the hot tub. We will be back next year.

We enjoyed our stay. The attention to detail. We enjoyed our patio furniture and the grill. The staff was curious and helpful. The site was level and easy to access even with our 45 foot fifth wheel.

The bathrooms were not clean. The shower rooms are tiny, you could barely turn around in them. The camper spots are too close together. The laundry area was OK, but so far away.

The Moab Koa is by far one of the best KOA's we've stayed at in some time! The sites are clean, big, easy to get in and out of, Plenty of room, which is a huge deal when you are hauling a toy behind your rig. Clean bathrooms, showers, love the shade over all tent sites! Staff... Amazing!!! Friendly & Helpful The sights are by far breathtaking to say the least, Dark Skies oh my! CU SOON

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every evening and met several of the nicest travelers. We originally booked for 4 nights, but our plans changed and they let us cancel one of the nights at no charge. Trash pick up at the road was also nice.

Very nice place and not too far for the Arches NP. Pool area was great as well as the shower facilities. The night program offered by the staff was also very good. Would definitely recommend this facility to anyone as well as go back if I needed to.

With reservations for only one night, we asked if "maybe" we could stay longer. The General Mgr, Wendy, went to work and made it so we could stay in the same deluxe patio site for 3 nights which fit our vacation plans perfectly. Can't say enough about the customer service and "can do" attitude of the staff here. The site was great, views amazing. Bathrooms could use some modernization/updating

Well… my RV broke down about 20ft from my campsite. The manager, (I wish I caught his name) came right out to help and kept reassuring me we'd find a way to make it work. He looked over my RV, even helped me to identify the issue, and by Gods mercy we were able to slowly back me into my spot. The whole ordeal took 30-45 minutes and he was patient, kind, and so so SO helpful. I wish there was more than a 5 star review for moments like this. I've never felt so comfortable in such a stressful situation. The campground itself is beautiful and the staff is so hands on! Couldn't be more grateful for this crummy experience!

This campground is very well maintained. The staff was very nice and respectful. The sites are a nice size.
