I had a great stay. I was in one of the deluxe cabins and it was perfect. I didn't need to bring anything except myself, clothes and snacks. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Amazing views from the porch and every window. It's located just far enough from downtown to be away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy food,, shopping, etc. I will definitely be back.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins on the campground for a week, and it was really nice. The staff was always helpful to any of our questions and our needs. They delivered firewood and ice for us. It was a great stay.

The KOA itself is fine. The extremely loud highway next to it is not. Semi trucks are constantly going by l all hours of the day and night. I had to move to a hotel to get some peaceful sleep.

We only stayed one night, but the cabin was clean and well equipped for our stay. The shower curtain looked moldy but besides that everything else was clean.

Cabin was great-bed comfortable and room for our grandkids to stay over a night. A little pricey and driveway’s were a little dusty.

What a fabulous visit and stay with the Moab KOA Holiday! My deluxe cabin was spacious and spotless--and came with a gorgeous view. Comfy bed and loved having access to a kitchen. The campground was clean, quiet, and conveniently located to all the Moab activities (without the crowds). The KOA staff, especially Wendy, were so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Thank you! We'll be back!

We stayed in both a deluxe cabin and a camping cabin, and both are a great value. The deluxe cabin was quite comfortable - great bed, tv, full bathroom, and Keurig. Our favorite amenity is the hot tub & pool! 10/10 will stay again.

The deluxe cabin we had was just perfect! Like a hotel room. Was pleasantly surprised with all the many amenities! And the backyard (side area) grill and table with chairs was an awesome area too! Thanks again!

Staff are extremely kind. The check in process was smooth and they were super quick dropping off firewood. Enjoyed the trash pick up, the pool looked nice and the store is well stocked. Unfortunately, the beds are horrendous. The pull out couch bed is at an inverted incline so you sleep with your head downhill. The bed in the bedroom is lumpy and declines to one side. I stayed in a cabin. The bed was comfy with two firm pillows and two soft, and the towels were thick and absorbent. Everything was clean and worked, and the staff was pleasant. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends! I didn't use the grill, but the patio was inviting and would be great if I'd had more time. Location was perfect for the activities I participated in!

The simple.cabin was perfect for the two of us. The bathrooms and showers were very nice clean stocked. Staff was kind and provided great cistomer service. Views were amazing!

It was great but I would have appreciated being able to use an empty RV spot to charge my vehicle while I was there - I'd even be happy to pay a small fee to do so.

The facility was very nice. The only negative thing is how unfriendly the staff is. They all appeared to be irritated when they were bothered. I was with a large group that rented several cabins and we all did not want to ask anyone for anything because of how unfriendly they were. Just over all unfriendly and did not want to be bothered.

The location is amazing! The lack of communication and planning by this property is very unprofessional. Reservations were made well in advance and requests were made that were not even attempted to fulfill. For the price that we paid, I expected far more. I would love to be contacted to discuss this further, but it seems that this request has gone unanswered as all of the others have.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view, bathrooms and showers nice and clean, and friendly staff. No heat in cabin first night. It was fixed right away next morning, Like that it was dog friendly and close to Arches National Park.

I have recommended the cabins to different people and they are always so shocked at how nice the are. The campground is so clean and everyone is so friendly. The value too is great. Cabins are usually cheaper than hotel rooms and so much better! Love the new Paw Pens!

Well… my RV broke down about 20ft from my campsite. The manager, (I wish I caught his name) came right out to help and kept reassuring me we'd find a way to make it work. He looked over my RV, even helped me to identify the issue, and by Gods mercy we were able to slowly back me into my spot. The whole ordeal took 30-45 minutes and he was patient, kind, and so so SO helpful. I wish there was more than a 5 star review for moments like this. I've never felt so comfortable in such a stressful situation. The campground itself is beautiful and the staff is so hands on! Couldn't be more grateful for this crummy experience!
