The lodging was fine. We tried to enjoy the beautiful pool area several times and would end up leaving. We love children -we have kids and grandchildren of our own-but the pool area was out of control. Kids were literally jumping from the sides of the hot tub and cannonballing into the middle of the hot tub. Over and over and over.

I've yet to have a bad stay at the Moab KOA. This is my first time staying in the Deluxe Cabin and it was magnificent! For my (almost) week long trip, the Deluxe Cabin was the perfect choice for me. Having my own bathroom and shower was a godsend in early-early morning starts, and late night returns to my cabin. The campground looks to have been greatly updated and it looked fantastic. 5-stars!!

We stayed at the deluxe cabin. It was stocked with everything we would need. Very very clean. Was so great enjoying the outdoor space. Bed was comfy. We had plenty of room. Very enjoyable, employees were all very kind and helpful.

I lost my phone and the staff went out of there way to find me and fet it back to me. Checkin was easy. Friendly staff. Clean campground. Lots to do.

Stayed in a deluxe cabin, it was great! Loved the pool and hot tub, although the pool was too cold for me. Loved the location and set up of campground. One of the nicest KOAs Ive stayed in.

Cabin was very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! Meant to tell them that the bathtub plug did not close for a bath but great shower and plenty of warm water. Definitely would stay there again.

Moab KOA is top notch! Located about 4 miles from town, it was nice to be close to everything but enjoy more relaxed surroundings at the end of long sightseeing days. The deluxe cabin with fenced in yard was amazing for our dog. Extras provided included dog bed, bowl, blanket and treats. Lovely views of red rock cliffs on one side and mountains on the other. Great camp store and staff. Book it!

Staff were helpful, however cabins are too close plus fellow campers are too noisy even after 10.00 pm and no enforcement from management. Otherwise standard KOA cabin that I’m used to . Probably will seek other accommodations next time I’m in Moab . Sleep is very important to me and my fellow travelers.

First time at a KAO and I'm hooked. The staff was amazing, and the amenities were equally so. We stayed in the upgraded cabins without bathrooms, and our whole family loved them.

Well maintained site, very clean, great pools (x3). Staff were really friendly and helpful. Too close to the highway for traffic noise. Great budget option for staying close to Moab.

The pet friendly cabin worked perfectly for our family and doggo! We appreciated the amenities that were supplied in the cabin and loved the outdoor space with firepit and grill. It was disappointing that the General Store ran out of K-cups for the coffee maker on the first morning of our 3-night stay. We also enjoyed star- gazing, using the pool and movie night. Overall great time - thanks!

Wouldn’t change a thing, besides maybe more bathrooms. A lot of lines in the morning and evening. Everything else was perfect!

We had a cabin and loved everything about it except for the mattress on the bed. What a squeaky noisy mattress! We both had to try not to ever roll over cause we knew we’d wake the other person!!

I've been a member of KOA since 2010, and I have never had a bad experience at any KOA that I stayed at around the country. I choose KOA because I know that whatever site, whether it's an RV, tent or cabin site will be neat and clean. The facilities like laundry and bathrooms are always very clean and the staff are always polite and helpful. The Moab KOA was perfect for what I needed.

Well… my RV broke down about 20ft from my campsite. The manager, (I wish I caught his name) came right out to help and kept reassuring me we'd find a way to make it work. He looked over my RV, even helped me to identify the issue, and by Gods mercy we were able to slowly back me into my spot. The whole ordeal took 30-45 minutes and he was patient, kind, and so so SO helpful. I wish there was more than a 5 star review for moments like this. I've never felt so comfortable in such a stressful situation. The campground itself is beautiful and the staff is so hands on! Couldn't be more grateful for this crummy experience!
