nice amenities like wood drop off and trash pick-up. Biggest area for improvement is more rock and chat needed. Dirt and desert sand is something when you boondock. Dirty, dusty and sand flea infected dirt is not c to a top-notch KOA. Current R with all red rock roads and black rock sites made this issue very noticeable. More rock would eliminate the labor of racking each site.

We had such a great time! The pool was perfect, the outdoor area was nice and our kids loved the evening activities. It truly exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

It was a quick overnight stop this trip so we were not there long. However the staff were super friendly and helpful! And The view of Moab from our site was breathtaking, highly recommend

I've been a member of KOA since 2010, and I have never had a bad experience at any KOA that I stayed at around the country. I choose KOA because I know that whatever site, whether it's an RV, tent or cabin site will be neat and clean. The facilities like laundry and bathrooms are always very clean and the staff are always polite and helpful. The Moab KOA was perfect for what I needed.

EVERYONE that works at your KOA is top notch !!! ALL were kind, helpful, and pleasant. LOVED the camp sink for cleaning dishes...so handy!!! Wonderful, speedy WiFi and PLENTY of HOT WATER in the bathrooms....

Very nice base camp for all the places to go and see. Garbage pickup throughout the day is a bonus. Good water pressure, and very quite. Dedicated dog walk trails with bags and collection containers. Very nice place to stay.

We stayed for 2 nights. We have a class A we toad. There was plenty of room on our pull through site. Kids loved the pool. I had no idea Moab was so beautiful. Trails to ride and hike for days!

I had a great stay. I was in one of the deluxe cabins and it was perfect. I didn't need to bring anything except myself, clothes and snacks. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Amazing views from the porch and every window. It's located just far enough from downtown to be away from the crowds but close enough to enjoy food,, shopping, etc. I will definitely be back.

Extraordinary KOA! Their staff is outstanding and they take care of you from the moment you check in. The facilities check all the boxes for a fun & an entertaining time for children and adults alike. This is a 11/10 KOA.

Overall was a great stay. Staff was super friendly and helpful the entire stay. Kids had a great time using the pool and other amenities. Only minor complaint was road noise from the main highway at night.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins on the campground for a week, and it was really nice. The staff was always helpful to any of our questions and our needs. They delivered firewood and ice for us. It was a great stay.

Always clean, friendly, trash is taken promptly. Pool area is so nice, clean water, patio with good amount of shade and seating. We’ve been coming for year over spring break and it’s always a great place to stay

Great location. Easy access to Arches and Canyonlands NPs; downtown Moab. The tent camping area had a sun shade that was very nice. Picnic table, charcoal grill, and fire pit. Bathrooms were very clean. Showers were hot. Pool and hot tub were excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Really great place to stay but I would really like to see the pool and hot tub open until 10 every night, not just during peak season. Also, please support recycling!!!

The entire campground was tidy and kept very clean. The bathrooms and showers are always clean. All day long there were workers running around maintaining the grounds. Everyone was very friendly.Two thumbs up to the entire staff!

The facilities are pristine! Staff is friendly and exceptionally accommodating, even offering to deliver our ice directly to the RV so we didn’t have to carry it! Have stayed here two years in a row and intend to stay a third and maybe more!

The staff was great and the bathrooms were clean and the tent area was really nice. The water coming out of the spigot looks like glacial milk though. I didn't use it for much you might want to filter.

The KOA itself is fine. The extremely loud highway next to it is not. Semi trucks are constantly going by l all hours of the day and night. I had to move to a hotel to get some peaceful sleep.

It was a great experience - WHAT! - they pick up your trash at the front of your space WHAT! they opened the pool early this year and it was heated; WHAT 2 great propane fireplaces to roast "custom marshmallows" from the camp store. WHAT! as we were pulling out the fuel pump went out in our tow vehicle - the KOA staff got us some instruction and got us a space for the night.

We only stayed one night, but the cabin was clean and well equipped for our stay. The shower curtain looked moldy but besides that everything else was clean.

Well… my RV broke down about 20ft from my campsite. The manager, (I wish I caught his name) came right out to help and kept reassuring me we'd find a way to make it work. He looked over my RV, even helped me to identify the issue, and by Gods mercy we were able to slowly back me into my spot. The whole ordeal took 30-45 minutes and he was patient, kind, and so so SO helpful. I wish there was more than a 5 star review for moments like this. I've never felt so comfortable in such a stressful situation. The campground itself is beautiful and the staff is so hands on! Couldn't be more grateful for this crummy experience!
