A little out of town but has larger sites quiet clean great heated pool. Good laundry room all employees were happy to help with any questions.

We only stayed for one night, but I really hope to return someday. The cabin was spacious and super clean and beds were comfy. The view was amazing and the pool/hot tub was perfect. Location is also good - just a few minutes from the shops and restaurants, and about 15 minutes from Arches.

We had a wonderful stay! This campground is well maintained and always clean. Jenna who helped with our reservation change and check in was so pleasant and I really enjoyed chatting with her. Very nice and helpful! I will definitely be back!!

We were very pleased with the KOA Moab campground. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The cabin we stayed in was very clean and we had everything we needed to have a wonderful weekend.

After boon-docking for a couple of weeks, we looked forward to a hot shower. Tried taking two showers at different times and was unable to get hot water. This was disappointing, but everything else was great.

Our cabin was right next to highway which made sleeping hard and impacted the overall experience. Text messages were not responded to for various questions. The one time someone came to check on the heat, he came in and out within 1 minute and didn't explain that the heat took a very long time to kick on, just showed us where the thermostats were.

Traveling thru Utah to see the parks. We’ve been motorhoming since 1977, and always like KOA’s for their cleanliness and convenience . Moab was great.

It was exactly what we needed for days of exploration with the kids. Weather was chilly but the hot tub was hot and the pool was warm for the kids! Great stay

We had a nice time staying in a Deluxe Cabin. I have stayed in many KOAs and this one had a nice pool and hot tub as well as a nice area with propane fire pits and games. The cabins are pretty basic. I would say much more basic than other KOA cabins we have been in, but it worked well. My only compliment is the back bedroom was COLD because the split heater really only heated the front.

What great personal service is such a large property. The entire place was packed and we were still catered to like we were the only ones there. The heated pool was outstanding (kids loved it). The gas fires and out door game area were really nice to relax in. It was great to be surrounded by so much happiness in the property. The main bathrooms left a bit to be desired.

From the warm welcome at check in to the fond farewell at check out, everyone we came across was so helpful! The kids enjoyed the pool and the cabin was perfect for those of us (ie: mom) who didn’t want to “rough it” for camping. There were so many great amenities that made it a comfortable stay during our vacation.

The park is wonderfull and very well organized , but is the most expensive KOA we have ever stayed in, $179 @night.I know that supply and demand but the is way over our normal travel budget. We stayed there about 9/10 earlier and the price was around $80 a night so spring break gauging I guess.I would stay there agin but not during spring break or what ever was going on, nic park

Too many dogs where off leash, and owners not following the rules. The dog park had an issue with the fencing and we let them know but they did nothing about it at all.

Super glamp cabin with bathroom was perfect for our cold rainy night stay. Clean and everything it said it was in the description. Grill wasn't great in the wind. It may have just not worked. That's a problem

Cabin amenities were not as expected from website. Smoke detector had been removed. No breakfast amenities. Hot tub was funky green color so we chose not to use. Shower areas were not super clean. Staff was not overly charming. Otherwise as expected

Our stay was great. The cabin was very clean and kept warm when it cooled down at night. The bathrooms need more attention, though.

Had a great stay at the tent spots, they are very compact and cozy with the neighbors but we met a lot of good people while we were there so it didn’t matter. My son had a great time at the pool. We would definitely book another stay here. The staff was very friendly and the bath house was always clean.

It was a group of 5 families that stayed at this KOA for spring break. We loved the clean bathrooms/showers and staff. They always had a smile on their face and greeted you around the park. Only downside was the sink next to our site was down and the hot tub was starting to turn green. We understand it was opening week so no big deal! Highly recommend for groups and families of littles!

Overall our stay was good. Staff was friendly but a little scattered. Positive attitudes and friendly though. Being that it was still a little winters the park had lots of “to do” items to get ready for the season. Water line breaks, spa not working and stock in store still coming in. We would stay here again.

First time staying at a KOA. Had an amazing experience. The staff was really attentive to our needs, prompt, and extremely friendly and courteous. Our site had power and water which both were uninterrupted. On site showers and laundry less than 50ft away. Pool and hot tub were also very nice to enjoy. If you have dogs there is a dog walking area and a play park for all your doggos. Each neighbor that came and went was always friendly and respectful of the quiet times. I definitely would recommend place 100%. Very safe , very secure and if you have bikes easy place to hit the bike trails and ride back to. They also have a bike mechanic station, rack,air and wash rack.

We had such an amazing time at the KOA. We did have an encounter before check in when we called and asked a simple question and were treated very poorly, others in our group had the same issue. I was a bit nervous but upon arrival I realized we were in good hands. Fawn and Jenna treated us amazing! The grounds are well kept, the pool area is amazing! The laundry facility was a life saver! We stayed in a deluxe cabin which had so much stuff, towels, linens, toiletries, dish soap, and even k-cups for the coffee. The outside patio was nice with a fire pit and propane grill. Our kids enjoyed riding bikes and playing corn hole.
