With reservations for only one night, we asked if "maybe" we could stay longer. The General Mgr, Wendy, went to work and made it so we could stay in the same deluxe patio site for 3 nights which fit our vacation plans perfectly. Can't say enough about the customer service and "can do" attitude of the staff here. The site was great, views amazing. Bathrooms could use some modernization/updating

First of all, the wifi worked great & we were parked at the very end of the koa! This KOA was very well kept with a nice store and very friendly staff. The pool was cold (end of Sept) but the huge spa worked great! I loved the view of the mountains & proximity to Moab's downtown & Arches Nat'l Park.

We had problems along the way, so we arrived later than we hoped, but we always love it at Moab KOA! It’s such a great location and a beautiful campground. Our goal for next year is a full week here. The staff is fabulous, the sites are perfect, and we can’t wait to come back�

We stayed for two nights and visited Arches and Canyonland. We didn’t spend much time at our campsite but enjoyed the gas grill and patio. We had a dog pen site because it was the only one available. The sites are close together but there is natural vegetation.

The KOA was wonderful. I have stayed at this KOA in Moab twice now. I will be back a third and a fourth and a fifth and you get my point. 5 stars to see millions of stars at night.

Everything was great. Could definitely have a rule that kids are not allowed in the hot tub without an adult. Saturday night was out of control with kids playing and splashing around in the hot tub.

Fantastic campground. Very clean with wonderful deluxe cabins / paw pen. Water bowl, treats and blanket in the room when we arrived were GREAT! We really enjoyed it.

We stayed with 3 other couples. We had a Class A motor home near 2 other couples that were staying in the cabins. Another couple came later and parked a little bit away with their class B van. The weather in the evening was perfect we were able to sit and enjoy the balmy night breezes. Our friends stayed in the cabins. Gliders on the porches. We will return again.

We stayed in dc28 the middle cabin very nice and clean. The whole park is very nice and clean. All the people who work there are very friendly and nice. Plenty of room to park the truck and trailer and I liked being able to park my side by side right out in front of the cabin. My wife and I felt comfortable and safe there.

I would recommend this KOA to any friend or family. Our cabin was perfect for our family and extremely clean. Staff was kind and friendly. We will definitely return.

Nice Cabin, though a bit of road noise filtered through at night. Cabins were clean and close to the bathrooms, which were nice and individual rooms rather than the stalls and bank of showers. Friendly staff too!

We loved our stay here. It’s a beautiful campground. The pool is great also. The office staff was welcoming and friendly. Bathrooms were private and clean. I would highly recommend staying here!

Very friendly and helpful staff!! Campers are on top of each other. Campers were loud and nosey. The doggy park was red sand and rock, no grass. Campground had the feeling of a party campground. Great staff though.

Very nice park with a great pool. Most people staying there are there for the parks. I feel they are price gouging and won’t stay again. With my KOA discount it was $170. Unfair

Moab KOA was a beautiful in every way however for our 40ft motorhome site #47 WAS NOT APPROPRIATE. Trees to the right hit sides and top of our coach and the rocks made it impossible to back in/pull out without running over. Driver is experienced and we have been in many tight sites but this one was by far the most difficult.

We had an amazing time in our Delux Cabin. Our first time so we didn’t know what to expect. It had everything we needed in every way. First, the kitchen including a kpod coffee machine. Cabin was very clean and spacious. The outdoor area was ample and the table, fire pit and grill were perfect. A++

Dog park was great. Nicely arranged so we had a view. A little far from Arches, but it was fine.

Well… my RV broke down about 20ft from my campsite. The manager, (I wish I caught his name) came right out to help and kept reassuring me we'd find a way to make it work. He looked over my RV, even helped me to identify the issue, and by Gods mercy we were able to slowly back me into my spot. The whole ordeal took 30-45 minutes and he was patient, kind, and so so SO helpful. I wish there was more than a 5 star review for moments like this. I've never felt so comfortable in such a stressful situation. The campground itself is beautiful and the staff is so hands on! Couldn't be more grateful for this crummy experience!
