Awesome site, we had the pull thru with patio area, site 51. Very easy in and out, everything was there in the park you could want. It was clean and very well taken care of.

Very friendly staff. Plenty of room to park a trailer and a truck. Location is away from traffic but close enough to resources. The distance from the electrical and water service is a bit far but we were glad to have two 25ft water hoses and two 25 ft power cords. Sewage is 10ft away.

I stayed in cabin 4 and the bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. I didn’t sleep very well at all. However I have stayed at multiple KOA’s throughout the last few years and I love them.

Friend we were traveling with had a family member in the hospital. Staff went out of their way to accommodate him by allowing him to check in early and put a hold on a number of nights in case he had to stay. Very kind and professional staff. Highly recommend to all to stay with KOA Apache Junction

While at your camp ground my family had a medical emergency and I had to stay extra days. The ladies in your office when out of there way to help me stay and in the same spot. Thank y ou guys so much. We will stay again.

Very clean and well-kept. Employees were somewhat grumpy. T.V. reception was very poor. Very long trek to the dog park and dumpsters.

I would like to say we have stayed there many times over the years. The people in the office were friendly at check in and when they were closing I needed an additional sewer hose, and asked if they could get one off the shelf and I could pay for it tomorrow, they told me to go to Walmart. It used to be the staff would have helped a customer and made an additional sale. The park is still clean

My husband and I were broke down this past weekend and the office staff were very nice, considerate and even offered food to us. Arlene, John and Chelsea were the ones I dealt with and recommend this place if you want a very nice and quiet stay.

No frills at this location. Hardly any trees/plants. We had hoped to pack up the trailer by checkout time and park in the HUGE empty lot while we swam with the kids, but we were told no parking was allowed there. I asked if we could use an empty lot (at least half the spots were empty) and we were told no. Pretty crummy customer service considering we just paid for two nights.

Good Place if you need a spot to just park. Lots to do in the surrounding areas, not much going on at the actual campground.

Friendly and helpful staff, well maintained campground. I do not like that they have changed pull through sites which used to all face the same way in a row to the to the "buddy" layout when doing electrical upgrades. Beware that if your neighbor who shares the same close sewer connection does not screw in their fitting it may spew sewage when you dump your properly secured hose!

Very nice employees from welcoming to helping with electrical issue (30 amp didn’t work) but remedied quickly with dogbone. Very quiet and kept up nicely.

Came to town to take our son to Monster Jam. We liked the location, and the RV park was well maintained. Bathrooms were clean and the pool area was very nice. Just did not like all the little rocks and so much dirt. It was had keeping the RV clean inside and out.

We had a two night stay scheduled to visit friends and explore the area. The staff was knowledgable and helpful. And, the facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is close to local attractions like the Superstition Mountains and Tortilla Flats AZ.

Very friendly staff, helpful and attentive. We were able to book an additional night, although there was actually no more space. We got tips for things to do and great understanding for our poor knowledge of English. The one that got me the most was a painted rock: "I love KOA- Camping!" happy that I got as a present. I found that really nice! Thank you for everything!

The stay was great I did have a problem with what site power and water location compared to the septic. I did not hook to septic because it was too far away. They should tell you that you need a long hose or a long power cord.

Good two nite stay. Good location for mountains and Mesa. Park is well maintained. Staff was professional, but office was closed all of Easter Sunday. Utilities were as expected. Pool was clean and well attended. Only one bathroom for entire park by the office. Site was not level enough to remain hitched. Plenty of road noise from E Old West Hwy.

Endroit tranquille près de la route 88 vers Tortilla Flat et Roosevelt Dam, 35 min de Phoenix. Sites au niveau. Le seul bémol, pas d’internet, du moins pas dans notre coin du camping, 2 iPhones récents et incapables d’avoir la connexion wifi.

This is a great KOA. Landscape plantings are mature and very beautiful. Spaces are roomy. Each morning as spaces are vacated, the crew comes in to tidy including raking of stones. We were here to see friends in the area so only spent an overnight. Would definitely come back.

The sites are rather closely spaced and we were unable to connect to the Wi-Fi with any device. The staff was nice.

We've stayed at AJ KOA several times over the last six years. This time we stayed in a camping cabin. The cabin was extremely clean. The bed was excruciatingly uncomfortable. Bathrooms were clean, but seemed to be a little worn (door latches were loose, one toilet running all the time). Didn't use other facilities. Overall, a good stay, just a little slip on the normal attention to detail.

First of all the hospitality was excellent, the campgrounds were kept in immaculate condition, call and a friendly atmosphere! The location enabled us to several attraction points, grocery stores, and other conveniences. We also appreciated the quiet time in the evening, and felt very safe and protected there. We told the management that we will most definitely book to stay again.

Our spot was awesome, near the pool and bathrooms. Folks are super friendly and helpful. Pool and bathrooms were clean. Pools was warm. Good location for sightseeing in the area. Definitely will stop and stay again when in the area.

An acceptable gravel KOA on a main road. Stayed here mid-Jan 2024. Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #41. General: It's an acceptable option to see some local stuff. The area smells bad some days. Staff: Staff are very nice and helpful. Sites: Our site (#41) was very spacious and had LOTS of room behind it all the way to the retaining wall at the main road. Had daily trouble with folks site cutting with dogs off-leash, and most were repeatedly disrespectful when asked to use the campground road to access the area. Campground Road: Paved/gravel mix. Campground WiFi: Could not connect on any attempt for thee 14 nights. Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. But definitely needs updating. Bathrooms/Showers: Shower stalls in an open bathroom environment. Poorly light showers. Laundry: 6 washers (a couple did not work well) and 2 working dryers (1 was out of order). Pool: Did not use. Location: 3-5 min from gas and groceries. 20 min to Lost Dutchman, 45 to Casa Grande NM, 1hr 20min to Tonto. 25-35 min to Phoenix and Scottsdale areas. Near highway: Yes. Close to highway and highway noise if that bothers you. Near train: No. Cell: Verizon worked but the signal is deceiving. Spotty and caused issues with meetings cutting out. Could stream but with buffering. Cell: AT&T worked best and could work on vpn and uninterrupted Zoom calls. Could also stream movies.
