Beautiful quiet park. Nicole is the best GM you could ask for and our boys were inseparable. 6months was not long enough and we will definitely be back to visit!!!

We on our way to Lake Ouachita in Arkansas coming from Chattanooga Tennessee do we were only there for the night. The campground was clean and the staff in the office was great! They had us checked in an in our spot very quickly. We had a nice quiet nights sleep and were on our way the next morning.

This campground is really nice, and it's conveniently located just right off of the interstate. We decided to take advantage of their dinner offerings, which they actually deliver right to your campsite. They also had breakfast available, but we unfortunately had to wake up early and get going to our next destination.

It's noisy!! The food was way overpriced. I got the BBQ sandwich with coleslaw. $11.95 I think, the sandwich was the size of a slider and maybe a 1/3 cup of awful several days old coleslaw. My nephew ordered the 6 wings, after a 45 minute wait he got 4. The delivery/cook asked if he wanted her to cook the other 2. We will stay at Walmart next time.

People at the desk were fine but the campsite was a train wreck. It had rained and it was covered with puddles and mud. There were other empty sites that didn’t have mud so I don’t understand why they assigned me to this one. I couldn’t get to the connections on my trailer without wading mud. All this for $80 a night. A discount would have in order. I’ve been in better at Passport America.

Large, level sites. Friendly staff. Great BBQ. Food delivered to your site, garbage pickup every morning. We stayed here while visiting Graceland. Originally booked for 2 weeks. Decided to stay for a 3rd week. Close to the highway but we sleep with a fan and noise wasn’t a problem. Would definitely stay again

Very nice location, although some people complain about the interstate next-door I don’t as good food for breakfast and has pizza for dinner. If you wish to order out, I’ve not had the chance to use the pool yet cause I’ve been there at times when it’s too cold, but I look forward to it. Very friendly. Staff and nice store will be back again five stars

I know they can’t control the rain. But the roads and sites were flooded. If the roads and camp site pads were better maintained it would be less of a problem. I will say the staff was very friendly. But again, they have some maintenance to do on the grounds.

It had just rained and the campground was flooded, 3-4 inches of standing water everywhere. Stood in water to set up. Staff was nice and friendly.

Site was very muddy. No effort visible effort to fill in low areas around camp sites. There was standing muddy water everywhere. A lot of campground road and site maintenance is needed.

Place is clean. Fairly easy for big rigs to maneuver. Laundry room was very nice: clean and all machines in working order. All staff were friendly and professional. Will stay again. I appreciate this online survey. I resist having to go to Google to do one.

Great park and great service. Had a lot of standing water due to recent heavy rain but didn't affect park operations. Food delivery and food itself was great.

We would stop here again. Having the little onsite restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great! I'd suggest a fence around the property to make it feel a little more secure. It's a very exposed area and there is nothing to keep anyone from just walking up. The only other issue is the proximity to the freeway and the train that passes by that make it really loud. Super nice camp hosts!

I’ve stayed at dozens of KOA’s throughout the US and Canada. I really appreciate the ease of booking through the App, the standards. and great locations. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. Having said that, this Koa is one of my least favorites. It appears not to be well maintained. The bathhouse was dated at best. It rained and mud puddles were everywhere.

Park is clean, people are nice, food service provided. The only negative is park sites flood easily. It has rained both years I have come through. Idk what can be done except I need to remember to bring my rubber boots next year.

This is the second time we’ve stayed with them. The first on our way starting our vacation and the second time on our way home several weeks later. The sites are nice, mostly shaded, mostly flat, and they have all the amenities you need. In addition, they have a little grill that will deliver some basic menu choices to your camper in the evening and serves breakfast at the café in the morning.

Lovely, quiet and clean campground close to I40, sites are decently spaced. Huge dog area that's fenced in. Friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed the chickens and goats at the back side of the campground, and watching bluebirds,tanagers & woodpeckers in the trees.

I read reviews that sites were tight & there's a lot of traffic noise. That was acceptable for a one night stay. What was not acceptable was the condition of the roads (gravel with very little gravel in place) and mudholes all around. My site was a muddy mess. Would have kept going if I hadn't pre-booked and paid. Not up to what should be basic KOA standards.

Clean wide open sites, easy access to/from freeway, and plenty of outdoor games, The staff at this KOA is second to none, friendly, helpful, and kind. This includes the great house-made breakfast and outstanding pulled pork dinners! A must stop for cross country over nights!

We stayed in tent space number 70 right at the entrance of the park. We listened to Freeway noise all night long, which was a little unsettling, but everyone was nice. We like the idea of the café. Cindy was wonderful and the office staff was very nice. The place could use a little pick me up, but it was very comfortable otherwise.

The Memphis KOA is a beautiful park, but two issues kept me from rating my stay higher: 1. Road noise. Being right off the the I-55 frontage road, the noise from the interstate is unreal. The space I was assigned was closer to the noise so it was probably way worse than those lucky sights in the rear. 2. It rained and my space flooded. I had to wade to the electrical panel to unhook.

The issue I had was water. They decided to fill the pool and for a best part of a day we had no water. Should have been a non issue but there was no communication. If I was informed would have filled my fresh water tank in advance. Otherwise campground was fine. Easy in and out and large pull thru sites.

This place is pretty awesome. Friendly staff, playground for the kids, dog park, nice pool, campers kitchen, Cafe that serves breakfast daily and dinner too!! Delivered to your door!! Nice level camper spots, convenience store with plenty of necessities, propane filling. It is close to the highway, but still two thumbs up from me.

I am not one to give reviews. However. It is imperative to let you all know that this place,hospitality, and staff members are the best!! It is a veteran friendly, and definitely a family type atmosphere!! The staff, superb. I was in a needy type situation, and they made it work for all of us! Thank you so much for making this Veteran feel at home!! I would rate it a ten!!! Will definitely stop back if in the area again! Thank you so much!!

We stayed here for a month and had the misfortune to have our big rear window shattered by a rock thrown by a weekeater. Although this was a bad situation, Manager, Nicole, was absolutely wonderful. She gave us the names of dependable mobile repair companies, assured us that they would be financially responsible and blocked off our site incase we were unable to leave on our planned departure date. We have stayed here many times over the last 6 years. It's always a comfortable stay but it's good to know that they really take care of their guests.
