This KOA is a regular stop for us as we travel to see family. The employees were very friendly and helpful. We loved the hot pizza. We love the Roku Tv in the cabin! The campground was beautiful. I would have liked hot water at the campground kitchen to wash my dishes.

Have stayed here twice before with our camper, that was always great! This time we stayed in cabin & floor was dirty, we had to wear our slippers the whole tine inside. Be sure to get a breakfast sandwich from the sweet lady in the cafe, they are sooooooo good!!! Would stop there again just for a breakfast sandwich!

Our stay was wonderful, we arrived late and left fairly early, the check-in process was very simple, our cabin was great, the only issue that I had was that the Men’s restroom was in need of a good cleaning! That being said we definitely would come back! Thank you!

Cold (poor temp control), little to no cabin security on door and close to interstate, curtains provide little privacy, cabin was dirty, no security on premises.

My husband and I stayed here on our way from Oklahoma to Tennessee to spend vacation time with our daughter. We were in a small cabin. It was very nice and warm. The KOA employees were very helpful and eager to make our stay enjoyable.

The office staff was friendly and responsive when our cabin breaker failed. They allowed us to move to a new cabin. The campground is RIGHT NEXT to I55 and was quite noisy - especially in the cabins.

Too bad it was raining so much. I was not able to assess this place fully. However, it was very noisy from the highway and from trucks leaving very early I. The morning from the campground. Was startled by the noise.

I am sorry to say we would probably not stay at this KOA again. We reserved a cabin It was very close to the freeway, it wasn’t clean and was far away from the bathroom. The restaurant was nice but the breakfast food tasted bad like old oil that had been used. The lady that cooked was a very kind person but food was expensive and I couldn’t eat it. The store was nice with good discounts

Great place & the traffic noise wasn't toÒ¯ bad. Didn't need the earplugs we obtained. Clean, friendly & fun souvenirs. Only issue was it was a bit pricey for laundry & ice.

The people and the place were very nice. Lots of amenities I probably would have used if I hadn’t been there for just one night. Cabin was comfortable (although I would have liked having a small chair to sit on). Noisy, but was to be expected since most KOAs are next to interstates.

I believe there are bedbugs in the cabin I stayed in. I called the local number and reported this. This is my first KOA experience, and certainly my last with a cabin. I would have hoped that they would call me back and let me know what they found. I have no other explanation for the many bites I got on my trip from texas to Ohio. I was hardly out of the vehicle except for the cabin.

We really enjoyed our stay at Memphis KOA. Friendly staff, clean facilities, pool was enjoyed and happy it was 9 ft deep. We stayed in 2 room cabin spacious for our family of four. Great table inside cabin for playing cards and fridge helped us save on ice for our cooler. I was aplreciative of the laundry services too. The only downfall was the cabin was far from the bathroom.

Two room cabin stay… only the back room was air conditioned so we had to keep the door open (shouldnt have paid the extra $30 for separate rooms) the porch looks out on a lovely trash pile and dumpster plus road dust made it impossible to enjoy. The amenities were nice though. Cafe on site (they deliver to your spot) pool, activities, helpful staff. Lots of road noise from the highway.

It is by the freeway, but if your a/c is on, you can't hear the traffic in the cabins. Staff is so friendly and kind.

The stay was good. Our cabin was full of flies and there is not a fence. The highway access road is just a few feet away.

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and the bathrooms were clean every time I went in there and smelled clean also. I used the Laundry room and that area was very clean and no issues with the machines. The breakfast that we had was great. I would stay here again.

We called due to anticipated late arrival. The papers were in the night box but no key. My grandson called and a man brought the key. Very comfortable and clean. We were thankful for an enjoyable and safe place to stay for the night during our travels.

We found mice droppings and bed bug casings under our mattress. We notified the office right away and they came and “cleaned” our room. But we STILL found mouse droppings under the mattresses. Also, accidentally stored in the room was a fan and space heater with exposed cables, chewed by mice. Found an old hotdog on grill. I hardly slept for fear of bed bugs. Worst KOA I’ve ever experienced.

Campground was immaculate, customer service was amazing.Dinner available,delivered to the site was helpful upon arrival.We cut our stay short due to the swarms of sweat bees.We are not sure if they were all over the campground but unable to walk outside our cabin without being swarmed.1 can of yard cutter did NOT work.We could not sit or cook outside our cabin without being swarmed.Early July!

This place is pretty awesome. Friendly staff, playground for the kids, dog park, nice pool, campers kitchen, Cafe that serves breakfast daily and dinner too!! Delivered to your door!! Nice level camper spots, convenience store with plenty of necessities, propane filling. It is close to the highway, but still two thumbs up from me.

I am not one to give reviews. However. It is imperative to let you all know that this place,hospitality, and staff members are the best!! It is a veteran friendly, and definitely a family type atmosphere!! The staff, superb. I was in a needy type situation, and they made it work for all of us! Thank you so much for making this Veteran feel at home!! I would rate it a ten!!! Will definitely stop back if in the area again! Thank you so much!!

We stayed here for a month and had the misfortune to have our big rear window shattered by a rock thrown by a weekeater. Although this was a bad situation, Manager, Nicole, was absolutely wonderful. She gave us the names of dependable mobile repair companies, assured us that they would be financially responsible and blocked off our site incase we were unable to leave on our planned departure date. We have stayed here many times over the last 6 years. It's always a comfortable stay but it's good to know that they really take care of their guests.
