Laundry Facility

Our Laundry Facility is open 24 hours for our guests use.

General Information

Our Store is open the same hours as our registration office - 8A.M.- 8P.M in the summer, varying hours in the winter.  We have night registration for after hours registration.

Our Check in time is 1:00PM. Our Check out time is 11:00AM.  If you need extra time to check out, just ask at our front desk for an extended check out period.

Firewood is sold inside the store and can be ordered upon check in or just call us and we can charge it to your site on record.  We will be happy to deliver it to your site.

Our pool hours are the same as the office hours. 

If you have visitors that need to come see you, have them stop in the office and get your site number. 

Our Quiet Hours are from 10 P.M.- 8 A.M.

Speed Limit

Please observe our 5 mph speed limit.  We want everyone to have a safe stay here in Memphis so please keep it at 5 mph

Quiet Hours

Your neighbors should be quiet between the hours of 10PM and 8AM so that you can get a good night's sleep!

Trash pickup

Please bag your trash and put it in front of your RV/Trailer by 10AM Daily and we will pick it up for you.

Pool Closure

Pool is closed for the season and will reopen in April, 2024.

Pet Policy

Due to insurance regulations, Rottweilers, Pitt Bulls and any breed mixed with those two are strictly forbidden at Memphis KOA Journey.

Check-out Time

Check-out time is 11:00AM for Campsites
Check-out time is 11:00AM for Cabins

Pool Hours

Our Pool is open 9am until the office closes.

Firewood

Campfires are a must on any camping trip.  Come to the office and pick up a bundle.  You can burn fires in any of the designated campfire rings.  Please do not move rings.

Golf carts, ATVs are Welcome!

Golf carts, ATVs are welcome under the following conditions: they must be insured and operated safely. Golf carts may be operated in the campground by licensed drivers at least 16 years old or older. All other recreational vehicles may only be used to enter or exit the campground

Visitor Policy

There is a charge for guests and visitors who use our facilities. Meet you guests on arrival and register them before going to your site or cabin.
