It was easy to schedule my reservation. I was a late arrival and everything was waiting for me for check-in. The lot was level and easy to hookup electric. Wow - Mosquitoes were horrible 11pm when I got there.....got attacked all over just in the short time to plug in.

No one cleans up the monthly sites. Over charging for electricity. No winterizing of water sources. Staff speed around on golf carts. Floods. No paving. No one trims around the monthly rvs for weeds. I called about it but they always have an excuse even though everywhere else got taken care of. Very unfriendly staff. Highest rent around.

Large, beautiful trees and well kept property. Didn’t get a chance to use the restrooms and public showers. This was my first time being charged a pet fee. The WiFi had very good signal but no internet. I was disappointed to learn they were aware of no internet when the park reached what looked like 60% capacity.

Shady sites, surprisingly quiet to be right on interstate, we had 2 sites for a month while working there, so much better than a hotel, nice game room & pool, clean restrooms and grounds.

We did 2 overnights at the Memphis KOA in Marion, AR - on our way to and from Laurel, MS from St. Louis. This KOA is very nice - sites were well maintained, the playground was nice, and a cafe delivered dinner to your site! We enjoyed the pool during our 2nd stay, but it needed some love, so we used the skimmer to remove debris, including a lot of hair.

The staff were great, the amenities available were also very nice. Everything was clean. The only issue is the sites were absolutely on top of each other. Literally 15 feet between rvs. The pads were dirt, not gravel, making a lot of dust. WiFi was not working. It is not priced right. In their defense, the WiFi was being upgraded and we were informed, but this is not a $75 a night spot.

We had a very nice time at Memphis KOA. We ordered dinner from the campground & it was deluvered to our motorhome. The staff was very nice. Dinner was delicious. We would definitely recommend it to a friend or family. Marilyn Birkner

It is right next to the interstate but we mostly did not notice. Camp had a peaceful feel. Restrooms were spotless and the showers were great. This was our second visit this summer.

Convenient location to Memphis, but we had power issues and had to leave a night early. Also, the lack of wifi was inconvenient.

Campsite was nice. Shower stopped up and flooded, mosquitoes overtook us in the rv. But otherwise, it was a nice stay. Recommendation of Mi Pueblo was great!! Grateful for the stop.

Staff were nice and welcoming. They had a kitchen, where you could order off their menu and have it delivered to your campsite. Great option during this heat wave! The sites were close together but the campground was quite beautiful with large shade trees.

We travel from TX to NY each year and regularly stay at the Memphis KOA. We find the location convenient and the facilities excellent. The morning breakfasts at the club are also a great bonus. Unfortunately we also tend to arrive after dark and this trip the mosquitos were ferocious. We strongly recommend that the camp consider some kind of perimeter mosquito control.

Just lovely! From the warm welcome and easy check in, to our departure the next day, so nice! We’ll be back tomorrow and hope to visit the cafe this time… they deliver dinner!! If you’re camping through NE Arkansas/SW Tennessee, we highly recommend it!!

Holy cow, this campground is perfect for an overnight stay or a quick trip into Graceland. The front office ladies are very knowledgable and incredible. The onsite dinner delivery was a big hit after driving seven hours. The BBQ nachos: Chef's Kiss. The breakfast was a little pricey, but still worked. Campgrounds were clean, and laundry facilities were all working.

Sites VERY narrow. Neighbor parked 2 trucks next to us, We had to walk around the front of our coach to get to our car that was parked behind motorhome. Internet not working, cable came in snowy. Picnic table far back of motorhome next to neighbors sewer hose. Had to walk around front of coach to get to that too. $75 for what??? Not coming back.

The staff was very friendly upon our arrival. The campsite was very clean and shady. I know people complained in the past about the noisy highway but that wasn’t bad at all. We have had far more noise in other places. We were very pleased with this KOA.

After driving for hours to make it to the park for our reservation, they turned us away because they said their insurance carrier wouldn’t allow our sweet dog. She is the most gentle dog and well trained. Their policies are discriminatory and we do not recommend staying there if you have a pet. They did not disclose their pet policy when booking and taking our money. Truly despicable!

Sites are too close together. We would have burned up our camper if we had used the fire pit. We couldn’t open our awning all the way because it would touch our neighbor’s rig. WiFi was down and it seemed there wasn’t much of a concern to get it back up. Lots of trash around the pool and patio furniture was pretty dirty. Pretty sure we will look elsewhere.

Wonderful Campground very clean well managed. Everyone on staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended you get the Barbecue it was so good we ordered it again the second night.

I’ve stayed here a few times. Always clean, safe and quiet. Great kitchen for dinner and breakfast. Clean showers and restrooms. Large pool and lots of fun. The ++++ for me retuning is the two ladies who run the front office (check-in area). I needed to change my site because it was a “severe heat warning” day. They immediately said, “let’s find a shaded site”….. and did in 5 mins.

For a Journey location this KOA is nice. Pool is beautiful. They have a restaurant for breakfast and dinner with reasonable prices and good food. The offer ear plugs for the highway noise but I can tell you we have been to many KOAs and this one is not as close to highway as others. Great place. Should be a Holiday location.

This place is pretty awesome. Friendly staff, playground for the kids, dog park, nice pool, campers kitchen, Cafe that serves breakfast daily and dinner too!! Delivered to your door!! Nice level camper spots, convenience store with plenty of necessities, propane filling. It is close to the highway, but still two thumbs up from me.

I am not one to give reviews. However. It is imperative to let you all know that this place,hospitality, and staff members are the best!! It is a veteran friendly, and definitely a family type atmosphere!! The staff, superb. I was in a needy type situation, and they made it work for all of us! Thank you so much for making this Veteran feel at home!! I would rate it a ten!!! Will definitely stop back if in the area again! Thank you so much!!

We stayed here for a month and had the misfortune to have our big rear window shattered by a rock thrown by a weekeater. Although this was a bad situation, Manager, Nicole, was absolutely wonderful. She gave us the names of dependable mobile repair companies, assured us that they would be financially responsible and blocked off our site incase we were unable to leave on our planned departure date. We have stayed here many times over the last 6 years. It's always a comfortable stay but it's good to know that they really take care of their guests.
