Our picnic table was in a condition we could not use it..It was covered in bird crap, and yes we were close to the road. They offered ear plugs which did not work. We gave this place a second try, we stayed in 2023. We will not be back.

Called to ck if sites available told only 3 upon getting to pk multiple empty sites ,no mention of road noise but free ear plugs at ck in do to Rd close and train track.Staff was quite very to us and another couple staying there.i doubt we would stay there again.We are members of KOA and stay at others.

Had a wonderful stay at the Memphis KOA. A great facility, bathrooms are always clean and so are the campsites. Sites are level and most are pul-through which is great for us travelling and staying only one night. It makes it very easy to pack up and go first thing in the morning.

VERY loud from I-55 road noise. They sent a text warning of this AFTER we reserved our stay. Typical KOA facilities. Older, clean but falling apart.

The park was OK. I expected it to be in better shape. It's dated and could use updated. The staff is great.

Spots are way to short if your unit is over about 30 ft. No grass on campsites. Was told about their meals at check in, breakfast was supposed to be from 7 10. Went up about 8am they were closed. Not the quality I expect from a KOA!

Memphis KOA was perfect for us and our family! We had our 2 granddaughters ages 4 & 1 with us and the playground and pool were very close to our site. The restrooms were clean and not crowded. The staff were all very polite and helpful! We would definitely recommend this campground! Thank you!

A little tricky getting in and out. *WARNING* there are no stop signs for the on coming traffic on the service roads exiting and entering the Interstate. HEAD ON Waiting to happen be careful! Other than that the KOA is very nice and we had a great stay.

Clean park with fhus. Bath house was clean and the staff was friendly. Even ordered their bbq sandwich and it was good. That's a nice option for people who aren't going into the city, just passing through.

It was very dark, small and there was an actual tree stump in our way that I tripped over and almost fell. The campground is very narrow to move through. We had an issue with the WiFi for the night and the water pressure was not too good.

The campground was nice and we enjoyed it. My complaint is with the extra charge for pets. We are VERY responsible pet owners and ALWAYS pick up after our pets. I can not remember ever paying an extra pet fee. I do understand there are bad pet owners who do not pick up.... but why do I have to pay for them?? Would have rated higher if not for extra pet fee.

This is a very clean campground . I was worried about hwy noise, didn't hear it! The staff was very friendly and helpful, we were on our maiden voyage! we were able to get a great homemade pizza � and charge it to our account. Honestly, we were a little freaked out about filling up a propane tank but it was nothing serious, they did it all ! We spent a quiet afternoon in the pool, pristine!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and well kept. We had a very nice pull through patio site. Nice dog park plus plenty of shaded grassy areas otherwise. Food delivered to our site, we had pizza. Easy on and off from interstate. Very nice office and gift shop. Our stop when traveling this way.

This was the fourth time I have stayed here, 3rd time with the trailer. It was wonderful, no mosquitoes like previous times. We had a lovely stay. Adam provided a yummy breakfast before we continued our journey. Will happily stay again.

Quiet, shady, clean & convenient. Friendly attendants. They will bring dinner to your RV and offer a breakfast Cafe for the mornings! Again… Convenient!!!

This place is pretty awesome. Friendly staff, playground for the kids, dog park, nice pool, campers kitchen, Cafe that serves breakfast daily and dinner too!! Delivered to your door!! Nice level camper spots, convenience store with plenty of necessities, propane filling. It is close to the highway, but still two thumbs up from me.

I am not one to give reviews. However. It is imperative to let you all know that this place,hospitality, and staff members are the best!! It is a veteran friendly, and definitely a family type atmosphere!! The staff, superb. I was in a needy type situation, and they made it work for all of us! Thank you so much for making this Veteran feel at home!! I would rate it a ten!!! Will definitely stop back if in the area again! Thank you so much!!

We stayed here for a month and had the misfortune to have our big rear window shattered by a rock thrown by a weekeater. Although this was a bad situation, Manager, Nicole, was absolutely wonderful. She gave us the names of dependable mobile repair companies, assured us that they would be financially responsible and blocked off our site incase we were unable to leave on our planned departure date. We have stayed here many times over the last 6 years. It's always a comfortable stay but it's good to know that they really take care of their guests.
