We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was open and very lovely. Having dinner delivered toour campsite was a treat.

Friendly and helpful folks. I can see improvements in the campground with every visit. It’s a great place to make an overnight stop or use as a home base while exploring the area. Plus, if a long day of driving has you hungry, the food is good and delivered to the campsite. See you next year!

Facility and Staff are Great! Inconsiderate neighbor to right left front light on trailer on all night glaring in out trailer. Also the Train blaring its horn four different times during the night is really a consideration to make upon staying again. Breakfast touch is nice but left before opened. Again nice park and Staff.

Check in was way too long. Younger employee needs a refresher on customer service. Roads are terrible, sites were narrow and need an update. Tons of still water on roads after a rain storm.

Just an overnight on our way north. The dinner delivery and breakfast was a nice surprise. Didn’t use any of the amenities but the place was clean and well kept. Would definitely stay here again. Looks to be pretty easy access to Memphis sites too.

It was fine for an overnight, but I was disappointed in staff charging a dog fee and suggesting this was a KOA thing and they were a “last holdout.” I contacted KOA and that is not true. I was asked upon checking in the breed. Good thing she was not a pit or Rottweiler. This should have been clear when making reservations. The sites are narrow and the bathrooms need updated.

Site was level. WiFi service was outstanding. The cafe serves breakfast and dinner. Hot water in the shower and the restrooms are well maintained. The interstate traffic didn’t bother us and we had our windows open all night. Leave your trash bags at the site when you leave. They send someone out to pick them up. We will stay here again.

Campground well maintained, staff very friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast cafe. Stayed on last row from the entrance so noise was not an issue. Easy pull in and out. Traveling in 34 ft Class A with tow.

We were on the road for 5 weeks and stayed at KOA properties. Crossville was by far the nicest KOA we visited. About 1/3 of the KOAs were run down and in need of cleaning. Thank you Crossville!!

This is the best Journey KOA we've stayed in! The grounds are wonderful, they have a pool, playground, outdoor games and a rec room. Plus a cafe and they will deliver dinner to your site! This is closer to being a Holiday KOA. Wonderful and helpful staff!

Great KOA! Clean facilities, friendly staff and family friendly! The gals at the front desk were wonderful! Great selection in the store. Got in at dinner time, tired, didn’t feel like cooking and what do you know - there was a food menu with delivery right to your camper door! The pulled pork was delicious! The campground is very nice. The employees we talked to were very friendly. Convenient location. But the shower stalls need a good cleaning. All four of the shower curtains were moldy. And the shower stalls were dirty, with muddy floors.

Food was good, people were nice, bathrooms clean, sites way to narrow and roads could be wider so you can turn out without thi king you may hit a tree or the trailer across the road from you.

It was great that they had an overnight spot at the last minute. However, they are along side a major Hwy and the noise and traffic lights all night long is very disturbing.

This is a beautiful park. The women in the office were so exceptionally friendly and helpful. We love the dinner delivered to our site. We will definitely be back.

staff were so helpful and hospitable. I had some trouble with my camper and had to extend my stay. They accommodated me and made me feel welcome and cared for. Grounds are clean and well cared for. There were quite a few pot holes in the gravel drives, probably due to recent heavy rains. The campground is right next to the interstate, but frankly, the noise was not problematic.

Ultra friendly, small, quiet, and quaint. Enjoyed a one-night stay here and was extremely pleased to find out the hosts offer dinner delivered to your campsite and then breakfast in the clubhouse in the morning. Delicious Memphis BBQ for dinner and breakfast sandwich in the morning.
