The staff are great and on site food options were tasty. Overnight rain filled the sewer system, so we could not dump tanks and that was a problem.

This park needs to do some serious work on their road system and sites. Lots of potholes that hold water and very muddy campsites. The price was way too high for quality of site

The fire pits were way to close to campers and where you would park ur car or pickup, it was muddy, needed more rock added to at least our site. There was some very loud campers close to us very late at night, past quite time. Other wise it was a nice place to be. There were several large puddles of water standing around a day after a big rain, more rock would have helped that

Great place to stay. The ingress and egress is perfect for campers towing a travel trailer or forth wheel. All sites are pull through.

It was our second stay in two years and most everything was above par except the WiFi connections. On our first stay 2 years ago, it was superb. This time, the only place we could get a satisfactory signal was in the office with the help of staff. And this year we were much closer to the office than before. The atmosphere of the park is great and staff is very willing to help. Jim Bignell

Sights are a little tight. Roads could use some gravel. Monthly area needs cleaned up a bit. Ordered food and was great. Worked great for a one night stay.

Staff was very nice and friendly. However, the KOA is right next to the main interstate. Very noisy! Spaces are very close together. First night an RV with 16, yes 16 dogs was next to us. We had to change sites for the next two nights (which the staff was most accommodating). The second night an RV was next to us with 4 dogs! Like animals but too many dogs in tights spaces wasn’t pleasant.

Nice and clean campground. As cautioned by the campground, the camping is near a highway but if you plan to visit Memphis, it is ideally situated. I would give a rating of 4.5.

We have been a KOA member going on 20 years and very disappointed with yours. We left Kansas April 13 we had a reservation for that night our truck broke down we ended up staying at West Plains for 5 days. We did not get a refund which we understood but no one offered us another night. So coming home we made another stop so we payed over 140.00 to stay one night. Our site was so unlevel our tires

I stayed one night while traveling. The facility is clean staff friendly and food offered good. Next to freeway it is understood to have noise. Honestly I slept great with the air conditioner running.

Grounds and facilities were well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only negative is that it is very near a major freeway and is very noisy. The earplugs were helpful.

Ultra friendly, small, quiet, and quaint. Enjoyed a one-night stay here and was extremely pleased to find out the hosts offer dinner delivered to your campsite and then breakfast in the clubhouse in the morning. Delicious Memphis BBQ for dinner and breakfast sandwich in the morning.

Very convenient right off the highway lots of amenities pool, cafe, ECT. Very friendly staff only complaint is the pick Nick table at or site was damaged but we were only staying one night anyway. We would definitely stay here again.
