Came with two separate reservations (4/7-4/8 and 4/8-4/9) to see eclipse, rented a cabin. Much confusion about reservation; after first night they threw out my stuff but later returned luggage items. I had tried to clarify this earlier but guess it didn't work due to communication. Only other complaint is that loop I was on could use a lot more gravel-submerged after rain.

Pros: Confirmation email recommended earplugs. Very good advice. Had a fridge and micro. Cons: Difficult to find off I-55. I placed five calls on my way in. No answer, no way to leave a voicemail. No instructions for after hours checkin. Office poorly marked. Found after-hours check-in table purely by accident after prowling around in the dark.

Check-in was confusing. It only says pull to the stop sign and nothing else. When we went to the door for more information, the staff member ignored us until we knocked. She then proceeded to give us instructions through the door and would not open it(but opened it for others not our color). Then, the cabin wasn’t cleaned until 2:39, and check-in was 1pm. Nice cabin and grounds, but poor service

was not told that the office closes for 3 hours and I had yo wait in the cold several hours to get checked in. The heater didnt work well and it was very low temps. Worst stay ever at a KOA. Will never choose this place again.

We stayed at Memphis KOA on our way to and from Houston to Cincinnati. Everything was clean and we were happy with the cabin.

Stayed in a Kamper Kabin. Television didn’t work upon arrival (not a huge deal). Worst part was middle of the night sometime power went out and we when woke up that morning to a freezing cold cabin, computers and phones weren’t fully charged, fridge was above safe temp. The highway noise = terrible, 100 yards or so from I-55. The regular employees were nice, the general manager was rude.

A very nice small cabin in a small but well maintained campground. We stayed in the cabin (November), very clean, TV, microwave, 'fridge, AC. Double bed with a bunk above and a second bunk bed next to it. We were especially happy to find a community room with a pool table in it and very good shape. All really nice. 1 downside- loud constant traffic from the nearby interstate. But not a dealbrkr.

Nice quick check in process and the facilities were clean and top notch. Pizza was very good and staff were friendly and helpful.

The only problem we had was that the internet was not good and we did not have TV service that was not interrupted. Staff tried twice to fix problem.

Our first trip without our travel trailer ... since we'd always had great experiences with KOA, we thought we'd try the cabins instead of staying in a motel-- the cabin at Memphis KOA was beautiful and all of the amenities were available. Highly recommend considering as an alternative to motels if you travel without your travel trailer or motor home.

Crystal And Amanda were wonderful. Great customer service very personable and helpful. The park itself was clean and inviting. Great people doing wonderful work should be commended.

We stayed in a rustic cabin and it was very neat and clean. The park was well maintained and staff was friendly. The pool was nice and bathroom facilities were clean as well. We would stay again.

Very nice. Conveniently located near the office. (71) helpful staff helped us plan our trip into Beale Street. We had a great time. Uber’s into town and back. EZ

It's a KOA on the side of the highway, in the middle of AG fields. Very windy when I was there. Close to Memphis though, so there's that.
