Great location if wanting to tour around Memphis, Graceland, etc. Easy to get to those locations. Staff very helpful. Laundry facilities very clean.

Would be great if not so close to the interstate. it is literally 20 Foot!. Due to a thunderstorm the place flooded overnight even the street was 2 inches under water.

We only stayed one night because we were heading home. The campground staff was very friendly and did an excellent job. We had supper at the campground as well. The food was very good and they brought it to our campsite. Three cheers for Memphis KOA!

Sites are too narrow and short for today’s big rigs. The grounds are in need of fresh gravel everywhere. The 1” rain the night we stayed turned everything into a massive mud hole. On the plus side the lady who checked us in went out of her way to shift us to a site that allowed us to not have to unhook (we had been placed on a site much too small for our rig). KOA’s are in decline everywhere

I felt we had a bit of "bait and switch" pulled on us. We registered online via smartphone. Told our length of unit = 21 ft, etc. But had no choice in the matter of sites. Upon arrival discovered that we were placed alongside the front of the property near entrance. But, that we could move to a site behind the main building for an extra charge away from freeway noise, and fit our size.

This was our first stay at a KOA. We were passing through on our way home. Totally impressed by the staff & the food delivery to our camp site. Already booked another KOA for a different trip.

Well maintained KOA Journey. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Sites and roads are gravel but level with nice tables and chairs on sites with concrete patios. Cafe serves a really good barbecue sandwich too.

The stay was by far one of our favorites. Everyone was so pleasant and the new girl was amazing. We can't wait to come back. They state its noisey but it is not. They also give you ear plugs. The food was delivered to us personally! What great people. Thank you for your hospitality

Great staff. The site was perfect. The only fault I can find is the cable tv, a lot of channels had no audio. All in all one of the best KOAs I have been at.

Very nice camp park and my stay was fine. I do think not having the office open between 12-3 is not a good policy (any time of year). Many of your customers arrive during those hours. I was one of them. Closed office was a disappointment. Please change that again policy. Maybe closed from 12-1 ( lunch hour) is probably ok.

Staff was friendly but campsite was bad. All sites not kept up. They should put time in to leveling sites and have some amenities

Staff very friendly and helpful. Site was level and we chose site away from expressway so somewhat quiet. Location convenient to Graceland and the Southland casino. Have winter hours so the cafe was closed for breakfast which we miss. Will definitely stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, both when I had to call to make our reservation as well as once we arrived. The grounds were very well maintained and very quiet at night. Easy in/out with our 40ft motorhome + toad. Will stay here again when passing thru and would highly recommend. Thank you!

Nice campground. Washer/dryers a bit more expensive of other koa's But it is what it is. Staff very respectful and helpful. They know there way around town to help with directions

This campground was great for our purpose. A good drive from home (going and coming). Great overnight spot and close to Memphis sites. Everyone was friendly and informative. Food available, WiFi worked great.. Rated 4 of 5 because the sites are so close together. It offered very little personal "camping" space for a longer stay - in my opinion.

Nice campground, very quiet in off season. Megan who works registration & the shop was super nice! Clean restrooms & showers. An FYI, it’s a long way from Memphis & rides into were very expensive & almost impossible.

Very nice accommodations, didn’t have any problem with noise. Loved the delicious BBQ dinner delivered to our campsite. very welcomed after a long travel day. The office personnel were very friendly and a joy to speak with!

Very nice people, good site and although it's near the freeway we weren't disturbed by the traffic noise at all. We come this way every March and will be back again next year to stay.

Site wasn’t as loud as the comments but they do offer you ear plugs if you want them. I always pick a place near the roads to get back on our trips easily and this was a good one! Also food delivery on site was so unique.

We knew ahead of time about the noise from the highway, bute we were not bothered by it. Megan was outstanding checking us in! Kudos to her warmth, and positivity!! Clean sites, close together. Dinner is available to order and is delivered to your RV. We did not utilize this service, but neighbors did. Dog area (non fenced with bags and garbage can. Great stopover site during our travels!

Great place, clean and well taken care of. We have stayed before in the past. Something new this2 time is the food service they have! This park seems to continually innovate and stay relevant towards the traveler. We will stay there on that route every time we are through there! Well done to the local managing group!

It's a KOA on the side of the highway, in the middle of AG fields. Very windy when I was there. Close to Memphis though, so there's that.
