Place is clean. Fairly easy for big rigs to maneuver. Laundry room was very nice: clean and all machines in working order. All staff were friendly and professional. Will stay again. I appreciate this online survey. I resist having to go to Google to do one.

Great park and great service. Had a lot of standing water due to recent heavy rain but didn't affect park operations. Food delivery and food itself was great.

We would stop here again. Having the little onsite restaurant for breakfast and dinner was great! I'd suggest a fence around the property to make it feel a little more secure. It's a very exposed area and there is nothing to keep anyone from just walking up. The only other issue is the proximity to the freeway and the train that passes by that make it really loud. Super nice camp hosts!

Difficult to get to but has good signs. Had all the facilities we needed. Because of the rain there were large puddles everywhere. Need additional stones on driveway.

I’ve stayed at dozens of KOA’s throughout the US and Canada. I really appreciate the ease of booking through the App, the standards. and great locations. The staff is usually friendly and helpful. Having said that, this Koa is one of my least favorites. It appears not to be well maintained. The bathhouse was dated at best. It rained and mud puddles were everywhere.

Park is clean, people are nice, food service provided. The only negative is park sites flood easily. It has rained both years I have come through. Idk what can be done except I need to remember to bring my rubber boots next year.

Very easy access, and friendly staff. Campsite was immaculate. Shower room was clean and neat. My wife and I were very pleased with our stay.

This is the second time we’ve stayed with them. The first on our way starting our vacation and the second time on our way home several weeks later. The sites are nice, mostly shaded, mostly flat, and they have all the amenities you need. In addition, they have a little grill that will deliver some basic menu choices to your camper in the evening and serves breakfast at the café in the morning.

Lovely, quiet and clean campground close to I40, sites are decently spaced. Huge dog area that's fenced in. Friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed the chickens and goats at the back side of the campground, and watching bluebirds,tanagers & woodpeckers in the trees.

I read reviews that sites were tight & there's a lot of traffic noise. That was acceptable for a one night stay. What was not acceptable was the condition of the roads (gravel with very little gravel in place) and mudholes all around. My site was a muddy mess. Would have kept going if I hadn't pre-booked and paid. Not up to what should be basic KOA standards.

Clean wide open sites, easy access to/from freeway, and plenty of outdoor games, The staff at this KOA is second to none, friendly, helpful, and kind. This includes the great house-made breakfast and outstanding pulled pork dinners! A must stop for cross country over nights!

We stayed in tent space number 70 right at the entrance of the park. We listened to Freeway noise all night long, which was a little unsettling, but everyone was nice. We like the idea of the café. Cindy was wonderful and the office staff was very nice. The place could use a little pick me up, but it was very comfortable otherwise.

We had a pull through site rained most of time there lots of water sitting on the sites. They do have a good breakfast there and the cook/ waitress was very friendly we had a nice visit with her

The Memphis KOA is a beautiful park, but two issues kept me from rating my stay higher: 1. Road noise. Being right off the the I-55 frontage road, the noise from the interstate is unreal. The space I was assigned was closer to the noise so it was probably way worse than those lucky sights in the rear. 2. It rained and my space flooded. I had to wade to the electrical panel to unhook.

The issue I had was water. They decided to fill the pool and for a best part of a day we had no water. Should have been a non issue but there was no communication. If I was informed would have filled my fresh water tank in advance. Otherwise campground was fine. Easy in and out and large pull thru sites.

Staff is helpful and friendly. The campstore-gift shop is awesome! (Just add pints of ice cream) Please add gravel all over. We had a LOT of rain during our stay and sites and drives flooded. I know there is new management so hopefully that is on the list.

Was nice that you have food and deliver to the site. I think the people that complain about the noise from the interstate just have to have something to complain about. We slept like a baby and didn't hear anything from the road.

Flawless check-in, sites level. Bathrooms and showers clean and tidy. Food delivery service (pizza) was an absolute plus.

A toilet is loose at the floor in the mens restroom and also in the mens restroom the water shut off valves in a shower are broken and a piece of masking tape has been placed on the valves as a marker to stop but not hot and cold valves leak. Is very disappointing because obviously someone has known about this leaking for a long time and it's a big waste of water which really disturbs me.

Just another overnight stop returning to Ohio from our stay in Texas. Everything was great, we had a pull-thru spot in the back away from the busy highway. With our A/C going could not hear the road. All utilities were fine, no issues. Enjoyed the BBQ delivered to our door, and also the pancakes the next morning. Would/will return in the future!

Looks a little rough with many seasonal RVs scattered through the park. We had 4 RVs in our caravan and requested to be together. We booked this at least 6 months ahead. When we got there, we were separated but close. They tried to get us together, but because of the seasonals, they couldn't. We did get food delivered to our campsite for dinner and went to breakfast the next morning, both good

This KOA was very accomodating to us. We called late in the day, and they fit us in, even though they were pretty full. Our only wish was for a larger fenced dog park area, but there was a lot of green space, clean property and restrooms, and they even have a cafe on property with good options for dinner and breakfast. They offer food delivery to your capsite in the evening. Great stop!

Stayed for 3 nights. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Campground is well kept and clean. Perfect proximity for visiting Memphis, not too close and not too far. The cafe was a major bonus. Will definitely return.

Excellent check in and hospitality. One of the nicest "Journey" KOA's we've stayed at. Yes it's close to the road but it's also deep. We were in the rear and it wasn't that much noise. Highly recommend

We stayed here two nights. It's a cute campground. Quiet. Lots of trees. The food was delicious too! Saved me from cooking at the end of a travel day. The comfort station was clean.
