We stay twice a year and stay overnight only. Reliable and safe. Staff are always willing to help with anything. The restaurant on site makes a great breakfast

tight entry for 45ft motorhomes, Very dusty gravel roads raised a cloud over all adjacent campers entering and exiting. Roads and pull through sites were easy to navigate. We do not use pool restrooms or showers. Location was convenient to tour Memphis and food / shopping nearby. Easy access to I55

Very loud vehicles and trains. Too close to highway. Didn’t get much sleep

Park was very nice and very dog friendly. Liked to dog walk grassy areas with trash receptacles as well as the off leash area. Negative was the dead branch in the tree right above us and the fact that we could not use the electric at our site since our RV is 50amp and they wouldn’t allow us to use our dogbone to go down to 30amp.

I love KOA’s, and I stay at them when I travel, but this one needed a bit of help. They don’t use the code on the bathroom so the door is open when you’re taking a shower for anybody and the Internet does not work if you need to do work it is really close to the highway and extremely noisy. It is clean and the people are nice but the above stuff would make me want to find a different KOA ins

Like the convenience off the highway. It’s a good half way point between TX and MI. Cabin was ok but front glass window was cracked. A year later the window is still cracked and they could use some windex on the windows. Overall it’s a nice safe place.

I could not get out of the pool. The pipe was loose, it took 2 men to get me out, 2 others had a difficult time. I was so looking forward to a time in the pool, and then I get a fat lip from hitting the pipe. The next morning the sewer is backed up. We were told to close our sewers. It was hot and were had to have a meeting outside. You could not have opened your breakfast area for a short meeting

The campground was clean and easy to access. Access to Memphis was excellent. The cafe was great. The plumbing at the sites was questionable. My sewer at the street backed up, never had that happen before.

Nice dog park and pool. Laundry room was dirty especially the windows seals and the camp sites were small with old broken down picnic table that was basically unusable

Loved the part of the park we stayed in. Always enjoyed eating breakfast there except this time it was very sub par. Had a soggy slab of eggs and the English muffins tasted like they had been grilled on last nights fish fry. Very disappointing.

Good place to stay. A bit away from Memphis attractions. It rained all one morning, creating a muddy site (no grass to speak of. Tow vehicle sunk into drive. Water was tough to set up due to bent pipe and 1/2 a handle. Showers functional, need tile work.

Friendly and helpful staff both in the office and on the maintenance/grounds crew. Clean facilities, including restrooms and showers. Expect some freeway noise, but it was no bother, especially inside the RV with AC running. Nice KOA just minutes from attractions in Memphis.

Excellent customer service from the front office and the accommodation were fantastic. Enjoyed a great breakfast and conversation with the cook. We will definitely be back. Thank you for the great experience for or first KOA stay over.

Staff was excellent! Site was clean, clean bathroom, clean laundry room. Extremely low to almost non existent water pressure, club house could use a rebuild.

Power polarity was swapped, potentially damaging rv electronics, instead of expressing concern the front desk agent was confrontational. Short power pole at $59 sites, no cable at $59 sites, need to be more transparent about capacity of sites and benefits offered. Leaves from last fall still littering sites.

Nice campground. Really good idea on providing breakfast and dinner food items in the cafe, deliver to your site is a plus. Layout of sites seem a little congested and staggered creating an overlap effect. could use an additional bath house/restroom towards the back side of the campground. Office help was satisfactory. Good stay, quiet at night, enjoyed the train horns off in the distance at night

Friendly staff, easy in and out and was away from the city. They have some really good BBQ they is great after a long day of traveling. You just call and order and they deliver.

I cannot say enough about the STAFF who were at this KOA . We had traveled over 12 hours to get there and pulled in very late at night and we had blown a fuse so our beds wouldn't go down. I called the manager and she came into the store to try to accommodate us. They didn't have any in store so she called in another work camper. He personally went and found us some of his own. They both were beyond accomodating. We were only on site about 7 hours before continuing on our journey but I would highly recommend this spot

Nice place to stay for a quick stop, staff is friendly and the grounds are kep pretty well. And my beagle had a good time on the jumping pad.
