I have stayed at the Memphis KOA a few times now and really love it. The campground is kept in great shape. There is plenty of shade. The bathrooms and showers are kept very clean. Good management and staff.

Probably the best RV park (not just KOA's!) with the friendliest staff, shade, fenced dog area, great cafe that serves a delicious hot breakfast and dinner, and a lot of grass! We really enjoyed our stay �ϋ�

Shower room was mold on the wall water pressure was very weak. Also, when someone use the toilet or the shower water temperature changed dramatically. Also, horric mosquito bit us and came into our trailer , so it caused us great suffering.

Not really Memphis but west Memphis over in Arkansas. Nice though. Short ride into Memphis for touring. Campsite was gravel and fairly level. Pool was nice although we didn’t go in. Nice grass and dog walk areas. WiFi was good and antenna TV good too. Exceeded the usual KOA experience.

Campground was immaculate, customer service was amazing.Dinner available,delivered to the site was helpful upon arrival.We cut our stay short due to the swarms of sweat bees.We are not sure if they were all over the campground but unable to walk outside our cabin without being swarmed.1 can of yard cutter did NOT work.We could not sit or cook outside our cabin without being swarmed.Early July!

This KOA has some mature trees that offer some sites good shade. The office is efficient with a nice gift shop area. At this time, they were offering both breakfast & dinner options. Pool looked good & decent size.

Campground is well kept. Pool looked amazing. Staff is friendly enough. Get some campground bbq it was really good. Pizza was ok. Lots of nice grass around the park and the dog park was great. Held back from a 5 star as the Wi-Fi was not good and cable was terrible.

We were enroute back home from a long trip and came in about 4:30 and the regestration was easy, the people were plesant and informative. Explained the option of dinner and breakfast or door dash. Their Map and local options was very nice. Bathrooms were clean and bright, didn't use the pool due to lightning in the area. Left early the next morning, but will stay again.

They accommodated us by letting us change sites twice after we arrived. The barbecue dinner was amazing and the park was a great experience overall.

Restrooms were horrible. Told staff, said someone would be in at 8. Still bad next morning. Campus very crowded. Made for over night only stays.

Sites were packed together. Tree roots made walking around small sites challenging especially for older folks. Bath houses at front were a long walk from back of park and quite run down. Playground substrate was mud. However staff were very friendly, dog walk area was large and pool area was well maintained. Also nice touch that restraint delivered to campsites.

We stay here the same weekend every year for the last 5 years. This KOA never disappoints. Very convenient off the interstate. Nice and quiet. Will be back again next year.

We were greeted by friendly and helpful hosts as we checked in, who gave us the rundown of the area. They were accommodating to our needs and worked with us as our schedule changed. Highly recommend them!

Would like to see a dog run at the other side of your RV park. I was in site F and had to go to the front of your park to use the only dog run so I could let my service dog run. Thanks for your time. �

One night stay. Never been here before. The campground is very small and the sites are way too close to each other. There are many trees in the way and the "roads" are very narrow. Ironically there are 30 inch fire pit rings between each site, when there's only 48 inches of space between each site which means the fire would be right next to your (or neighbor's) camper. Not interested in returning.

The place doesn’t come up on the map app we use but the signage is great. The campsites are very close together. We couldn’t put out our awning because it would’ve hit the rig next to us slide out. But it was a quick 1 nighter. Wouldn’t stay for any length of time.

The staff was nice and helpful. The playground was a little less than what was expected and there was a smell of septic fluids that was very prominent! Due to the smell we didn’t want to be outside of our camper.

Stayed Memphis KOA a couple times first time reserved site for 40' fifth wheel site was only 45' had to move to Patio site ($20 up charge). Second visit made reservations and called to verify would accommodate the 40' camper and 24' truck, was assured it would. Rear stuck out 6" and truck on the outbound. In the morning had to back out because road was too narrow with cars, and up charge for dogs.

This place is pretty awesome. Friendly staff, playground for the kids, dog park, nice pool, campers kitchen, Cafe that serves breakfast daily and dinner too!! Delivered to your door!! Nice level camper spots, convenience store with plenty of necessities, propane filling. It is close to the highway, but still two thumbs up from me.

I am not one to give reviews. However. It is imperative to let you all know that this place,hospitality, and staff members are the best!! It is a veteran friendly, and definitely a family type atmosphere!! The staff, superb. I was in a needy type situation, and they made it work for all of us! Thank you so much for making this Veteran feel at home!! I would rate it a ten!!! Will definitely stop back if in the area again! Thank you so much!!

We stayed here for a month and had the misfortune to have our big rear window shattered by a rock thrown by a weekeater. Although this was a bad situation, Manager, Nicole, was absolutely wonderful. She gave us the names of dependable mobile repair companies, assured us that they would be financially responsible and blocked off our site incase we were unable to leave on our planned departure date. We have stayed here many times over the last 6 years. It's always a comfortable stay but it's good to know that they really take care of their guests.
