Staff is helpful and friendly. The campstore-gift shop is awesome! (Just add pints of ice cream) Please add gravel all over. We had a LOT of rain during our stay and sites and drives flooded. I know there is new management so hopefully that is on the list.

Was nice that you have food and deliver to the site. I think the people that complain about the noise from the interstate just have to have something to complain about. We slept like a baby and didn't hear anything from the road.

Flawless check-in, sites level. Bathrooms and showers clean and tidy. Food delivery service (pizza) was an absolute plus.

A toilet is loose at the floor in the mens restroom and also in the mens restroom the water shut off valves in a shower are broken and a piece of masking tape has been placed on the valves as a marker to stop but not hot and cold valves leak. Is very disappointing because obviously someone has known about this leaking for a long time and it's a big waste of water which really disturbs me.

All good, other than the weather (not their fault) and the state of the pool. Hopefully they’ll get that figured out for this holiday weekend.

Just another overnight stop returning to Ohio from our stay in Texas. Everything was great, we had a pull-thru spot in the back away from the busy highway. With our A/C going could not hear the road. All utilities were fine, no issues. Enjoyed the BBQ delivered to our door, and also the pancakes the next morning. Would/will return in the future!

Looks a little rough with many seasonal RVs scattered through the park. We had 4 RVs in our caravan and requested to be together. We booked this at least 6 months ahead. When we got there, we were separated but close. They tried to get us together, but because of the seasonals, they couldn't. We did get food delivered to our campsite for dinner and went to breakfast the next morning, both good

Campground and the people working there are great. Sites are a little tight side by side and in length if towing. Next to Interstate and train nearby.

This KOA was very accomodating to us. We called late in the day, and they fit us in, even though they were pretty full. Our only wish was for a larger fenced dog park area, but there was a lot of green space, clean property and restrooms, and they even have a cafe on property with good options for dinner and breakfast. They offer food delivery to your capsite in the evening. Great stop!

Stayed for 3 nights. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Campground is well kept and clean. Perfect proximity for visiting Memphis, not too close and not too far. The cafe was a major bonus. Will definitely return.

Excellent check in and hospitality. One of the nicest "Journey" KOA's we've stayed at. Yes it's close to the road but it's also deep. We were in the rear and it wasn't that much noise. Highly recommend

Too expensive. Even with a generous veterans discount, I was charged more for a two week stay than people staying for one month. Management either can't do math in setting their rates or they are greedy.

Three night of Koa camping quality. Site was easy and level clean and quiet. Easy in and easy out and convenient to down town Memphis. We had some perishable medication overnighted to us and the took cars to refrigerate it as requested

So shady and clean! Lots of spaces, great store and recreation room with dinner and even breakfast. Very clean restrooms and showers! Will come here again!

Nicely shaded spots. Clean and neat. Bathroom and showers are at the front, a bit of a walk from the very cramped pull thru camp sites. Lovely, large back in sites along the front perimeter.

We screwed up our reservation, but the staff figured out an accommodation! We have stayed here multiple times…the best asset here is the staff! And the BBQ!

Little rough for a big rig to get to but once you’re there, it’s a nice place. Well maintained and nice people running it. A big plus - they have delivered dinner options (killer bbq pulled pork pizza) and you can get breakfast at their cafe.

Very nice KOA-supplied with earplugs for highway noise! The dog park and dog walks are very nice too. Campground is Level! And bathrooms are clean. It was too cold to try the pool but breakfast was good!

All was fine except internet WiFi. For some reason KOA Journey does not keep up with the internet traffic demands of customers. Most folks these days have dropped the cable and have gone streaming. So maybe Journey needs to go in that direction. Other than that the sites are a little close. Neighbor was parked about a foot from my electric and power. They were parked on the grass.

Host was nice. But our site was right by a very noisy highway, a stagnant irrigation ditch and the wifi was pretty much non existent. Park overall is clean. I checked out the bathrooms and they need a little updating.

This place is pretty awesome. Friendly staff, playground for the kids, dog park, nice pool, campers kitchen, Cafe that serves breakfast daily and dinner too!! Delivered to your door!! Nice level camper spots, convenience store with plenty of necessities, propane filling. It is close to the highway, but still two thumbs up from me.

I am not one to give reviews. However. It is imperative to let you all know that this place,hospitality, and staff members are the best!! It is a veteran friendly, and definitely a family type atmosphere!! The staff, superb. I was in a needy type situation, and they made it work for all of us! Thank you so much for making this Veteran feel at home!! I would rate it a ten!!! Will definitely stop back if in the area again! Thank you so much!!

We stayed here for a month and had the misfortune to have our big rear window shattered by a rock thrown by a weekeater. Although this was a bad situation, Manager, Nicole, was absolutely wonderful. She gave us the names of dependable mobile repair companies, assured us that they would be financially responsible and blocked off our site incase we were unable to leave on our planned departure date. We have stayed here many times over the last 6 years. It's always a comfortable stay but it's good to know that they really take care of their guests.
