When checking in we were told cable was lousy, never told us the WiFi wasn’t working properly either. They went with Starlink and we were told it was too expensive so they got rid of it. Service was terrible.

The staff and at the Memphis KOA in Marion Arkansas were very friendly, kind, and considerate. The grounds were very clean. And although we did not use them all, they had a lot of amenities to take advantage of. If I had one complaint, it would be the amount of space between sites, but it suited all our needs for what we were there for.

The stay was good. Our cabin was full of flies and there is not a fence. The highway access road is just a few feet away.

Nice and safe feeling campground. Host was nice and welcoming. Plenty of out door things to do, pool, lawn chess, horse shoes, corn hole, bball. A little close to the highway so convenient but a little road noise. I'd give it 4.75 stars the only negative was the road noise but that wasn't too bad.

Beautiful and well kept property. Offers very reasonable supper and breakfast options on site. Great pool. The downside: paid (after KOA discount) $84 for a “premium” pull thru (patio, lawn furniture, fire pit) We were assigned to the last row to the west to site “A”. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and the bathrooms were clean every time I went in there and smelled clean also. I used the Laundry room and that area was very clean and no issues with the machines. The breakfast that we had was great. I would stay here again.

Excellent public facilities and great cafe setup. Our site was pretty rough in terms of gravel, patchy grass, and weathered table. Also suggest they fill the 50 AMP sites from the rear forward, thus putting most campers further from the road.

Convenient location off highway for overnight stay in our travels. Staff was cheerful and happy to assist. Perks were the café was open and delivered dinner to our RV after we arrived. Site was level so we didn't need to use our levelers when setting up. Some reviews complained about the road noise, we did not have any trouble or concerns regarding noise. However, the shower drain was slow.

The sites were a mess. So many mosquitoes we couldn’t sit outside. Over $30 more than the last KOA we stayed at. Charged $5 pet fee. I was expecting a much nicer park. I was disappointed. The staff was very nice though.

The park is great. Only one thing was uncomfortable and that was the clouds of mosquitoes and biting flies. Not sure that there is anything you can do about that. The big lawn where my dog could chase her ball, the beautiful green spaces, and the cafe were amazing. Just the mosquito welts are a bad memory.

Staff were prompt and friendly. We had one of few concrete patios. Most sites were gravel/mud.. Swimming pool was great. Good place to stay for 1 or 2 nights.. The down side is that the sites are really small and RVs are packed in like sardines.

Next to major interstate with lot of road noise that they never even tell about in their ad. They do voice out ear plugs at the front counter for the noise and ask not to give bad review for the noise so Yes it is an issue. Camper parking stand not even level and standing water all around it with lot of mud. Could not even plug power or water without standing in ankle deep water and mud.

We called due to anticipated late arrival. The papers were in the night box but no key. My grandson called and a man brought the key. Very comfortable and clean. We were thankful for an enjoyable and safe place to stay for the night during our travels.

Great stopping point for overnight stay when traveling through the area and have done so many times and will again. I do believe the camp sites, that are not paved, could use some maintenance. Staff, as always very friendly.

As a journey KOA, this far exceeded our expectations. The park was clean, the store was well stocked, the patio site was the largest and nicest patio furniture that we have experienced in our travels. I would definitely recommend this KOA.

We found mice droppings and bed bug casings under our mattress. We notified the office right away and they came and “cleaned” our room. But we STILL found mouse droppings under the mattresses. Also, accidentally stored in the room was a fan and space heater with exposed cables, chewed by mice. Found an old hotdog on grill. I hardly slept for fear of bed bugs. Worst KOA I’ve ever experienced.

This place is pretty awesome. Friendly staff, playground for the kids, dog park, nice pool, campers kitchen, Cafe that serves breakfast daily and dinner too!! Delivered to your door!! Nice level camper spots, convenience store with plenty of necessities, propane filling. It is close to the highway, but still two thumbs up from me.

I am not one to give reviews. However. It is imperative to let you all know that this place,hospitality, and staff members are the best!! It is a veteran friendly, and definitely a family type atmosphere!! The staff, superb. I was in a needy type situation, and they made it work for all of us! Thank you so much for making this Veteran feel at home!! I would rate it a ten!!! Will definitely stop back if in the area again! Thank you so much!!

We stayed here for a month and had the misfortune to have our big rear window shattered by a rock thrown by a weekeater. Although this was a bad situation, Manager, Nicole, was absolutely wonderful. She gave us the names of dependable mobile repair companies, assured us that they would be financially responsible and blocked off our site incase we were unable to leave on our planned departure date. We have stayed here many times over the last 6 years. It's always a comfortable stay but it's good to know that they really take care of their guests.
