The entire staff was very accommodating to us. As for amenities, it’s a KOA so you pretty much know what to expect. Not the premier resort style amenities but they get the job done nicely. The pool was open and their breakfasts are pretty good. Campsites are gravel, but all the power, water and sewer worked. You’ll enjoy your stay in almost Memphis if you come here.

Location is loud but everything was as it should be. Pool was open passed the promised date which was a very nice surprise. They have awesome breakfast as well. Great location for easy access to Memphis. Would stay again.

Traveling cross country, this was a good location for us and we were very pleased with a sense of friendly hospitality that was clearly evident. We also appreciated that the office was open until 8:00 pm and that food options were available on site.

The Memphis KOA was really a nice RV park. Clean and quiet and very well kept. Close enough to everything but far enough to enjoy the piece and quiet. We’ll be stopping back by on our way home.

Awesome the breakfast and dinner was great didn’t have to cook campground very clean and everyone was so nice my wife loved the pool great job we’ll be back for sure

Great location for pass thru. Office staff very friendly and store well stocked. Definitely needs loads of gravel to keep dust down. Bathrooms simply need replacing vs remodeling. Even the racks for shower accessories rusted. Spaces …. Not spacious. Nice pool but this was just a pass thru for us. Again, very nice personnel working the day we were in.

We stayed one night on our way from TX to Tennessee and one night on our way back. This campground is very nice. Folks are super friendly, they have great food, and a very clean bath house. We have stayed here many times and will do it again.

I travel a lot and stay at KOAs often. Bathrooms are fine but old. The workers are all very nice and helpful and the sites are good. The location is fine - right off the highway but with plenty of warning about possible noise. I had no problems at all with noise. Internet/Wi-Fi is decent - I did not need to use my own. Laundry room was very dirty and needed cleaning - this was an issue.

The staff was friendly and the sites were clean. The only take aways are they need to do some more work on putting down more gravel on the spaces and leveling them up. I always enjoy staying here, I stay here 2-4 times a year when in the area working.

Staff was attentive and accommodating. We didn’t hear the highway traffic. We were able to visit Memphis and all the hot spots on our list without difficulty.

For the price to stay the sites are really close and dirt for camp site. Sites are so close the camper next to us crushed my sewer hose while we gone He did replace it with a cheap one The picnic looked like itt would fall apart if you sat on it

The Tent area is the nearest to the Highway. Even with ear plugs in the night, I felt uncomfortable with the permanent noise around. Facilities are okay, clean and staff very friendly. The KOA needs about 20 min driving to Memphis downtown.

Normally the rating would have been higher but the men’s room shower accommodations were not to the the expectations other KOAs have given us. Of the 4 showers, 1 labeled out of order, a second one where only cold water handle worked, and the third where the faucets never could shut off water completely.

Great place & the traffic noise wasn't toÒ¯ bad. Didn't need the earplugs we obtained. Clean, friendly & fun souvenirs. Only issue was it was a bit pricey for laundry & ice.

I found Memphis KOA last year. It’s located about 5 miles off I-40. There trees for shade. I stayed here last year also. The bathrooms are clean, the pool is kept up (though I didn’t use it, I saw others in it). The staff are awesomely friendly. Loved that I could order a meal or snacks and it was delivered to my site! Thanks!!

The website photos make the campground look a lot nicer than what it actually is. The bathrooms and showers are extremely overdue for upgrades. The sites are of reasonable size and manageable.

We only needed a place for the night, so we chose a pull thru, with electric only. Late check in was easy, the pull thru site was easy to find, and easy to get in to. I do wish I had read the reservations a little closer to find that they had breakfast!!! But, that one's on me. Will likely stay again next time I'm passing thru.

The facilities are well kept, and the restrooms are clean. I was skeptical after reading some of the previous reviews we were glad we chose this site. The staff was professional and helpful. If you are tenting you will be up front by the office and restrooms, there will be highway and train noise, it's a journey and is situated that way, in a camper your fine.

We made a late day reservation, extremely difficult to see where our site was, where the roads were, sites are extremely close. Nice office lady, anxious to leave at 8pm, can't blame her. Older KOA, WiFi didn't work well.

Restroom showers were not cleaned good the last 2 nights we were there. Trees near sites D and E need to be elevated and deadwooded. Cottonwood trees are prone to dropping branches.

The people and the place were very nice. Lots of amenities I probably would have used if I hadn’t been there for just one night. Cabin was comfortable (although I would have liked having a small chair to sit on). Noisy, but was to be expected since most KOAs are next to interstates.

This place is pretty awesome. Friendly staff, playground for the kids, dog park, nice pool, campers kitchen, Cafe that serves breakfast daily and dinner too!! Delivered to your door!! Nice level camper spots, convenience store with plenty of necessities, propane filling. It is close to the highway, but still two thumbs up from me.

I am not one to give reviews. However. It is imperative to let you all know that this place,hospitality, and staff members are the best!! It is a veteran friendly, and definitely a family type atmosphere!! The staff, superb. I was in a needy type situation, and they made it work for all of us! Thank you so much for making this Veteran feel at home!! I would rate it a ten!!! Will definitely stop back if in the area again! Thank you so much!!

We stayed here for a month and had the misfortune to have our big rear window shattered by a rock thrown by a weekeater. Although this was a bad situation, Manager, Nicole, was absolutely wonderful. She gave us the names of dependable mobile repair companies, assured us that they would be financially responsible and blocked off our site incase we were unable to leave on our planned departure date. We have stayed here many times over the last 6 years. It's always a comfortable stay but it's good to know that they really take care of their guests.
