Not sure is under your control, but would be nice if the sites and roads drained a little better when it rained. The cafe is a nice touch, especially the delivery at night. The food was good as well.

Our 3 night stay at the Memphis KOA was great. It is a quaint campground that is very well maintained. The laundry room had large capacity coin operated machines and was convenient to our site. The staff members are friendly and helpful.

Very busy campground shows its wear. The single bathhouse is in poor condition with high humidity and is a very long walk from most campsites through poorly lit areas. There are cords from the power supply to an accessory structure that are trip hazards. Was needlessly woken before 7 with a text advertising the overpriced breakfast Cafe for which we got a handout at checkin and saw other signs.

Overnight, just passing through the area, stay. Check in was very pleasant and I really appreciated the military discount. That means a lot to me and thank you KOA for doing it.

I am sorry to say we would probably not stay at this KOA again. We reserved a cabin It was very close to the freeway, it wasn’t clean and was far away from the bathroom. The restaurant was nice but the breakfast food tasted bad like old oil that had been used. The lady that cooked was a very kind person but food was expensive and I couldn’t eat it. The store was nice with good discounts

We have stayed in KOA's all over America and this is by far the nicest one we have stayed at! It off the hwy, no noise! Great eats nearby and of course Memphis. It is worth you time and money if your in the area.

Along a busy highway, free earplugs available at front desk. Bath/shower room exhaust fans were not working, rooms were dripping with humidity. Rocking chair on laundry room porch was a nice touch. French toast breakfast was excellent!

Park was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Only complaint is it is a little noisy due to closeness to freeway.

Easy off/on from I-55. Narrow entrance/exit, site was level, but quite close to neighboring sites. Beyond the office the “roads” were gravel as were the sites. The gravel needs to be renewed. The campground was dry but I think it would be muddy if it rained. Still, it was good for an overnight enroute.

Stay there on two separate trips to and from a more southern destination. Was pleased with both trips. Everything was working. The dumping station was easy to use. The bathroom facilities were very nice. They had a nice little shop for last-minute stuff and they delivered dinner meals to your door. They also had 2 young men who got my heat running

Just stayed one night but the front desk attendant was very curious even caught my mess up when I booked the wrong site online. Thank you for moving us to a bigger site, it was much more accommodating. Sites were on the tight side but we had enough room to put out our 3 slides. Highly reccomond for a stop over.

Had a premium pull through. Patio was a long as it's bus and the site was dead on level... which is amazing since it was a gravel site. Even surg the road noise we highly recommend. The staff in the office were great and the kitchen had a full menu.. AND will deliver to your site! Great stay! WiFi was good enough for streamingand the water pressure was good.

We stay here often for an overnite when traveling thru. Older campground but clean, cared for, and pleasant staff. Sites are smaller than some koas if you have a large rig. Great dog park! Also have some supper and breakfast items you can order delivered to your site. Will stay again.

Lots of trees, great location, will definitely stay again. As others have pointed out, the sites are tight. Bring your A game to park and try not to be the entertainment by screaming at your spouse. �

We had motorhome issues and was in and out of the campground for a period of 6 days. You guys were great in working with us and keeping a place available for us to stay while we didn't know day by day what to expect from the repairs to our motorhome. You even accommodated us in a cabin when needed. Thank you so much for your help. If we are back in the area, we will stay here again.

Overnight stay. Pull thru’s are level enough to not have to unhook. Friendly staff. EZ check in. Noise? What noise? Didn’t even notice it! All is well.

We had a good nights rest. It was great being able to order dinner from this KOA location and having it delivered by KOA to our site. Very easy exit to I55 if you’re going towards Memphis.

The staff provided Superior Customer Service. The site while narrow side to side was well maintained as was the entire facility.

This place is pretty awesome. Friendly staff, playground for the kids, dog park, nice pool, campers kitchen, Cafe that serves breakfast daily and dinner too!! Delivered to your door!! Nice level camper spots, convenience store with plenty of necessities, propane filling. It is close to the highway, but still two thumbs up from me.

I am not one to give reviews. However. It is imperative to let you all know that this place,hospitality, and staff members are the best!! It is a veteran friendly, and definitely a family type atmosphere!! The staff, superb. I was in a needy type situation, and they made it work for all of us! Thank you so much for making this Veteran feel at home!! I would rate it a ten!!! Will definitely stop back if in the area again! Thank you so much!!

We stayed here for a month and had the misfortune to have our big rear window shattered by a rock thrown by a weekeater. Although this was a bad situation, Manager, Nicole, was absolutely wonderful. She gave us the names of dependable mobile repair companies, assured us that they would be financially responsible and blocked off our site incase we were unable to leave on our planned departure date. We have stayed here many times over the last 6 years. It's always a comfortable stay but it's good to know that they really take care of their guests.
