We really enjoyed our stay. Our site was very close to the restrooms which were very nice. Ours was an overnight stay enroute to other destinations but we would like to come back in nicer weather when we can visit area sights.

Loved this location! The staff was super friendly when we pulled in. The campground is in great shape and very clean. The showers and bathrooms are the cleanest and best we've ever seen anywhere. We'll stay here anytime we are in this area.

Signage getting to the place was great! Hosts were very nice and helpful. Knowledgeable of the area and provided the best, safe route to explore downtown with no worries.

We were just an overnight but we loved staying here. Driving up the mountain to get to the campground was beautiful and being at the top of a mountain was very picturesque. On the way down we saw a mama deer and her babies frolicking in a beautiful field. I imagine the campground is great in the summer. I would definitely go back for a longer stay!

All of the employees that we had the pleasure of interacting with were so pleasant to us. If I had any questions, they were there with an answer. They kept the park very clean and well maintained. It was a pleasure staying there and will again.

Just an overnight stay. We like the place. The camp host was friendly and helpful. We got a great space. Hookups were easy and WiFi was good. Camp store had the essential items we might need. It was far enough from the highway to be very quiet too. We will stay here again

We were there for 2 nights. We checked arrived after hours and it was also during a holiday. The instructions to finding our campsite were easy to follow. Everything was clean and tidy. The bathrooms and showers were super clean. The staff was helpful on the phone and in person. We wish we would have been able to stay additional days. We will be coming back the next time we are in the area.

We paid $10 for like 6 small pieces of wood. We had a 6 min fire.

Need dumpster near the 54 sites

We aim to hide those unsightly dumpsters. However there are 2 within walking distance of your site, about equal distance apart. We are not opposed to picking up your garbage at your site. Please ask any staff member for assistance, if you have any questions. We will try our best to serve your needs.

Accidentally purchased two reservations. Didn’t get email confirming the first stay so I booked again last minute. At check, he noticed two reservations in our name and I explained situation. He wouldn’t refund us for the first one. Just left a bad taste that he wasn’t more to help. Otherwise office and site was nice.

Warm and welcoming staff, large spaces, fire pits, we had a deck, flexible about extending the stay, 24 hr laundry, closer than it looks to lookout Mountain and Chattanooga since it is so close (but not too close) to the interestate.

The wi-fi was disappointing. Since the weather was not accommodating for being outside we spent more time inside than we generally would when camping.

Arrived after office hours (knew that when we booke). When we arrived map with assigned spot was waiting. Went to our assigned lot number but the 30 amp hook up was not working. Called the office number no one answered but I tried to leave message. Never did get a call back. We moved to empty lot close by (16) The water hook up at this lot did not work. Chose no water over no electricity

We do apologize for the difficulties you experienced during your stay. Our office closed at 5pm, explaining why no one answered. We received your message the next morning and fixed the power issue. Our campground has an after hours emergency number that is always located at the top of your map.

The campground is really nice. The best bathrooms I have ever seen at a campground. The sites are nice size. The staff are all very friendly. Would definitely come back. We loved our stay there.

We weren’t very happy with this Campground. It didn’t look like it was well kept. Although the staff was extremely friendly, it could have used with some more maintenance on the pathways to get to each campsite. There were an abundance, over abundance of leaves that made it difficult to see where the road was versus where the campsites were. Might be some extra work, but it would make it bette

Really like that it was quiet and peaceful, not located on the beaten path like other places where you have all the traffic and noise rates are reasonable.The staff was super friendly, courteous and helpful, lots of amenities and a big plus for us is you aren't hampered by restrictive pet policies, and its just a short drive to explore, shop and explore a lot of sights.

The road up to the facility is steep. we have a 33 ft fifth wheel and did fine getting in and around the campground. The stairs from the bottom section to the office and facility area need some attention. The facility is clean and well cared for, we were there in mid-November so some of the facilities were closed. For winter. It met our expectations for a KOA and overall we were pleased.

Staff was extraordinarily personable, professional and helpful. This is our second stay here and we are planning our third! It is a pristine property, fabulous amenities and again, staff is available and encouraging! We look forward to more of our family members camping with us at the Lookout Mountain / Chattanooga West KOA on our next trip!

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful, especially Max who I had most contact with. Showers and restrooms were very clean. Great location for exploring Chattanooga. Will be back again.

More beautiful & tucked away than I expected for a KOA! This is a gem and very conveniently close to Lookout Mountain attractions such as Rock City Gardens (highly recommend). The shower house is extremely comfortable and clean. Seems very new! The room I happened to choose had a weird layout with the sink and mirror but after looking into the other empty ones I think it's the only one like that (pictured). Awesome kids play areas (my 5 and 8 year old especially loved the bounce bubble!) and even outdoor bowling! My daughter was thrilled to find a few green anoles among the natural landscape nearby. My only critique is that even though they don't have pre-assigned spots the said they couldn't put us and our friends on adjacent spots… even though no one was on the spot next to us. Haha Small potatoes and still a phenomenal location. We'll be traveling through this area in Jan. and my husband and I agreed we'd go out of our way to stay here again.

This campground is exceptional! You continuously see staff out working around the campground to keep it nice for the visitors. They have a wonderful playground for the kiddos and a very nice canine area for the dogs. You will see a touch of humor when you read the KOA signs and see the little twist of words. The bathrooms are very clean and each has a handicap seat. The showers have a full size locking door. Some rooms have a sink and toilet only, while others have the sink, toilet and shower combo. Quiet and laidback you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Chattanooga is still close enough for dinner, shopping and sightseeing.

We loved the rustic, semi-private, walled-in sites. Lots of shade and very quiet. The showers could a shelf on the stalls, though. There was no place to rest soap and shampoo. Otherwise, the water was hot, the staff polite, and the amenities super clean.
