Great communications by text before arrival. Great, friendly checkin. Beautiful location, well kept, clean. Stayed in cabin 1 night. Enjoyed quiet, peaceful night’s sleep. And thanks for providing plugin heater! Hope to return to this cg in future for longer stay.

It is a great place to stay! However, the only thing that we didn’t like was the mattresses in our cabin…they were very uncomfortable. Otherwise, wonderful place to stay!

The deluxe cabin included the dishware, utensils, pots and pans needed to serve dinner for four. This was an added bonus that wasn't obvious from the website. The staff were friendly and we had a good stay!

The campground itself is ok and the staff was friendly and helpful, but the cabins are very run down. There were several rotten steps as well as one of the railings. It was clean but furniture is very worn and the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in, both mine and my wife’s backs and necks are paying for it. The pans in the kitchen were bent/rusted, towels threadbare.

We stayed in the cabin with a 1/2 bath. It was very clean and well maintained. Nice porch swing and digital door locks. The private rooms at the shower house are very spacious and beautifully updated! The staff is friendly and helpful.

Absolutely love this place. One of our “ go to “ places for camping or even the basic cabin. Nice people running it too.

Amongst other issues, getting yelled at by your staff was the last straw in any chance you would see me again. Staff didn’t know how to work your cabin lock so I wasted a 1/2 hour dealing with that. Your step at cabinG still hasn’t been repaired after 2 years blah blah blah. Will not be back nor recommend.

Sorry to hear you interpreted our conversation as yelling. Rules are in place for a reason. We are responsible to enforce them. If there was an issue with your cabin our staff helped you get thru it. Most people enjoy our campground and return often. Most guests follow our rules as well.

Employees are too quick to jump on what they consider parking rule violations. There needs to be a very brief courtesy period for unloading cars, drop offs, pick ups, etc. They were literally running after cars and raising voices within seconds of a second car pulling up to a site.

We do have rules in place for a reason. Everyone is required to stop by the office, check in and get directions to the site. Our rule is 1 vehicle per site at any time. Following rules may be difficult, we all have too

We had a fantastic family Christmas camping week! Loved the campsite and the cabins! Beds in the cabin are not the best! But we still had a wonderful stay

We have stayed at Lookout Mt many times and always come back when in the Chattanooga area. This was our first time in a cabin, the one recommendation I would make is to include a mini fridge in each cabin. I have experienced this valuable addition in other KOA’s throughout the country.

Exactly as described. Very clean. Simple but adequate. Slept well. Bath house is very clean and nice. Employees were all nice and helpful. Would stay here again if ever in the area. Would recommend to family and friends.

Love the cabins. We are usually car campers with tent but also use a popup trailer. The cabin could use some TLC such as new mini fridge and repairs to steps. Otherwise, real secluded location but still close enough to local interests. End of season so didnt get to use pool but it looks great.

We really enjoyed the Halloween activities. It was our first time to have a kitchen and bathroom in the cabin which was fantastic!!!

We got at the KOA on Sunday evening. We couldn’t get into our cabin so we had to call the emergency number. We had 3 adults , we wanted a full and a twin. The twin wound up being a bunk bed. My husband and I couldn’t climb the ladder and our son had a hard time getting up there because he’s so tall and with a slanted ceiling. Bathrooms/showers were very nice.

We have a large family "Halloween Camp" every year at this KOA. The management, accommodations, activities, and all other aspects of a family friendly camping experience are always the best of the best and this year was no exception! Thank you Brian and Susan for all the hard work you do to welcome so many people to the campground. We will see you again next year!!

We checked out at 12:15 because we spent 15 minutes inside the onsite store shopping. We then went out to the pool, sat down and put our feet in the water. In no way was the pool or facilities overcrowded. The same older lady with gray hair and yellow shirt came out, and told us to leave. “Check out is at noon, you need to vacate the property! we wont return!

Guests are required to leave the property due to liabilty issues, health department rules, etc. We have rules that we have to enforce by KOA standards. We do apologize if it came across as rude. As a campground are no different than a hotel when it comes to check out times and facility usage.

As usual, our stay was wonderful! The campground is lovely and peaceful and well kept! The cabin is very comfortable, immaculately clean and has everything you need in the kitchen! The most wonderful thing is the staff. We have been coming to this KOA for many years to stay in the cabins (several times a year), and the owners and staff treat us like family! They are so helpful and top notch!

This was one of the nicest KOA's we have ever stayed at... in fact, our comment while there was that "this is what a KOA should be like...". We usually tent-camp but we instead went with a cabin (with a 1/2 bath) and it was awesome. Had a porch swing and faced the woods. We will definitely be back.

Great bathroom setup, location was so-so but the kids seemed to like the pool. Was only there for 1 night. Not a traditional KOA cabin, missed the bench outside with the swing and there was no railings along porch. The store was lackluster would have liked some cheesy, standard location souvenirs

A beautiful setting with lots of trees. Quiet and possibly the cleanest campground I’ve ever stayed at. We normally tent camp but rented a cabin with AC due to the extreme heat. The bath house was immaculate. Didn’t get to use the pool but it was inviting. Staff was friendly and informative. We’ll definitely be back!

Clean, family friendly. A great first experience with KOA. My only suggestion is to add “ac” to the list of amenities for the cabin rentals.

Wow! The staff are Awesome! We have stayed at several KOAs & Lookout Mountain/Chattanooga West has the best bathrooms and showers ever! We were only passing through for one night. However, we are definitely going back to stay longer to enjoy their bathrooms & shower facilities! If you have not been to Lookout Mountain/Chattanooga West KOA, it is well worth your visit.

We were looking for a convient campground as we were traveling through the area. We got a nice pull-thru site . Dog friendly. I would stay here again. Nice view from Outlook Mountain.
