The only thing I can say was somewhat of a let down were the sleeping arrangements in the cabin. The old beds were much more comfortable. The staff are helpful and friendly as always. The facilities are well kept and excellent. Updated bath house is great. The update to the pool is ver nice as well. Thank you for a great weekend.

We understand the sleeping arrangement can be awkward for 4 adults and 2 kids. The ideal setup is 2 adults and 4 kids in that cabin type, same as the last 2 times you were here. Maybe your children are older now? We appreciate you returning to our campground often.

Beautiful wooded campground with a nature trail. They have the most awesome dog playground. Everyone there is very friendly. Bathhouse has private full baths!

The workers were very pleasant. Jumping pad was very dirty. The cabin was very nice. There wasn’t much for the teens to do at all. Maybe it’s better with the pool but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with teens.

Today, in our KOA, we have teens riding bikes and walking the hiking trail. Kids 6teen and under can use the jumping pillow. It gets used frequently by many children from 3 to 16. We also have a Basketball court, Disc golf, horseshoes, outdoor bowling, and Ga Ga ball. Did you ask any of our staff?

Cabins clean, but bedding for deluxe - aweful. Communial bathrooms the best we have ever seen.But everything else was medicore. Main activities were unavailable and not noted as such prior to booking except pool (understandable). We choose KOA for the family friendly experience and the jump pad was closed, the mining closed, the yard games only during office hours. Dog playground better then kids

We got in after hours, which made navigating difficult. The map and info was left on board (thank you!) But a recommendation would be to circle which cabin is ours. Went right by our cabin as we couldn't see antly identifiers.

We typically do prepare maps with sites circled. Sorry if we did not on your map. Some of our cabins are tucked away along the wood line. Your cabin is facing the woods and at the end of an intersection. We usually give specific oral instructions in person for that one.

Lovely place to visit. Super friendly well maintained super clean and always quiet. The perfect place to be when you've got nowhere to be. Absolutely a top 5 KOA for us. Highly recommend it to everyone traveling on the east coast.

We were there in the off-season so it was very quiet very peaceful. all the accommodations were there to make everything more than acceptable. we’ll have to return when the weather is better.

Very friendly staff! Very clean and nice spacious bathrooms. Good laundry room. Kids love the playground. Cabin was rustic and cozy. Nice quiet wonderful area for getaway.

This was our second time staying here and we had the best experience again! We had a cabin with a sink/toilet only and the bathhouse was very clean. The workers were very nice and helpful. If you rent a cabin where you bring your own linens, you do have to bring pillows too. I forgot this from last time and had only brought 1 pillow with us.

We stayed in a cabin for 4 nights. Cabin was in good shape and the AC and other amenities worked well. The staff was friendly and my daughter loved the jumping pillow. There’s a lot to do within a 30 minute drive around Lookout Mountain.

Enjoyed it very much. We’ve been to many KOAs but it our first time staying in a KOA camping cabin that had a bathroom. It had all the amenities of glamping.

We only stayed for a single night but we were highly impressed with the luxury and cleanliness of the bath house. Loved the individual private rooms! We also enjoyed our little cabin for the night. It was very simple but we loved the nostalgia of it.

Arrived late w/ 9 people to two wonderful affordable cabins & the nicest private restrooms you'll find anywhere. Communications /logistics with the staff were top shelf. This is a stellar campground !

My husband & I brought our 3 grandkids ages 6, 8, 9 to camp overnight here and go to Ruby Falls & Rock City. The campground workers were very helpful, very courteous, and offered good advice for the area. The bathrooms were clean and the area nicely landscaped. Had a great time! We will be back in the future!

Staff was very non professional, and it wasn't all that kid friendly. When I go camping, I ain't trying to be rode like a horse, or have my visitors bothered about their vehicle being parked for 2 hours.

Our staff is sorry to hear that all our nice conversations fell to the wayside with you due to one negative encounter while enforcing our campground parking rules. However, our staff did ask more than one time for the extra vehicle to move. We hope you'll come stay with us again!

We stayed in cabin G. It was very clean, yet not comfortable. Wooden chairs with no chairs in which to relax. Bed was uncomfortable. Much too low to the floor. Bunks appeared to be comfortable. When we had an RV we stayed there for many years and always enjoyed the friendly staff. Grounds are still very nice. However, we had to cease camping due to age and disabilities and rented a cabin.

Thank you for the compliments on our staff and grounds. We are sorry to hear the cabin wasn't to your liking. While our cabins offer more comfort from the heat, we like to think of them more as "hard tent camping".

Clean well kept but very small. Dog park was great. Only drawback were the 2 ladies at the front were like Hall monitors constantly patroling.

Not sure how they could be at the front and "constantly patroling". We intend to keep all our guests safe, protecting them by reiterating the rules is necessary, but not patrolling to enforce them. Maybe next time all of your family will be able to come as you had originally planned.

More beautiful & tucked away than I expected for a KOA! This is a gem and very conveniently close to Lookout Mountain attractions such as Rock City Gardens (highly recommend). The shower house is extremely comfortable and clean. Seems very new! The room I happened to choose had a weird layout with the sink and mirror but after looking into the other empty ones I think it's the only one like that (pictured). Awesome kids play areas (my 5 and 8 year old especially loved the bounce bubble!) and even outdoor bowling! My daughter was thrilled to find a few green anoles among the natural landscape nearby. My only critique is that even though they don't have pre-assigned spots the said they couldn't put us and our friends on adjacent spots… even though no one was on the spot next to us. Haha Small potatoes and still a phenomenal location. We'll be traveling through this area in Jan. and my husband and I agreed we'd go out of our way to stay here again.

This campground is exceptional! You continuously see staff out working around the campground to keep it nice for the visitors. They have a wonderful playground for the kiddos and a very nice canine area for the dogs. You will see a touch of humor when you read the KOA signs and see the little twist of words. The bathrooms are very clean and each has a handicap seat. The showers have a full size locking door. Some rooms have a sink and toilet only, while others have the sink, toilet and shower combo. Quiet and laidback you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Chattanooga is still close enough for dinner, shopping and sightseeing.

We loved the rustic, semi-private, walled-in sites. Lots of shade and very quiet. The showers could a shelf on the stalls, though. There was no place to rest soap and shampoo. Otherwise, the water was hot, the staff polite, and the amenities super clean.
