Warm and welcoming staff, large spaces, fire pits, we had a deck, flexible about extending the stay, 24 hr laundry, closer than it looks to lookout Mountain and Chattanooga since it is so close (but not too close) to the interestate.

WOW! What a great place to stay. I am talking spotlessly clean. Very friendly and accommodating. A short ride off the highway into another world. Will definitely be back.

The wi-fi was disappointing. Since the weather was not accommodating for being outside we spent more time inside than we generally would when camping.

Arrived after office hours (knew that when we booke). When we arrived map with assigned spot was waiting. Went to our assigned lot number but the 30 amp hook up was not working. Called the office number no one answered but I tried to leave message. Never did get a call back. We moved to empty lot close by (16) The water hook up at this lot did not work. Chose no water over no electricity

We do apologize for the difficulties you experienced during your stay. Our office closed at 5pm, explaining why no one answered. We received your message the next morning and fixed the power issue. Our campground has an after hours emergency number that is always located at the top of your map.

The campground is really nice. The best bathrooms I have ever seen at a campground. The sites are nice size. The staff are all very friendly. Would definitely come back. We loved our stay there.

Very friendly staff! Very clean and nice spacious bathrooms. Good laundry room. Kids love the playground. Cabin was rustic and cozy. Nice quiet wonderful area for getaway.

We weren’t very happy with this Campground. It didn’t look like it was well kept. Although the staff was extremely friendly, it could have used with some more maintenance on the pathways to get to each campsite. There were an abundance, over abundance of leaves that made it difficult to see where the road was versus where the campsites were. Might be some extra work, but it would make it bette

Really like that it was quiet and peaceful, not located on the beaten path like other places where you have all the traffic and noise rates are reasonable.The staff was super friendly, courteous and helpful, lots of amenities and a big plus for us is you aren't hampered by restrictive pet policies, and its just a short drive to explore, shop and explore a lot of sights.

The road up to the facility is steep. we have a 33 ft fifth wheel and did fine getting in and around the campground. The stairs from the bottom section to the office and facility area need some attention. The facility is clean and well cared for, we were there in mid-November so some of the facilities were closed. For winter. It met our expectations for a KOA and overall we were pleased.

Staff was extraordinarily personable, professional and helpful. This is our second stay here and we are planning our third! It is a pristine property, fabulous amenities and again, staff is available and encouraging! We look forward to more of our family members camping with us at the Lookout Mountain / Chattanooga West KOA on our next trip!

Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful, especially Max who I had most contact with. Showers and restrooms were very clean. Great location for exploring Chattanooga. Will be back again.

We loved everything about this campground from the staff, to the laundry, to the shower/bathrooms, everything was 10 out of 10. We've stayed at many KOA campgrounds and they're all much nicer than alternatives, but this location is by far the best experience we've had so far. Keep up the good work and thank you for a lovely visit. We'll see you again next year.

This was our second time staying here and we had the best experience again! We had a cabin with a sink/toilet only and the bathhouse was very clean. The workers were very nice and helpful. If you rent a cabin where you bring your own linens, you do have to bring pillows too. I forgot this from last time and had only brought 1 pillow with us.

Unfortunately this property is in a very bad location. Large trees were dropping acorns on top of RV all night, annoying as well as dangerous especially for solar panels. Hosts were great, location not good, terrain quite bad. Sorry to say, but would not go back.

Very nice clean and friendly atmosphere. We took advantage and topped off our propane tank was able to get it done quickly right at check in! Escorted to our site when finished. The setting is in the mountains so the roads a bit hilly but the sites were level and nicely spaced. Firewood and ice delivery if needed. Although the rain kept us inside most of our stay we were very comfortable.

The stay was nice I just wish you all had done more grounds keeping; ie...leaf cleanup. Also, the pad site we were on was not very well laid out. The sitting area was right up against the access road used by other patrons. Safety issue and privacy.

Quick weekend stop on the way home from a month long Beach trip. Took in the sites of Lookout Mountain and Rock City. We had a patio pullthrough which was great. Sites up on the hill have great shade for hot days. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Halloween decorations were amazing!

More beautiful & tucked away than I expected for a KOA! This is a gem and very conveniently close to Lookout Mountain attractions such as Rock City Gardens (highly recommend). The shower house is extremely comfortable and clean. Seems very new! The room I happened to choose had a weird layout with the sink and mirror but after looking into the other empty ones I think it's the only one like that (pictured). Awesome kids play areas (my 5 and 8 year old especially loved the bounce bubble!) and even outdoor bowling! My daughter was thrilled to find a few green anoles among the natural landscape nearby. My only critique is that even though they don't have pre-assigned spots the said they couldn't put us and our friends on adjacent spots… even though no one was on the spot next to us. Haha Small potatoes and still a phenomenal location. We'll be traveling through this area in Jan. and my husband and I agreed we'd go out of our way to stay here again.

This campground is exceptional! You continuously see staff out working around the campground to keep it nice for the visitors. They have a wonderful playground for the kiddos and a very nice canine area for the dogs. You will see a touch of humor when you read the KOA signs and see the little twist of words. The bathrooms are very clean and each has a handicap seat. The showers have a full size locking door. Some rooms have a sink and toilet only, while others have the sink, toilet and shower combo. Quiet and laidback you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Chattanooga is still close enough for dinner, shopping and sightseeing.

We loved the rustic, semi-private, walled-in sites. Lots of shade and very quiet. The showers could a shelf on the stalls, though. There was no place to rest soap and shampoo. Otherwise, the water was hot, the staff polite, and the amenities super clean.
