Site 33 is awful. It’s hard to fit my 24 foot camper in the space. Even with the deck it was cramped. Plenty of spaces not occupied that had more space I could have been assigned to. So something to keep in mind while assigning spaces.

We are always willing to accommodate a different site option if you let us know. You reserved online. Site 33 is the only site in the category (deck) you chose. We were in the office until 9 on the day you arrived. We would have loved the opportunity to find something else for you.

The sites were a bit close. Our back window looked out right on the picnic table and fire pit for the camper next to us. Other than that, it was a nice campground.

Great people, clean park, real nice!! Great KOA, clean restrooms and showers It would be nice if fellow campers would do the speed limit in the park.

Site 17 is awesome. I'd say maybe advertise 17 and 19v as buddy sites. Just a thought. Only because 19 is set up kinda weird. Other than that this campground is amazing and has so much to offer. Second time there is two weeks. Can't wait to come back. Staff are absolutely amazing and keep the facilities so clean. They are so friendly. Love Lookout Mountain!

Gorgeous settings, very serene. The pool was incredible. So clean. Cabins were in good shape. Staff was friendly. Lots for my kids to enjoy. We wish we could have stayed longer. Felt like a true get away.

Everything was exceptional. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly with directions and things to do. The site was perfect for our big rig. Last year we were here at the same site and had to leave for family emergency and they honored the nights we didn't use and I was very appreciative of that.

To be honest after a one-night stay, the location near Rock City Mountain is great, the staff was friendly, and the showers were cleaner than other KOAs. However, it feels much better suited for RVs than tents. The walk from the tent site to the main shower house is quite far, and there were way too many mosquitoes—likely due to the pond next to the tent area restrooms.

We spent 3 nights at Lookout Mountain/Chattanooga West. Easy checking in, friendly staff. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Didn't use the pool but others were enjoying it. Close to Chattanooga and Trenton. Would stay here again

The staff is excellent and very friendly and very hard workers. This was our third visit and will be back. Oh the bathrooms are immaculate never have been in any that will meet the standards that this KOA or any other campground. 10 plus!!!!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Site 37 was level, but was a bit difficult to exit due to a huge boulder and stump at the exit point. We were in a 40’ class A MH towing a 4 dr Jeep Wrangler. I would. Not recommend this particular site for that type of rig. We had to disconnect back out and reconnect. Not bad for an overnight.

Very nice place. Staff were very nice and knowledgeable. Had an excellent site. Enjoyed the nature trail and pool. Around 30 min. to Ruby Falls, Lookout mountain, Incline Railroad, Rock City and Chickamauga battlefields.

The campground is very tight! Our site had very low water pressure. Staff said all sites had 50-60psi but our site was below 40. This caused use to not be able to use our on-demand water heater because it requires a minimum of 50 psi. No hot water or shower in our rig. They did offer to move us to a different site but the only one available was out in the open, no shade so we did not move.

Great facility. Sites were well thought out with enough space for unit and outside gear. One suggestion: Need paper towel dispensers in the rest rooms not just air dryers.

The park was clean and staff friendly. However the RV spots are not very level and the long steep road into the park is very difficult to navigate in an RV.

Our campsite was so beautiful and we were sorry we couldn't stay longer. Our kids loved being next to the playground. The patio is a great bonus to the site. We will definitely be returning for a longer stay.

Great sites, pool was awesome, and the staff were top notch. Love that the campground is close to Chattanooga where there is so much to do. Close to i24 and i59, easy on and off the exits. Can't wait to come back!

Very pleasant. Such nice staff also. Will be returning. I would also like to mention a worker by the name of Melissa. She went out of her way to help get some pine cones off my awning. She supplied me with her blower and guided me in helping me get on top of my RV to do the job. I surely, once again, thank you. A very big help in that situation.

More beautiful & tucked away than I expected for a KOA! This is a gem and very conveniently close to Lookout Mountain attractions such as Rock City Gardens (highly recommend). The shower house is extremely comfortable and clean. Seems very new! The room I happened to choose had a weird layout with the sink and mirror but after looking into the other empty ones I think it's the only one like that (pictured). Awesome kids play areas (my 5 and 8 year old especially loved the bounce bubble!) and even outdoor bowling! My daughter was thrilled to find a few green anoles among the natural landscape nearby. My only critique is that even though they don't have pre-assigned spots the said they couldn't put us and our friends on adjacent spots… even though no one was on the spot next to us. Haha Small potatoes and still a phenomenal location. We'll be traveling through this area in Jan. and my husband and I agreed we'd go out of our way to stay here again.

This campground is exceptional! You continuously see staff out working around the campground to keep it nice for the visitors. They have a wonderful playground for the kiddos and a very nice canine area for the dogs. You will see a touch of humor when you read the KOA signs and see the little twist of words. The bathrooms are very clean and each has a handicap seat. The showers have a full size locking door. Some rooms have a sink and toilet only, while others have the sink, toilet and shower combo. Quiet and laidback you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Chattanooga is still close enough for dinner, shopping and sightseeing.

We loved the rustic, semi-private, walled-in sites. Lots of shade and very quiet. The showers could a shelf on the stalls, though. There was no place to rest soap and shampoo. Otherwise, the water was hot, the staff polite, and the amenities super clean.
