Beautiful wooded campground with a nature trail. They have the most awesome dog playground. Everyone there is very friendly. Bathhouse has private full baths!

Campground looks very nice. My site #28 was a back in spot. It was on a hill which required me to back up uphill. If that wasn’t enough, the spot was not level. Hook up area was a step down to the next site and I had to go slow to ensure I did not fall. Our slide came out on the downhill side. I ended up retracting it so inside our motorhome felt a little more level.

We are in the foothills of the Appalachians. You may not always find a level site anywhere at any campground. This time of year we may have had a different site available. Please let us know how we can make your stay more enjoyable while you are here so that we may try to address any issues.

Quiet, beautifully situated campground. We appreciate the clean individual showers / bathrooms. We stay here frequently when traveling between Minnesota and Georgia. Highly recommend.

It was very quiet, clean,and beautiful camp sight. The laundry room was clean, they brought the firewood right to our sight and unloaded it. Only complaint was the pool was not open.

Glad everyone enjoyed their stay! We do apologize that our pool was not open yet. It is standard in Georgia and Tennessee that pools do not open until early to mid May thru early to mid September. Come see us again!

Sites are fairly level, very secluded. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Very quiet campground.

First time to area. A very nice park, we were in a class b van, so easy to maneuver. Sites are clean and neat and spacious. Showers and laundry clean. Lots to do in the area also. Would recommend Lookout Mountsin KOA

This was a beautiful campground, very quiet, very friendly, helpful staff, nice clean, laundry room, nice bathrooms, and game room area to use near the laundry. The rose looked to be tight to navigate but worked out fine. When we were driving them. The only complaint we had was that the campground is far from the 59 highway on Slygo

We are glad to hear everything was pleasant for your time with us. Our campground is located only 2.5 miles off of Exit 17 on I59. This distance keeps our guests close enough for travelling but far enough away for that enjoyable, quiet experience. We look forward to your next stay!

We have stayed here multiple times for 1 night while traveling. Always a great stay. Bathrooms are always clean. Sites are nice and staff are friendly. Wish we lived closer so I could visit more often!

Always a good stay here. Staff, Dylan and Susan were very friendly and helpful. Dylan even delivered firewood to our site. The campground is quite clean and organized.

Five minutes after 5pm, the check-in office closed? Manager left camp map for the rest of us. Tons of children with lots of laughter and fun playgrounds. Almost every family also seemed to have a dog. Good dog playgrounds also! But when quiet time arrived the whole camp seemed to go to sleep with a smile. Small spaces, Clean campground, Lots of hils and valleys just driving & walking. by Jeff&Deb

Clean park with scattered sites instead of one after another in a row, like many parks may have in place. Interesting loop trail of the property in the surrounding wooded area. And for those who might use the bathroom/shower facilities, you shouldn’t be disappointed. A KOA that we would visit again.

This is my favorite KOA. For the last 28 years we stay 1to 2weeks here. The owners keep the grounds very well maintained. The only campground that has wi-fi that is more than adequate for streaming. In the years we have stayed here we have come to know the staff very well, and they are the best! Highly recommend quiet and serene with great amenities.

The workers were very pleasant. Jumping pad was very dirty. The cabin was very nice. There wasn’t much for the teens to do at all. Maybe it’s better with the pool but I wouldn’t recommend it for anyone with teens.

Today, in our KOA, we have teens riding bikes and walking the hiking trail. Kids 6teen and under can use the jumping pillow. It gets used frequently by many children from 3 to 16. We also have a Basketball court, Disc golf, horseshoes, outdoor bowling, and Ga Ga ball. Did you ask any of our staff?

More beautiful & tucked away than I expected for a KOA! This is a gem and very conveniently close to Lookout Mountain attractions such as Rock City Gardens (highly recommend). The shower house is extremely comfortable and clean. Seems very new! The room I happened to choose had a weird layout with the sink and mirror but after looking into the other empty ones I think it's the only one like that (pictured). Awesome kids play areas (my 5 and 8 year old especially loved the bounce bubble!) and even outdoor bowling! My daughter was thrilled to find a few green anoles among the natural landscape nearby. My only critique is that even though they don't have pre-assigned spots the said they couldn't put us and our friends on adjacent spots… even though no one was on the spot next to us. Haha Small potatoes and still a phenomenal location. We'll be traveling through this area in Jan. and my husband and I agreed we'd go out of our way to stay here again.

This campground is exceptional! You continuously see staff out working around the campground to keep it nice for the visitors. They have a wonderful playground for the kiddos and a very nice canine area for the dogs. You will see a touch of humor when you read the KOA signs and see the little twist of words. The bathrooms are very clean and each has a handicap seat. The showers have a full size locking door. Some rooms have a sink and toilet only, while others have the sink, toilet and shower combo. Quiet and laidback you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Chattanooga is still close enough for dinner, shopping and sightseeing.

We loved the rustic, semi-private, walled-in sites. Lots of shade and very quiet. The showers could a shelf on the stalls, though. There was no place to rest soap and shampoo. Otherwise, the water was hot, the staff polite, and the amenities super clean.
