The campgrounds were nice and the shower house was excellent. We found the staff to be rude to anyone who was younger than mid 20's . They were constantly yelling at kids that were jumping on the jump pillow and were rude to young people in the store area. I will not go back because of this.

Couple nights stayed. Facilities very clean and nice. Area is great for access but far enough away to be quiet. Would definitely stay here again

super cute campground , great location to be able to ride the trolley , but beware the campsites are extra small. like 2 to 3 feet from the next site. if that .

Thank you for the comments. Confusion lies in the trolley comment, we do not have a trolley here, nor are we near one. The site your were in here is a newly updated spacious site. Maybe a different campground you stayed in?

Road off the interstate to the Rv Park is very narrow, we damaged our awning from trees close to the road when we met a car. Nice Rv Park is small but nice, it was tricky to get in our site.

They deluxe cabin was very nice & clean. Staff was very nice. The reason I put a 4 is because I feel the mattress on the queen bed should be thicker. It was a very thin foam mattress & you could feel the slatts through it. Very uncomfortable!

We were temporarily displaced from our home and the staff were beyond helpful and accommodating of our situation. It's a great Campground. The bath house is amazing!

Perfect! We were late to arrive and early to leave but everything was great. Nice clean bath house and great grounds. A little off the beaten path which made it very quiet! Loved it!

Sites are too close together. We had a spot by the road and lucky someone did not run into our site at night. It is clean but no privacy.

Outstanding KOA! Very clean! Location off highway far enough to have quite night sleep except for the daily trains whistles in the distance. Lots to go see and do in the local area.

We stayed the weekend before Halloween and what fun!!! The campers and the office were decorated for the holiday and we even had trick or treaters. They really go all out for the holidays. The employees were all so nice. Also, I have never seen nicer showers and restrooms at ANY campground that we have stayed at. Will be going back for sure!!!

This is a pretty park but the sites are very odd. Our site (53) was supposed to be a pull thru, and essentially it was, but it curved around into the site next to us so if their truck was parked in front on their camper we could not get out of our site. It made coming and going difficult, especially at night as you couldn't see the road or where our site was to park out truck.

That site will accommodate most rigs comfortably. Factors that may change that; the way the RV is parked, the size of the truck towing, and the way your neighbor parks. It is always a good idea to get a good lay of the land when coming and going in the park. We hope you enjoyed your stay.

Good full hookup site, with mature trees. Sites are pretty narrow but that is par for most campgrounds. Bathrooms are good but not great in terms of cleanliness. Be AWARE: the jumping pad is only available if it is very dry and if the air temp is over 55 degrees. The campground watches the thermometer carefully and would not unlock the gate one morning when it was 52 degrees. Fun Halloween events!

We strive to make the camping experience as fun and safe as possible. There are safety rules for the pillow as well. Sorry to hear you found the bathrooms unsatisfactory. Other reviews state the opposite; the shower house does get used and abused regularly. Glad you enjoyed Halloween with us.

Wonderful KOA! Lovely people, beautiful campground and facilities! The shower house is one of the best I've ever been to and although it was closed for renovations, the pool area looks amazing. The whole place is well removed from town and roads, no car noise at night, only a few train whistles that may bother you if you are a light sleeper in the tent. Would absolutely camp here again!

Thank you for the lovely comments. The pool reno is still going on. You should come back in Summer to see the updated version of our pool deck and pool. We are proud to be off the beaten path, a bit of a respite from the everyday noise. Except the train! It is a nice echo off the mountains thought.

We arrived after dark and had to leave early the next morning so we didn't get to tour the grounds. The tent campsite was great, we had running water, picnic table & grill. After-hours check in was super easy and I loved that they left a personalized map with my camp site circled - VERY helpful for the directionally challenged. Front desk folks the next morning were super nice, hope to get back.

Great tent sites. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Our kid loved the jumping pillow (and we loved how much it occupied him!). Loved the hiking trail - that was a very nice touch. We felt safe but also like we were out in the great outdoors. We had never been to a KOA and we will definitely come back to this one and try others because we had an extremely positive experience.

From the first welcome everyone was so nice. This koa is very clean and has some fun activities for kids. Since we were there Halloween weekend they had everything decorated and had a fun spooky trail.

The grounds were extremely clean and organized. We visited the weekend before Halloween and the campground was totally decked out with decorations and activities for all ages! The staff was attentive and happy! Looking forward to another visit.

I only stayed one night , but the sewer hookup was backed up and I was afraid to dump as I could see the water in the pipe. The office was closed so I did not inform the staff.

The showers/restrooms were clean, but the shower one of us used had a high drain so water pooled in the bottom. The sited we had was not level; after backing in not parallel to site angle and using blocks, I was able to get it close to level. When the acorns hit your roof it will scare the living daylights out of you. Will have to wash vehicle when I get home to see if acorns dented it or not.

Campground was nice, site was good.Staff and accommodation were a bit lacking.When we pulled up we were greeted by a lot of uninflated halloween decorations and when i asked the comment was we only do it on the weekend to save money/electricity.I asked if there was any way to turn them on before we left on Friday morning but i guess weekend campers are more important than ones who stay weekly! Egh

All of our guests are important to us. We usually inflate those Thursday or Friday for the festivities during the weekend. As we look at your reservation, it appears you were here until Friday. We hope you were able to see them. We like to have fun but conserve our resources, that affect everyone.

The camp host Susan and her team are amazing and friendly and kind. Cabin is clean as are restrooms and showers. Love the October Halloween tradition!

We stayed overnight in a 44 ft motor home. Site 37 was fairly level with a beautiful view of mature trees, interrupted only by newly built cabins. On a Monday the park was very quiet with no road noise but an occasional distant train whistle. The park is close to Chattanooga so we plan to come back for a longer stay.

Just a stop over on our way home from FL, but as is usual, KOA was super easy even with after hours check in. This is a nice KOA with exceptional bathrooms and showers. It's off the highway so it's also quiet and pleasant.

More beautiful & tucked away than I expected for a KOA! This is a gem and very conveniently close to Lookout Mountain attractions such as Rock City Gardens (highly recommend). The shower house is extremely comfortable and clean. Seems very new! The room I happened to choose had a weird layout with the sink and mirror but after looking into the other empty ones I think it's the only one like that (pictured). Awesome kids play areas (my 5 and 8 year old especially loved the bounce bubble!) and even outdoor bowling! My daughter was thrilled to find a few green anoles among the natural landscape nearby. My only critique is that even though they don't have pre-assigned spots the said they couldn't put us and our friends on adjacent spots… even though no one was on the spot next to us. Haha Small potatoes and still a phenomenal location. We'll be traveling through this area in Jan. and my husband and I agreed we'd go out of our way to stay here again.

This campground is exceptional! You continuously see staff out working around the campground to keep it nice for the visitors. They have a wonderful playground for the kiddos and a very nice canine area for the dogs. You will see a touch of humor when you read the KOA signs and see the little twist of words. The bathrooms are very clean and each has a handicap seat. The showers have a full size locking door. Some rooms have a sink and toilet only, while others have the sink, toilet and shower combo. Quiet and laidback you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Chattanooga is still close enough for dinner, shopping and sightseeing.

We loved the rustic, semi-private, walled-in sites. Lots of shade and very quiet. The showers could a shelf on the stalls, though. There was no place to rest soap and shampoo. Otherwise, the water was hot, the staff polite, and the amenities super clean.
