Check-In process went smoothly. Site was quite small and very close to our neighbors. The dog park is fantastic! Our furbabies had a great time. All amenities are well maintained. Roads into and within the park are laid out well allowing for easy navigation in our 38 ft Class A. If we had been traveling with friends in a camper caravan, this park would have been perfect.

The site you had is one of our Deluxe pull thru sites, on the corner. RV's may be behind you but not too close. You were close to the dog park, glad to hear the fur babies enjoyed the K9 park. Glad you were able to make it here from FL. We hope to see you again.

We stayed one night in one of the camping cabins. The woman at the desk was very sweet and helpful. The cabin itself was quaint and cute and just what we wanted for our short trip. I would definitely recommend this camp and will be back for another visit!

Ours was just a stopover visit so we really didn't get to see or enjoy your park. But from what I could see is that it was very nice. I would like to come back some day to spend more time.

My wife and I just spent 3 nights here and although we weren’t there much during the day we thoroughly enjoyed our time. Cleanest and most up to date restrooms of any campground we have ever stayed at. We have already reserved three more nights in March. Great place and great people.

The bathrooms were better than expected. Each shower had its own somewhat large room with toilet and sink. The area was spotless. The cam was very nice and quiet. I would definitely stay there again

Nice campground, friendly staff. Neighboring area is sketchy and the local neighbors let their dogs run and spend their time barking and running in the campground. Not sure if it was a one time thing and it did stop before 9 pm. No staff on grounds after 4 that day so not their fault. Location is convenient to interstate.

We have 1 neighbor on the same entry road, 1/4 mile from our entrance. Our local area is wooded, quaint and quiet. We are at the base of a mountain in the country with neighbors above us. People still hunt with their dogs. If we had known about the visiting dogs, we may know them. We are EST.

Bathrooms and laundry areas were exceptionally clean and in great condition. Our stay was enjoyable the only thing I didnt like was that any visitors we had were charged 4 dollars to park in the designated areas.

Very nice and clean KOA facility. Very friendly host staff. Easy access off of I-59N, Decent roads though a sign at the base of the exit would be helpful if you had not done your research. Good signage on hwy 11 / back road entry end. Good distance from both Chattanooga and Trenton. I-59/I-24 is a nightmare to deal with just about always. Learn/explore the back roads and enjoy the region.

We had a great stay. A slight down side was the cost of firewood from the campground. Almost $60 and it was gone in 4 hours.

Nice quiet campground that's well kept. The actual campsites are a bit tight but they are level. The bath and shower facilities are excellent.

We are sorry to see that you didn't enjoy your stay, however, I think you have us mistaken for another campground. We are not directly beside an interstate. We are tucked back in the foothills of a mountain.

I loved the bathrooms, more KOA's need to do the individual bathrooms like you are at home. So much room to take a shower, and your clothes don't get wet while you are taking a shower. They had tiled all of the floors and walls, you also had your own sink and toilet in there. Also got a very good map of how to get to get to the attractions in Chattanooga including Walmart

Everyone needs to know where Walmart is. For us, it is a good reference point for getting around the area. Hope you enjoyed the Chattanooga area. There are many activities, attractions in this area. Glad to hear you appreciated the bathrooms and had a good visit in our campground.

Netter Platz mitten in den Bergen. Leider sind einige Plätze schwer zu befahren. Die Sanitäranlagen sind allerdings klasse. Auch das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Eine klare Empfehlung.

We have been tv camping about 6 to 7 times we are new at this first time at a KOA we had a great time the bath house was very clean the staff was very friendly. For some reason the fire wood would not burn good not a good flame the wood would burn good the other places we have been the wood burned great great flames it looked like it was very hard could not cut with my ax. We joined we are member

This is the second time we have stayed there. We have requested the same spot. We love coming there. The staff is wonderful and always asks if anything is needed. Bathhouse is amazing. !We will definitely return.

Nicely isolated, but the terrain is a little tough for a large rig to navigate. Spots are somewhat level but also tough to level on.

We are located in the valley between 2 mountains. the terrain in our campground is all gravel and we have many trees throughout. You're right though, can be difficult for a 40ft motorhome towing. The site you had is one of the most flat in the campground. We hope you enjoyed your stay, overall.

Cabin was clean, space heater left on for us when we arrived after hours. I only have one complaint. I would love to see a hook to hang things on in the cabin. Other than that it was wonderful. Quiet, beautiful, sites were private with trees/fences. Will come back again & stay longer.

Just a 1 night stop. Nice site. Just wish KOA would let me use points for 1 night reservation

Thank you for taking the time to comment. As far as points go, you can use those in increments of $10, $25 and the max $50 depending on your points available. You may designate points be used when you make your reservation online, however they are not redeemed until your check in at the office.

We checked in after hours. Our site was ready as promised. It was beautiful and easy to access. The staff we met the next morning were friendly and helpful. All facilities were clean. The campground wasn’t far from the interstate.

I took a resting day driving Florida to Kentucky. Wi-fi seemed to work well except peak morning time. That's good as over the air tv reception was difficult. Grounds were clean as were the bath rooms. Use caution as the tile floors are quite slick when wet!

We are located in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains, hard to get line of site T.V reception. Our WiFi is usually strong enough for streaming. Sorry to hear you had difficulty with reception. Thank you for choosing our KOA.

We had a great stay at KOA Chattanooga West, it was maintained at a high standard. The staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds were kept up, the camping spots were more than we expected. The bath house was awesome, very clean. Better than most high end hotels. They have the separate shower, toilet and sink for your privacy. I recommend it highly. We will go back, so many things to do.

Personnel were very friendly and the campground was very clean. Of course, upgrades were goin on, but that can be expected in the fall at most campgrounds.

More beautiful & tucked away than I expected for a KOA! This is a gem and very conveniently close to Lookout Mountain attractions such as Rock City Gardens (highly recommend). The shower house is extremely comfortable and clean. Seems very new! The room I happened to choose had a weird layout with the sink and mirror but after looking into the other empty ones I think it's the only one like that (pictured). Awesome kids play areas (my 5 and 8 year old especially loved the bounce bubble!) and even outdoor bowling! My daughter was thrilled to find a few green anoles among the natural landscape nearby. My only critique is that even though they don't have pre-assigned spots the said they couldn't put us and our friends on adjacent spots… even though no one was on the spot next to us. Haha Small potatoes and still a phenomenal location. We'll be traveling through this area in Jan. and my husband and I agreed we'd go out of our way to stay here again.

This campground is exceptional! You continuously see staff out working around the campground to keep it nice for the visitors. They have a wonderful playground for the kiddos and a very nice canine area for the dogs. You will see a touch of humor when you read the KOA signs and see the little twist of words. The bathrooms are very clean and each has a handicap seat. The showers have a full size locking door. Some rooms have a sink and toilet only, while others have the sink, toilet and shower combo. Quiet and laidback you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Chattanooga is still close enough for dinner, shopping and sightseeing.

We loved the rustic, semi-private, walled-in sites. Lots of shade and very quiet. The showers could a shelf on the stalls, though. There was no place to rest soap and shampoo. Otherwise, the water was hot, the staff polite, and the amenities super clean.
