Site 52 is fine. The staff is mostly good/helpful. The location is fantastic. However: the morons doing the mowing need to be fired. It's as though they've never done it before. Mowing without rock guards. Mowing with the discharge towards the campers, on unlevel ground, without clearing the mowed area of rocks and twigs from the storm the night before. Blew crap all over me and my truck. MORONS!

Staff very friendly, I didn't get his name, but he went out of the way to give us information on the area as to what to see, what roads to avoid. Clean restrooms and showers.

The moment we arrived they were graded the road 10 feet from us over and over in the rain @ 5 o’clock… Why I don’t know but it started up again at 9 o’clock in the morning . The evening we arrived I walked in the rain to the camp store to get ice cream the women locked the door as I was walking up the stairs and then turned the sign to closed. She said oh I saw and then laughed very rude

The campground was nice for the most part. Employees were nice, and helpful with the power went out and our tent flooded. The small bathroom near the tent sites was the only disappointment - always filled with bugs.

We really enjoyed our stay. The sites were shady. The pool was deep enough for our granddaughter to practice learning how to dive. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga. We didn't use the bath house or laundry so I cannot comment on those amenities. The grandkids enjoyed the jumping pillow.

Enjoyed the stay while at a conference. The campground was very accessible to downtown Chattanooga. We loved the quiet and restful surroundings. Thank you.

Great campground! Beautiful area, lots of trees. Pool was nice, loved it being saltwater. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice camp store and showerhouses were very clean and up to date.

Everything about our stay was great with the lone exception of the attitude of the lady checking us in. But even her lack of professionalism couldn't mess up the site being great and the other staff being so helpful.

Friendly staff and very helpful. Sites are a little un-level. However I would still recommend this location for anyone wanting a great quiet location to spend the weekend or the week.

It was great. Folks were friendly, facilities very clean. Our site "E" was shaded and private. If we had any suggestions at all it would be to level the actual tent pad. The slight slope was noticable. As far as a return trip. Definitely.

Well kept campground. Staff were very helpful. The bathrooms and laundry area were clean. Our site was well shaded. Our site needs to be more level. Would come back again.

Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. Clean campsites surrounded by wilderness and wildlife. Nice amenities, huge salt water pool was very enjoyable and the wilderness hiking trail was beautiful. Made fun family memories we will remember and treasure.

Very beautiful campground with nice large RV sites. We lost power to our rv one evening and they sent a technician immediately to fix it and restored our power! We would highly recommend Lookout Mountain KOA!

No major issues. The trash could be more conveniently located but we found it. Not having showers other than the main office is difficult but understandable.

We do try to camouflage the trash bins throughout the park. We do provide a map upon arrival to indicate locations of trash bins. We are not a huge campground, showers are centrally located. We appreciate the suggestions. Come back to see us, always something changing here.

Although the tent sites were a bit close to each other, they all were in the trees and close to the bathroom. Great campground, wonderfully kept facilities, awesome hospitality. Couldn’t ask for more!! Highly recommend.

Absolutely the best camping vacation ever! The kids loved the pool, playground, and hiking trail. Their favorite was catching fire flies every night! Perfect location just a short drive to everything.

Clean well kept but very small. Dog park was great. Only drawback were the 2 ladies at the front were like Hall monitors constantly patroling.

Not sure how they could be at the front and "constantly patroling". We intend to keep all our guests safe, protecting them by reiterating the rules is necessary, but not patrolling to enforce them. Maybe next time all of your family will be able to come as you had originally planned.

Nice clean campground. My family really enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation is that you provide more deck chairs around the pool. :)

I was very impressed with how clean everything was, from the campsite to the bath house and the pool. The playground was great fun, and the staff was very friendly, and it all made for a very nice stay.

Nice place to stay. Very clean inside the store, and inside the restrooms. Full-service Propane. No insects flying around. Birds singing all day. AT 77 years old we did not ride bikes because of gravel roads. yes, if in the area we would stay again.

Campground was cleaned and well maintained! Staff was excellent and understanding when we needed to upgrade to a cabin due to the storms in the area. Would definitely stay here again, for our FIRST KOA experience it was perfect! Already planning another KOA stay!

More beautiful & tucked away than I expected for a KOA! This is a gem and very conveniently close to Lookout Mountain attractions such as Rock City Gardens (highly recommend). The shower house is extremely comfortable and clean. Seems very new! The room I happened to choose had a weird layout with the sink and mirror but after looking into the other empty ones I think it's the only one like that (pictured). Awesome kids play areas (my 5 and 8 year old especially loved the bounce bubble!) and even outdoor bowling! My daughter was thrilled to find a few green anoles among the natural landscape nearby. My only critique is that even though they don't have pre-assigned spots the said they couldn't put us and our friends on adjacent spots… even though no one was on the spot next to us. Haha Small potatoes and still a phenomenal location. We'll be traveling through this area in Jan. and my husband and I agreed we'd go out of our way to stay here again.

This campground is exceptional! You continuously see staff out working around the campground to keep it nice for the visitors. They have a wonderful playground for the kiddos and a very nice canine area for the dogs. You will see a touch of humor when you read the KOA signs and see the little twist of words. The bathrooms are very clean and each has a handicap seat. The showers have a full size locking door. Some rooms have a sink and toilet only, while others have the sink, toilet and shower combo. Quiet and laidback you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Chattanooga is still close enough for dinner, shopping and sightseeing.

We loved the rustic, semi-private, walled-in sites. Lots of shade and very quiet. The showers could a shelf on the stalls, though. There was no place to rest soap and shampoo. Otherwise, the water was hot, the staff polite, and the amenities super clean.
