We highly recommend this campground. We stayed for twenty six days as we were here to watch our grandson play football in nearby Chattanooga. The entire staff here is so friendly and wonderful to deal with. One thing we noticed is that almost as soon as someone was finished using the shower facilities, a staff member was in there cleaning. Very much appreciated that!

My first KOA. Check in/check out were great, friendly staff, grounds were well kept, bathrooms and showers were extra clean. You can tell they care about their guests.

This is a KOA gem. Very private location, away from hustle and bustle, lots of trees, and unique set up-not just a bunch of camper spots in a row. The only bad thing about it was that we were only there for one night, would love to return and stay a few days! Bathrooms were top notch, this is our new favorite KOA!!

Lookout Mountian KOA has become a family "must do" Fall tradition. The campground staff goes above and beyond to make October an unforgettable experience for our family. They decorate the entire campsite, have fun yard games, a costume contest, a (not too spooky) haunted forest, and encouraged campground wide trick or treating. They also have high quality amenities, and an extremly kind staff.

Love the true nature trail and quiet of the camp (no road noise). Great landscaping and grass. However, I think the Halloween decorations were overdone and would prefer more harvest theme or no decorations.

I was parked close to the dog park so it was perfect. The rv park was clean, well lit and I felt safe.

We arrived after 7:00. It was dark, The office was open and an a escort took us to site. He stayed with us until we got it parked and leveled. He was very helpful. We were impressed by the service given! We did not use any of the amenities at the campground, but it looked well taken care of and clean. We would stay again.

Wonderful stay . Had my favorite site again close to everything. The Halloween decorations were so festive and fun to see when I arrived. The staff is wonderful and so is the camp store with all its treats ! All of the campers were so friendly and welcoming. This is one of my new favorite locations in Georgia that I will always be staying at in my travels up and down the east coast

As always, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They keep the grounds, store, and restrooms very clean. The kids always use the playground and jumping pillow.

Staff was friendly. Restrooms were clean and accessible. Need more signs closer to road because we were about ready to turn around because GPS said we reached the destination but was at the bottom of the hill. The rocks and tree stumps used to break the road from the camp sites were problematic to exit my site. I had to back up a couple of times to keep my tires from running over them.

Other than the rain; fabulous! Impeccable, clean bathrooms! Our cabin was very cute! Very friendly staff; hope to go back next fall break, hopefully with no rain/hurricane

Very nice, clean, and well run park. The management and staff are very friendly and accommodating. They go over and above for the Halloween season. Great location for seeing the sights on Lookout Mountain and for quick access to Chattanooga,

My husband and I took our 3 kids and 2 dogs. My parents also came with their camper and my sister came with her family in a tent trailer. The camp was so clean and the kids had so much fun! We stayed in a tent but with the rain coming from Isaias the staff helped us upgrade to s cabin so we would be more comfortable. It was the cleanest campground and had the friendliest staff!

Loved this campground. Bathrooms were great. Laundry area had 4 washers and 4 dryers and was very cute and clean. Staff was helpful.

Fantastic. Entire staff were. Great.The bathrooms were extremely clean and remodeled better than most hotels.The park was great and situated in a great area,definitely will have to make this a stop again

Lookout Mountain KOA is awesome! The campground is spotless. It was decorated for Halloween and had activities for children. The layout of the campground has preserved the beauty of nature as it is nestled on the side of a mountain. The bath house is also spotless..absolutely spotless. We are looking to come back in the spring already.

It was quite enjoyable. My only complaint is that when the water line broke, I wish we had been notified. We found out the hard way we tried to take a shower. Other than that, it was quiet, peaceful and restful. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in things to do.

Lovely clean spot that was so peaceful in the middle of the woods. We were just passing through on our way down south and it was charming to stay near Lookout Mountain. This was the first time I’ve ever stayed in the camper and this KOA was a very nice place to get an introduction. Hook ups worked great. The campsite was charming. Definitely want to come back and explore!

Our cabin A/C didn’t run right. Kept us up most of the first night. Turned on for 10 seconds & then shut off - turned back on and ran for maybe 2 minutes -

This is a beautiful campground. The lady at the desk (I forgot her name!) was very pleasant and helpful. The facilities are very clean and the campground itself is well maintained. There is a beautiful section of bamboo growing that us awesome. Nice place for walks. Off the beaten trail so it "feels" remote. There is a young man and woman who work the grounds who are very nice and helpful.

More beautiful & tucked away than I expected for a KOA! This is a gem and very conveniently close to Lookout Mountain attractions such as Rock City Gardens (highly recommend). The shower house is extremely comfortable and clean. Seems very new! The room I happened to choose had a weird layout with the sink and mirror but after looking into the other empty ones I think it's the only one like that (pictured). Awesome kids play areas (my 5 and 8 year old especially loved the bounce bubble!) and even outdoor bowling! My daughter was thrilled to find a few green anoles among the natural landscape nearby. My only critique is that even though they don't have pre-assigned spots the said they couldn't put us and our friends on adjacent spots… even though no one was on the spot next to us. Haha Small potatoes and still a phenomenal location. We'll be traveling through this area in Jan. and my husband and I agreed we'd go out of our way to stay here again.

This campground is exceptional! You continuously see staff out working around the campground to keep it nice for the visitors. They have a wonderful playground for the kiddos and a very nice canine area for the dogs. You will see a touch of humor when you read the KOA signs and see the little twist of words. The bathrooms are very clean and each has a handicap seat. The showers have a full size locking door. Some rooms have a sink and toilet only, while others have the sink, toilet and shower combo. Quiet and laidback you will thoroughly enjoy your time here. Chattanooga is still close enough for dinner, shopping and sightseeing.

We loved the rustic, semi-private, walled-in sites. Lots of shade and very quiet. The showers could a shelf on the stalls, though. There was no place to rest soap and shampoo. Otherwise, the water was hot, the staff polite, and the amenities super clean.
