Stayed in a cabin. Perfect weather for Halloween weekend. A lot of fun with trick or treating for the kids, costume contest, hayrides and many other activites to keep busy. Helpful and friendly staff. Will definately be back next year.

WHAT CAN YOU SAY ABOUT THE BEST, LENA KOA IS THE BEST CAMPGROUND WE EVER STAYED AT. CLEAN, VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY STAFF. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!

The good; grounds great for families with kids, lots to do for pre-teens. Sites are very well kept up. Like this place a lot. Owners are friendly and accommodating. If I had to say anything negative it would be the beds are hard in the cabins. Feel like you're sleeping on the ground.

We had a wonderful time. Cabin was clean. Grounds were immaculate. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Kids had a blast. We will be back!

Gorgeous campground! Joe is awesome and we were very thankful for his guidance. The staff did a great job setting up fun activities for the kids and it felt like a home environment. Will be back for sure! Thank you again!!

Awesome place to stay whether you are camping or staying in a cabin. Extremely friendly staff, stocked store always, very clean restrooms and beautiful property. Always a great time at this KOA location.

The KOA Office manager, Creedance, drove us to a local vet when we had in issue with our diabetic cat. Saved his life. So thankful to her and the members of their team.

Very friendly staff and other campers. Even though the park was packed, quiet hours were definitely respected. I was in awe of the landscape around the park.

Absolutely wonderful. Great staff and fun activities. We really enjoyed the cheese and wine tasting. Our kids had a blast, can't wait to come back.

Had a wonderful stay just what I wanted. Cabin was great except for the bed. As older adults need a much improved mattress for the bed. But other than that we will come again and maybe upgrade to a better cabin. I am a minister so we will normally come on week days and not weekends. Any help on costs always help out.

Very clean and well staffed! gets crazy on weekends like most, but staff does an amazing job of keeping the place clean! would highly recommend staying with them! Really like Joe the owner and his wife! Rod

The Lena KOA is one of the best KOA's (or any campground) we've ever camped. It's immaculately kept, bathrooms are the cleanest of any campground we've been to, and there is so much for the kids to do while we are there. We will continue to come back each year!

The Lena KOA is one of our favorite campgrounds. It is a family, friendly campground with lots of activities - nice pool, kiddy train rides, the bouncy jump activity, various weekend activities. It is located in Lena, Illinois - a small town with the Lena Brewing Company, The Rafters Restaurant, and many other places of business. Located 30 minutes from historic Galena, Illinois .

As always, the staff at Lena was fantastic. The campground was extremely clean, including the bathroom/shower facilities. So much beauty to see in the Galena area, the nearby small towns are great. Highly recommend Lena KOA.

Park is always clean, everyone that works there is very friendly. This was our second stay and we will be back next year. We would highly recommend them.

Enjoyed cabin very much with 2 exceptions, your toilets are made for small children. I am 6ft 3in, that is a long way down for me and very uncomfortable. The bed in our cabin was way to low and very uncomfortable.

They made it very easy to book a weekend trip. They make sure you are well aware of all the awesome activities with texts throughout the day. Unfortunately, we did forget a bike helmet at the campground and it was difficult to coordinate with them to ship it to me, however, they were kind enough to hold on to it for at least a week until I could drive out there and pick it up. On a side note, they have an amazing selection of beverages from the local establishment that will certainly leave you wanting more.
