Very helpful front desk staff. A couple minor issues with our cabin which I didn’t complain about. Trains may keep you up. Fun town for activities, especially tubing. The lower campground scenery is stunningly beautiful and peaceful

We only stayed one night and had to leave early the next morning but we loved the deluxe cabin. We ate at the Thai restaurant right in front of where the deluxe cabins are and it was delicious. We also enjoyed the big pool in town.

Our deluxe cabin was so fun to stay in! We really enjoyed the deck with the adirondack rocking chairs around the fire bowl & listening to the river.

There was some confusion when checking in, and we waited over an hour to move into the cabin. The young people at the desk said that it was due to a large group of drunken individuals who had rented the cabins and refused to leave. We were informed that late check out penalized those occupants about $100. When we did get in the cabin was beautiful, and we'd absolutely stay again!

Cabin was clean except for dust bunnies under the beds. AC , mini fridge worked. Didn’t use the microwave. Beds were fine.

The deluxe cabin was amazing and had the greatest view of the river. It had everything we needed for our stay and was a short walk to the Main Street in town. We also appreciated how close it was to the river entry for tubing. We can’t wait to come back

While we arrived late in the evening, everything was ready for us. The staff was great in the morning and very helpful/knowledgeable about the town. The grounds were immaculately kept!!

The cute deluxe cabin we stayed in was so functional! We loved being so close to everything in town and having a bathroom in the cabin. We had an issue with the heat not turning off, but management was diligent about fixing it and even brought in an electrician to get it sorted out, then gave us a partial reimbursement for the trouble. Great staff! Great experience overall.

It would be helpful if there were more trash bags in the bottom of the cans for trash. We had to take out the trash once and there were not any more bags so we just kept walking to the dumpster. The mattresses could be better. My wife and I had to sleep feet to head so the mattress didn't dip. Other than that, it was clean, convenient, and close to all the activities. We stayed in a cabin that did not have a bathroom or sink. The cabin was clean and spacious, but it was located next to the highway and the train and truck traffic was extremely loud. We would not stay at the cabins near the road again due to the noise. A water kettle to boil water would be useful. We tried to get coffee at front desk on our way out, but it was not ready by 8 am when we left.

Thank you for your comments. As we don't provide dishes in our camping cabins, but we do have hot water at the office that is always available and the camp kitchen has a stovetop in which all guests are welcome to use if its not rented for a specific guest.

It was a fun stay..the bed was on an angle so we had to turn around and sleep with our heads at the foot of the bed. Which wasn't that bad...so all in all not bad. I would stay again!

The cabin was very nice and clean. It was great to have a table and a firepit right outside the cabin. I loved having a fridge, ac, and heater, as wellcas a bathroom and shower available. The only issue was the trains and the highway next to the camp site that produced a lot of noise but it was great other than that.

Aside from someone trying to open mine cabin and my friends cabin in the middle of the night, I enjoy this location. It was the 5th time I’ve stayed here. You do hear the trains, but as long as someone isn’t trying to get inside while you’re sleeping, it’s great! Hopefully that person just never comes back.

We stayed in one of the deluxe cabins with a river view (L42) for our anniversary, and it was so relaxing! The patio and fire pit area was the perfect spot to sit and enjoy some coffee in the morning, or a fire at night. If you are sensitive to highway/train noise, I’d suggest earplugs at night or something to drown out the sound. We didn’t mind- turned the A/C fan on and it blocked the noise.

Beautiful cabin with a lot of thought and attention to detail. Placed perfectly on the riverbank with rushing falls. Loved the gas fire pit and made it hard to leave to come home. Oh and the most comfortable bed ever!

The cabins are very cute and have most the things you need. The bowls provided were so small we could make a full thing of oatmeal in them. The tv was unplugged and the remotes set high on top of the cupboard. I don’t know why. We had to climb on the shaker table to get the plug and remotes down.

We stayed in L46 and patio is facing the river. Very nice night bbq and fire pit experience. Close by train tracks and freeway is the downside though. The cabin was very clean and cozy. Kids loved the bunk beds.

The cabins are very cozy, close to the Portneuf river across from the cabins. It runs by some great RV parking spots looking at that river. I gave them 2 stars for service because no one is around Monday to Thursday, along with limited working hours Friday- Sunday. If you want something, you have to get in your vehicle and drive about a mile away to their other office in a different area of town. I find that ridiculous or even worse, asinine, not sure what the owner was thinking of that concept. Everything else was great. Some people might have other opinions about driving away to check out, they should have a drop box located around the office area to drop off the keys where we were staying at, instead of us driving to the other location drop it off, I found that to be very inconvenience for us.
