When you are looking to get away to Whiteface Mountain and the surrounding areas, Lake Placid / Whiteface Mtn. KOA Holiday welcomes you. Our tent camping space in the Adirondacks is the perfect place to unplug from the world and reconnect with the great outdoors and your loved ones — pets included.
Our Tent Sites have no hookups and are suitable for one tent or one camper van (one sleeping unit per site).
Whatever site you find yourself at in our Lake Placid tent camping area, rest assured that you will have the rustic, unplugged experience you are looking for. Enjoy a night under the stars in the mountain air and gather around the fire to swap stories and indulge in some s'mores.
You can also enhance your camping experience with fun camping activities like renting a kayak, having family fun on our playground and getting snacks and trinkets at our on-site General Store. Additionally, take advantage of amenities such as hot showers, restrooms and a game room.
